Very good hotel, well positioned 2 minutes from Times Square, but far enough from the all the noise. Good structure with great sound isolation. Great breakfast for quality and variety. Good service with clean room and all common environment

French speaking staff and ideal location. Excellent performance. I recommend.

This was my 3rd stay here each time with my niece n never disappointing. Room was on 12th floor with magnificent view of Times Square. Very clean n staff always very accommodating.

Very friendly staff. Centrally located beautiful terrace overlooking Times Square. Breakfast very hearty and dinner very nice because sublime night view .... Top.

Loved it, so close to Times Square. Subway stations on the corners so access to the whole if New York is easy. Great bar on the roof. Recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a great location to stay in New York City.

Super nice employees all except one particularly unpleasant haughty this job is not made for her this person this name ENNELIE every morning breakfast that started very badly we were between friends three impossible couple of breakfast with friends one on the the five days we spent she always separate us we were fine explaining her under no circumstances she took into account she was even having fun with a colleague who cared about us but I speak English so we were mistaken for fools I would stay here again as long as I do not have any contact with this person too bad I would like to say congratulations for the kindness and dedication of Sarah who is very busy with us with a smile every day and also to thank the new intern in management who started work the day we left the hotel I thank them a lot but more than other employees es who were very nice too thank you

A nice hotel a stone's throw from time square. Small but cozy rooms. The lobby not at the entrance leaves you a little confused but you get used to it. Terrace is truly spectacular

Alvin, at front desk, John, concierge, and Sophia, housekeeper, were outstanding. I would not stay at any other hotel at Times Square. Sophia went over and above what a housekeeper does. Everyone was so welcoming and went over and above to make my visit very special.

Perfect. Super central hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Various subways nearby. Central Park easy to reach on foot. Terrace closed in winter and on New Year's Eve you have to pay extra.

Hotel functionally ok but I never felt a valued guest. For example I've never been quoted $2 to bring a glass to the room and as we were leaving very early on the day of departure we asked if the hotel could help with a packed breakfast (we were leaving at 5am and often hotels offer to give us a few items in a box). The hotel receptionist actually said 'breakfast is available at 6.30 and it was not the hotels fault we leave early.' He said there is a 'deli down the street'. Not the best service.

We had a clean, large, modern and nice room on the 25th floor with a view of Times Square and the Hudson River - it was perfect! The hotel is generally very clean, beautiful and modern. The highlight is the terrace, you have a great view of Times Square. The staff was nice and helpful. We lacked nothing. It will not be our last stay in this hotel, we would love to come back.

Very nice place. The lobby had a patio that wrapped around half of the building and it overlooks Time Square.

Great view of Times Square for drinks at the bar. Wasn't too packed when we went and not overly expensive.

We had a great time with the family all week we stayed there. Both those serving in the restaurant / bar and on the floor of the room are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is the best. Excellent location.

Plan to eat early in the morning so as not to have to wait: few tables and in no hurry to straighten the tables in the US ... lol.

Service was very good. It would be nice to have some tables to sit around outside. The outside lounge area is nice, but given the noise of times square and being so high up in the city, it's tough to hold a conversation without yelling a bit with how far away you sit in the outside lounge second

It is a New York Hotel. Basically slept there, since sitting around in a room is a waste of useful time. I would recommend it!

Nice restaurant and amazing breakfast. 5 stars because of the nice rooms and amenities. The rooms get cleaned everyday and nothing is stolen or taken. There is a photo book a few computers and 2 XBox consoles which are all free to use. The Novotel has the Supernova restaurant in it and has a futuristic look throughout the hotel. Even if you lose your keys to your room(like we did) they will still offer you a new room key. They also are glad to give you another blanket or towel if you need it. The Novotel has a store that has all the way from gum to bags to water.

Hotel close to times square.
The rooms are very well appointed and clean.
However, a small bottle of water in the room would be welcome.
The breakfast is varied and of quality.
There are staff speaking French.
The only downside of this hotel: the reception and the MANAGER.
For my part, the reception needs to be seriously improved because I encountered some problems at the time of check in and check out.
Small clarification, when checking in, I was asked for a credit card imprint. And amazement, 3 days later I see that I was withdrawn $ 35.
If you are asked for this, give cash so at check out you see what they give you back.
I was with a colleague she gave cash, and we gave her all of her money back when checking out.
Quite simply, the methods of the hotel manager are dishonest.

The hotel has been redone, Wi-Fi is now free; remains to find a solution for air conditioning: plugged at night it prevents you from sleeping but especially the temperature is still cold (even when it is set to 24 ...)

Nice hotel. Which was good. But try getting anything from downstairs. An extra blanket. 5 requests, promise for sending promptly but never arrived.

Clean, professional hotel with exquisite staff, in a great just-off Times Square location. Quiet rooms which were always very clean. Their restaurant turned out to be one of our favourite meals!

Hotel in great location. Have to say the service could have been better. Did not feel as though the staff from the concierge to bar people were as helpful, efficient or friendly as we have experienced in other Accor Hotels.

Also not really impressed at being charged $2 for a jug of hot water so that I could make a cup of tea (I had my own tea bag with me!) as the room was not equipped with a kettle. As an Accor member I expected better.

The room was a good size in addition to good location.

Went for dinner on the terrace but due to rain we sat inside. It was delicious! A little tacky decorations/music

Nice comfortable hotel near Times Square. They say it is in Times Square but that is a stretch of the imagination. Rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar but I never used either of these so can't comment on how good they are.

Hotel stuff are amazing and room are beautiful.
Do not eat at the Supernova restaurant. Stuff are rude and disrespectful.

Okay hotel. Nice and clean and we even had a view of times square. The room was a little small but not uncomfortable, it was clean. But we did have one MAJOR issue while visiting, we went to the lounge/restaurant because we had been walking More

The bar is a good sized space, groups aren't on top of each other. Nice views of Times Square.

This hotel is AMAZING! The price given was way better than we had expected seeing we were located in the center of Time Square. Everything was at walking distance! The views are spectacular and breath taking. Staff was very polite and helpful. And the rooms had a very sophisticated look, from the Lower level, to the check in lobby... It was all OUTSTANDING! I loved it! I would definitely book again with them!
