Very impressed by their service over all. Above and beyond describes John and Jim at Crain Ford. I was driving from out of town and broke down roadside. Got towed to Crain right before closing. They went above and beyond in all aspects and had me back on the road. I was treated more than fairly. They could have easily taken advantage of me and did not. I owe them big time for getting me back on the road. The manager Jim is a genuine customer service manager and couldn't have been nicer. John the lead technician literally could not have done more for us in a shorter period of time. Great people very impressed I highly recommend!

They did a great job of diagnosing my problems with my 2007 Ford and their rates were very fair. They are awesome to work with and we had a great experience.

Parents were travelling and needed very minor (but critical) repairs. Simple fix, but they didn't even charge because they said they were tired of people ripping off travelers and wanted them to just have a good vacation.

In such a small town a dealership cannot survive unless it s doing something right and that is absolutely true for Crain. I submitted a request on their website late at night and to my surprise Anthony F replied almost immediately. Within an hour we had the deal worked out. I buy a lot of cars and I ve never had anyone go out of their way to this extent before. I made the 1.5 hour drive the next morning and everything was exactly as promised. The truck is perfect and no surprises even after having an independent inspection done. Anthony really was an awesome guy to work with and I m extremely glad I found this diamond in the rough to do business with. Thanks again!

What a wonderful no hassle approach to car buying! I loved this small town Ford dealership that s for sure a hidden gem!

Anthony was exemplary, made my car buying process easy, fast and affordable. This was my first major car loan and he was able to get me a really low interest rate and payments that were within my narrow budget. Even went so far as to assist me with transportation to the dealership so that I could purchase this car. If you are in need of a vehicle, I highly reccomend giving them a chance.

It is a small personable dealership, fortunately that had the car I wanted and they helped me plan out the purchase!
