Well located, comfortable rooms and very well maintained. Cleansed. The lobby has a very nice bar, with incredible views and staffed by friendly and professional waiters. Highly recommended Views of Times Square from my room. 5 minutes on foot

All about the view. Cocktail options are pretty nice here and the terrace garden provides a great lookout to Times Square

The service was wonderful starting with the girl at the front desk and finishing with the bell hops. SWon't stay anywhere else!

Very nice, Good location, it is economical, clean, elegant, Good attention, does not include Breakfast, but Mac Donald is near so they want cheap food, Good restaurants also close to 130 dllr for two beds, Nice room.

We have just stayed there with family. Hotel very good! comfortable beds, service at the top, air conditioning to activate at will ... and breakfast, a delight! No surprises with online payment directly from the hotel (without going through another site)! I really advise! and the view from the terrace (accessible even if you do not have an aperitif or other) is sensational !! :-)

We chose New York as the first destination for our honeymoon trip and this hotel is really beautiful ... in addition to the very strategic location .. in times square !!! The modern and clean rooms .... in short we had a great time

- Room not that great - even with notation in booking place near lifts after paid for upgrade.

The room was great with a great view of Times Square !! Flat down the room, no home tray damage. The staff for the most part speak French. If you need anything on Manhattan, I advise you to wait for Yves, the concierge, he usually arrives around 5.30pm. It will make your stay more enjoyable. Only thing I did not find in this hotel for my second visit to Manhattan is the American welcome as in the hotels at home because agreement remains a French group.

Loved our stay here. Room was spacious and had every thing we could need. Linen was changed daily and we loved the roof bar overlooking times sq. Staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Will stay again when next in NYC

Great hotel, lovely location. Had an instance where there was a massive que for the elevator so had to leg it up the stairs. That was the only negative.

That's the way it should be: pleasant, clean, discreet, friendly. Absolutely recommended.

This hotel is so-so. There is mold in our ceiling from what seems to be a leak from the floor above.

Modern, up to date and clean. Great location between Times Square and Central Park. Easy to get to the theaters and subways everywhere. Great view from bar must check it out. Not the cheapest though but it's New York City.

Rooms facing the Times Square in the higher floor have a nice view. The concierge guy (Fouad) was knowledgeable and very helpfull. Also the other concierge guy (maybe his name is Jhon) is very kind. The receptionist Sadiq is really nice and professional.

The things I did not like:
- Despite that the bf included in our rate, we have to sign a receipt, maybe to give them a tip. But a tip for what? It is self service.
- There was no a single bottle of water inside the room and no coffee/tea.
- We did not like the reciptianest Jalal.

Excellento Overall Experience. Location was perfect! service excellent. Accomodations great! We enjoyed the view of Times square from our room on the 15th floor. The restaurant and view from the patio are amazing.

My husband and I plus two other couples stayed for the night. All three couples were given 3 corner rooms which was THE best room, with a view. Much appreciated! Loved the lobby and especially the outdoor bar area!! Wish breakfast was not so expensive as it was. We would of eaten there but not for that high price.

Not enough stars to rate properly, I know it's expected for the price, but they delivered. Awesome view of Times Square from room without being in the middle of it, great roof top hang out even in winter, didnt eat at restaurant but looked nice. Staff was courteous, pleasant and helpful when needed, unnoticed when not. Room clean, bed comfortable, flatscreen crystal clear. Downsides- price (it is Manhattan) TVservice (I had more cable channels in the 90's) fee for wi-fi (really?),oh and no golf course. Walk to MSG, any Broadway theater, Rock Ctr, Bryant Park, 5th Ave shopping, Would not hesitate to book here again.

small but modern room which is rare to ny so appreciable. superb terace and location

1) very small beds.
2) you asked me to request rooms if i require near elevator, i said near elevator, and in return i got it farthest from elevator.
3) queue for brekfast. one day hotel management changed time for breakfast and finished breakfast an hour and half early because they had given space for the party. restaurent manager told methat every guests were informed about the early breakfast but i was never told about this by letter or any verbal communication. simultaneously there were few people who were not aware of early breakfast. huge quese for breakfast and absolutely mismanaged situation.
4) male staff at the reception is more like a bouncer of the club....absolutely rude behaviour while cheking in. absolutely no poilteness to guests.....

If something is splendid this hotel is its location 5 blocks from one of the most spectacular points in Manhattan: Times Square. In addition, very close to the door there are several entrances to the subway for the lines that go up and down the island.
The rooms are a good size, for 4 people there are two double beds. They are functional and well decorated. Maybe the closet is a bit fair and more drawers are missing. The cleanliness is very good and the amenities enough.
Breakfast is European style, well stocked and with an acceptable variety, including baguette bread. The quality of the food is very good. It is advisable to get off early, avoid queuing and, with a bit of luck, you can get a table overlooking Times Square.
Customer service is very good and quite efficient.
Finally, it is worth asking for a high room, the views are great.

Great location. Rooms and premises are clean. A coffee machine and a tea kettle would be a great addition to the room.

Nice hotel, very welcome, comfortable bedding, clean, quiet room. The only problem from my point of view is the privatization of the terrace some evenings. I did not expect this otherwise the view is beautiful. The staff is very professional

Ive stayed here twice now. Once for qork and once to see a show at radio city music hall. Its comfortable and only steps away from time square and everything you may want to experiance in the city.

Ideally located, perfect breakfast (except our French products: bread, pastries), ladies, take your body cream ... the hotel does not give unlike other Novotel.

Very nice hotel nice and clean, quiet rooms on the 15th floor. I have a view of Times Square. Amazing bathroom. The remote for the TV needed new battery's and within 5 mins I had a brand new remote up to the room.

Very good location and very friendly people. We spent a few days half locked up in the hotel and the staff was very approachable and willing.

Everything was great. We got the early check in we requested. Lovely room~~ spacious & very comfortable. Fast wifi. Very convenient location close to everything. Restaurant meal was really good & Reception staff very helpful. We will be back next year.

I was a little disappointed with the room which seemed dark and a bit dated, and when I had a drink at the bar my cosmo was served in a plastic glass.
That's why I didn't have breakfast or dinner with you.
On the other hand, the view of Time Square is very beautiful.

Went to 7th floor for their rooftop bar for a great view over Times Square.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Incredible view of Times Square from the window.

This is the second time my stay at this hotel. For the first time there was a better impression and a great view from the room. This time, despite platinum status, no upgrade was made. Waiting for checkin was about 20 minutes, this is unacceptable. Excellent location of the hotel, but the price does not match the quality.

The location is great and the formula works well with the family. Not bad even if better in other Novotel. It's the terrace and the life on Times Square is worth the detour

The staff was very nice and pampered with us. The room was spacious enough. The restaurant is of good quality and the breakfast a real pleasure to go down to take it. The view of the terrace is breathtaking.
