Fantastic location with a terrace overlooking Time Square

Well placed near Times Square. Comfortable room with a beautiful night view. I recommend this hotel to all my relatives.

4 star hotel extremely well placed because 5 minutes walk from Times Square. We had a room on the 31st floor with all the comforts. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that offers magnificent views of Times Square. I highly recommend.

it is already the third time that I stay in this beautiful hotel with a superlative breakfast, the only flaw the queen beds are smaller than usual compared to US standards, otherwise everything is ok as always.

Great location, nice clean large rooms with a rain shower in the bathroom. We were lucky to have a room on the 29th floor overlooking Broadway which was great! Would recommend for location and price

Wonderful views no matter where are you are, Simply stunning staff, and so beautiful! I loved staying there. The rooms are spacious and the TV's have you're name on the screen when you turn it on! Only bad thing, I had to leave. Thank you novotel for the enjoyable experience!

In this beautiful hotel I spent all 8 days of my vacation in New York and I must say that I could not have made a better choice. Fantastic location, spacious and spotless rooms, top staff. Last night we also tried the restaurant and we were very impressed. Beautiful terrace overlooking Times Square

Rooms are clean and the restaurant serves good food. Staying at higher floor gives you nice view.

the first night we were there - (we had three rooms on the 18th floor) we had traveled all day and had a 5 and 8 year old with us - there was a party on your terrace and the music was so loud until 1am that none of us could sleep - we had a big day planned for Sunday - taking the kids to see Cats and a big party dinner at Carmines and the kids (and us) were so tired all day - I called down that evening to see if anything could be done about the noise and the person at the desk was very unhelpful and unsympathetic to our issues - I would think that we could expect to have quiet and get rest in our room - especially on the 18th floor and not have to deal with your private party until 1 am - they did take $50 of each room but that hardly covered us having to be up all night the day we got there -

This place is absolute heaven in my opinion. The staff of aboutlsey wonderful and nice and they are always there to help you with anything you need. Me and my wife really did enjoy our stay here we will definitely be coming here more often. The view however is the main purpose why it s so beautiful. Waking up in the morning and just seeing the view is probably the best way to start your day.

Centrally located - amazing views of the city. Their food is really good and nice atmosphere.

Novotel New York Times Square exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and quite spacious. The decor was nice. The king size bed was comfortable and clean. The only interaction we had with the staff was checking in which was smooth and easy. Right near Times Square and shops, delis, restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel very well located, clean, near Times Square, very comfortable rooms taking into account the average New York, nice bar, a very nice terrace with fabulous view.

The inside is BEAUTIFUL. I tried a cocktail with peach and ginger in it and it was delicious.

Overall, I'm giving it 4 out of 5 because the view in 1104 was excellent for #NYE. We were supposed to have a king room with a sleeper sofa, but ended up with a double beds room instead. The room confusion goes back to our travel agent, More

Room not ready when we arrived - but open bar offered by the hotel in the meantime.
Fridge available, but empty.
No coffee machine or tea bag
Not even a bottle of water to cool off.
Family of 4: room for 2 (2 towels, 2 glasses ...). We should have asked for an "extra" according to the reception.
Half price breakfast with Club Accord card, but tips counted on the basis of 100%.
Most uncomfortable bedding - back pain guaranteed after a few nights.

Rooms are nice and the lobby offers a great view over Time Square. But the wifi is expensive and slow.

This was the perfect choice for our very first time in the Big Apple. The location is amazing - imagine being right next to the Ed Sullivan theatre, Times Square, and a short walk away from the Rockefeller Centre. Excellent shopping is just a hop, skip and jump away too. There are plenty of dining options around the block, plus the hotel has a nice restaurant with great views. The room we had is sizeable, with a comfortable bed and decent storage space, The bathroom is small but well maintained, and you get all the Novotel toiletries. The Greek housekeeping lady did a great job of taking care of our needs. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and shall definitely book here when in NYC next.

Great location to see sights as its central to nearly everything

A swindle. So here is this expensive hotel in Times Square. Has a really nice view and bar etc. We get there - and it's all roped off for a private event.

Suppose you had rented a room at a hotel on the beach, and when you got there, were told that sorry, you can't go to the beach, we've rented it all out. You'd feel cheated, yes?

Sure the rooms are nice and the location is good. So are the rooms in many hotels in this area. But they don't rip you off like this. This is really rude and inconsiderate behavior to the paying guests. I will not come here again nor recommend it to anyone else.

When he arrived in the room our son wanted to store his things in the closet, joined to this one is a false cupboard that hides the piping
the hinges of this "door" being broken, the door fell on his foot
the result is a broken toe, a painful stay and the impossibility of doing everything we had planned since in New York you have to walk a lot
It is not normal that a lack of maintenance in a hotel of this status could spoil our stay New York
I will therefore make a claim for the prejudice suffered.

at the check in your receptionists treating customer with no respect. they gave me a perception as they are the owner of the hotel not just an employee there. through room service, we requested an iron as the one in the room all burn up on the surface, never got it.

We booked an upgrade for a higher floor and had a great view of the Timesquare. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the Metro, Central Park and the Timesquare. We didn't test the restaurant, but it is said to be very expensive. The rooms were very clean and the beds were good.

What a great place to grab a drink before a show and get cool views of times square on there outside deck. There is lots of indoor lounge if you don't want to be outside. I didn't stay at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.

Views are amazing of Times Square and nice rooftop bar area. Restaurant service was very subpar. Waiters were not very observant and did not check in very often especially unpleasant bc we were a large group for a birthday party. Food was ok. A bit too salty but drinks were decent. Everything slightly pricey tho. Would return just for the views.

Firstly, the location of this hotel was really good which was easy to move around NY by subway or you can walk easily to somewhere in midtown.

Excellent location to enjoy New York during the day and in the evening.
I had booked 2 rooms for this weeklong family visit.
The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent service, it lacks a hairdryer and a mini bar. The breakfasts are complete and of a high standard. We had the opportunity to have a meal one evening at the hotel restaurant, it was absolutely correct.
As for the terrace located at the reception, it is difficult for hotel guests to use it in the evening because either the seats are reserved or there is a private party; (pity).
Despite this we had a great stay.

I stayed here for business. The front desk/receptionists were extremely friendly and fluent in more than one language! Similarly, the bellmen were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and mine had a mini-fridge, which was a nice amenity. The fast experience and ease of traveling made me want to stay again! I would recommend this hotel to people looking for an easy and quick stay in Times Square.

I ve stayed at the Novotel a few times now and it is always a great experience. From Stella at the front desk, always there, always warm and welcoming to my wonderful housekeeper, Elli (she was on the 29th floor this week- please thank her!!) everyone on staff is very kind and accommodating. The location is great as well- within walking distance to everything plus great views.
