Good hotel, staff is super friendly. Part of the hotel across the street needs updating

Dissapointed of the BAD SERVICE, UNFRIENDLY STAFF AND UNATITUDE Security.

Was there wanted to do Day Pass promotion, came with my dog and one friend of mine. From the entrance until we got in no one gave information about that place is pet not allowed. Suddenly, once i got my towel about to settle the payment the staff told me "its not pet allowed", and he was talking with the front security on hand-talkie the front security blame on me said "i told to the guest not pet allowed", literally not, it was a big liar. Then i decided to left.
Once i got to parking the front security (fat guy) yelling on me says "go to find another place". My suggestion to this guy "man wake up, your money come from your paying customer so you should respect them".

Friendly staff, comfortable and beautiful place, unfortunately I have to cross the road even though it is in one complex if you want breakfast

we stay in this hotel around 1 week, never forgotten, nice bedroom, very traditional bedroom, we surprised they have open air bathtub..very nice, we love it, the bathroom is clean, bedroom clean and tidy

Dear Madam/ Sir,

It was a experience which has to be shared at top level management of your hotel because it was my worst experience at your hotel. I checked in your hotel at room nr 468 dated 10th Sept and what all i expected was the vice versa. I visit Bali Every Year and the day one at your hotel was 100% disappointment.

1) First Night i had dinner at your Hotel in Beach Restaurant and I was being asked to settle the Bill amount immediately and I asked the Restaurant manager to settle at my room account, He said no we cannot because you have not paid 1 million rupaih as deposit during check in and than i said not a problem send some one to my room after 30mins to collect hard cash, the reply i got from him was sorry I am sending the waiter along with your self and pay him right now. This is your hospitality and manners !!!

2) The day two I asked a transporter desk and asked for a Cab to visit Tanah Temple, the driver which was send with me and my wife was manner less and where ever i asked him to stop on the way he was asking my i ail charge you extra. The fee was already discussed before leaving the hotel and all the way he made faces or every time i asked him to stop he refused and said if you pay me extra i Will stop other wise NO !!
This was another experience !!

3) The day three I asked your employee to warm up some food stuff for me and the food i got in my room was the same as pic attached in my mail which is self explanatory !!!

Really all three days I had some good experience at your resort and please make sure no one will visit your hotel again and i am surely going to write to Travel and Tourism in Bali your hotel Manners, Hospitality and Services you had provided to us. Overall the worst experience at Novotel Hotel and mostly all your staff is uneducated and they have no experience of Hotel Industry the way they talk and behave.

I would be expecting a convincing reply from your side.

Quiet atmosphere ...
Rooms in a typical rural design.

Very nice hospitality. This resort has 3 pools and it is right on the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights but now regret that we could have stayed longer. Our 3 year old enjoyed the resort so much. Only thing which I would suggest to readers is this place is mainly for couples. The bathrooms don't have locks at all.

I enjoyed my time there. Good premises, nice breakfast, they also have some pretty good dinner themed buffet

Comfort at this hotel is very satisfying and the location of the beach close to holet is great for a vacation with family

The hotel is located on the edge of Tanjung Benoa beach with beautiful white sand and many choices of water sports, many choices of breakfast, the rooms are spacious and clean, we can sit and relax in the terace with a neatly arranged garden view

This is hotel complex that ranges from average standard to luxury apartments one can hardly imagine.

Friendly staff, good service, the pool for kids is lacking...one too deep, one for quiet swim only...other than that...all good

two weeks quality time for vacation starting few days in ubud with tranquil rice-field and buy souvenir and handicraft for merchandise continue in sanur and our journey in novotel benoa all is magnifique and room spacious and easy access to the beach...

spend 5 nights in deluxe room and these resort was divided in two places, large swimming pool and have a cozy bar in front of the beach with happy hours during the day, make our holiday are complete. our room was facing to the pool and every morning bird singing in balcony, fresh air from sea breeze . i join morning stretching on daily make our life re charge and energize, service is the most best part from your team. thank you to novotel benoa

The Novotel in Bali Benoa is always worth a visit. We were for the second time in this hotel and were thrilled as 3 years ago. In this hotel, you will find a warmth of fellow staff Subayanti, in whatever position, the unequaled seeks. The ambience, the mood the many theme evenings make the holiday entertaining. The cleanliness in every area of the hotel, the many small loving details, everywhere in the hotel and the whole area are remarkable. If we come back to Bali this hotel would always be a welcome option.

- Noisy hallways in the buildings, garden and beach cottages are much better

the hotel is located on 2 sides, our room is across the street, near the swimming pool, the rooms are nice, big enough, clean and tidy, the food is good, the wifi is pretty good

I highly recommend for families to stay at Novotel Benoa Hotel. Every day there are special activities for children and always different ... The children's playroom is also good, comfortable, and there are staff who are always on guard. Friendliness of all staff I gave 2 thumbs up. Ramaaaaah bgt ..., it doesn't distinguish local or outside tourists. Even though 95% of those staying at Novotel Benoa are all. The food is very different and all are not all.

first time to stay in Benoa basically usually stay in kuta but this pedestrian street was a have a lot of activities to be take part, sport activities etc, hotel was quite nice with nice Balinese architecture and a huge garden with three swimming pool is a perfect location to be visit, breakfast with a lot of variance will re energize your day. room have a beautiful garden and very comfort.
