My initial impression was good, everyone was very friendly. Prior to purchasing this car from Subaru, I noticed a vibration when idle so I said I wouldn t buy the car unless fixed. I know that s a sign of bad motor mounts, so I asked them to check that specifically which they said of course they would. They told me it wasn t the mounts, they were fine, it was the coil pack, so I came back to drive and it felt better, so I purchased the car. Unfortunately, after a week of having it the vibrating started again so I took it into a mechanic.... only to find out both the engine mount and transmission mount are bad, along with the 2 front struts! They straight out lied to my face after I asked about the mounts, they said they were fine. I ve contacted them, took them forever to get back after calling multiple times and they refuse to do anything about it! I would not recommend this dealership!
