Seems like a tight dock to get into but the security guard helps you alot and knows what he's doing. Only took 3 minutes to get docked despite how scary it seems. Come in with the docks to your left to make it easier on yourself.
I ve work for a company that makes a lot of orders from BG and their staff is on point with all the orders. Always! Julio from the warehouse is probably the best human being I ve ever met! He has so much patience and keeps his cool!

Horrible place to deliver .. 4 hour and still haven finish unloading... plus really tight place to back in...
Have been ordering from the company for over two years. On the last delivery the driver left us short a case. My staff went to tell him we were missing a case but he already collected the full payment and disappeared without getting signature from my staff. I called several times to sort out with no avail. After 2 weeks of trying to resolve it the final call I make they once again have no record of the claim. Please beware and do not pay before checking delivery.
Backing up from the busy street was the issue unloading was fast
Picked up a load it was a drop and hook the load was ready when I was told it would be thank you for being on time
This place sucks. Checked in 7:30am and now it s 1:15pm waiting for unloading
Won't let you to park in the street even still you delivering here they dont care very rude people and very slow unloading.
Security needs to block traffic, not try and tell drivers how to back in. If he knew how to drive/back a truck, he wouldnt be working as a top flight security guyn chflllkkkllll))))lllllll)m

I had an okay experience delivering here...
They stop receiving outside carrier's cargo around 3, 3:30pm..
They provide overnight parking a few blocks away..
The staff was helpful and informative about that..
There are only about 4 active docks..
You have to back into your door all the while you're in the middle of a tight busy little street, but its not difficult by any means..
They unloaded me pretty quick.. 40 mins
However, they took 2 hours or maybe more just counting those items and sorting through them..
I worked there the staff is very rude and disrespectful and they dont care about there employees just getting there job done if you can order from somewhere else i would advice you too
This place is a hidden paradise for Spanish cuban food if you blink you might miss so don't blink enough said.
Horrible !! Sam is by far the most overpaid manager in that warehouse ! Once John Rosato stepped down, it was all to hell ! They have a bunch of guys with no papers working there under the books!! This place is a joke !
Nice people I felt like I worked there but make sure you check in with and listen to the guards directions can be difficult to back into dock heavy traffic at times and it is on a very small street
If you are on time for delivery you still have to wait for the door they make you to go around the blocks in tight streets and wait for their call

Was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with not only the customer service here but also the management. Employees were extremely rude and impatient. On top of this, they did not want to listen to any needs or inquiries about potential business.
