The hotel is well located on the beach with white sand. The rooms are neat and clean and the staff is friendly and good service.

We lived in three deluxe rooms at the other side of the road (no worries, the hotel have traffic securities who get you safe across the road) in the garden area. The rooms were spacious and clean, nice bathroom, The hotel area is very beautiful garden with flowers and trees.

I stayed at Novotel Bali Benoa with my partner as part of a long stay in Bali. We had a ground floor room with access to terrace and grass area in the rear section of the hotel.

For those that haven't researched the hotel in split into two areas with a road that runs inbetween the hotel grounds, it sounds far worse than it actually is and I was surprised at how well they have designed the hotel and taken advantage of the design to overcome the issue.

The style of the hotel is typical balinesse with neutral colours, dark walnut style woodwork, stunning gardens with a wide range of tropical planning, 3 great pools with one beach side and the quieter pool in the rear section followed by a smaller one at the very back of the rear property.

Breakfast was buffet style but it had an excellent range of food with good quality ingredients. The resort was large but always felt quiet and intimate, the staff were helpful, friendly and always doing their best for the quests. The main lobby has a lovely bar area before you reach the restaurant and drinks were good value.

The beach is okay, I've been spoilt by the lovely beaches and white sand of Mexico so nothing compares, however the beach in front of the resort is clean, free from litter and debris, maintained very well and is a nice place to spend a few hours on the lounger. At night the beach has a great bar with seating to relax in front of those sun sets and there is a further pool side restaurant serving great meals.

If I returned to Bali I would happily stay again,the rooms are well appointed,modern and have everything you need. A great hotel worthy of a good review.

Nice location. Hotel design is unique and soothing. They have 5 swimming pools. The place is very relaxing. The private pool villa was huge with great amenities including a jacuzzi. We really enjoyed this hotel.

10/10. Without doubt one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Bali. Deserves every star. Fantastic food, great service, clean and comfortable room. Staff are really good and go out of their way to help. Highly recommended !

We used every year in good hotel, but restroom is full soon, and deterioration of TV is bad considerably considerably.
In addition, the restaurant by the side of the pool is really expensive at just under 1000 yen!

Beautiful and comfortable place, room with facilities that are still traditional and clean with friendly service from the staff

Good stay. Beach front cafe is good. Attractive beachside pool. And another peaceful pool. Evening activities are good. Variety of breakfast available all are good except they serve only till 10AM in weekdays. Pool steps are slippery and we fell down there. Except that incident all others are good. Cost effective.

Perhaps the bigest disapointment I ever got from a hotel. I am the lucky guy receiving a room with a beautiful view to a wall. Natural light is scarce during the day. The scent of mold in the room and the traces of mold in the corners of bathroom contributes to my sensation of staying in a cave. It is my first time in this hotel, and certainly my last time as well.

Superb Hotel to stay..!!! Cocos Restaurant at the beach were absolutely amazing... ... Love all the food in the menu and also "The Best Breakfast" in the morning.. Just Woooouw... .. Thank a million Novotel Bali Benoa... You Guys Roooocks...

Kinda sad when i see this beautiful iconic hotel only receieve 3 guest in this pandemic era.

But i do enjoy it as my private beach. Private pool. Private hotel.
Hotel still clean although employee has been reduced.

The facilities are many, the rooms are satisfying, and the beds are comfortable, the restaurant is by the beach

Very nice resort with 3 pools, small gym, wonderful buffets with a daily changing focus and a demonstration. The food was delicious. Vegetarian is not too short. Possibility to rent a motorcycle. Massages and other dining options in the immediate vicinity. Suitable for families and even those who want to have it quiet is in good hands here.

Though I'd previously experienced great stays at this hotel, it currently looks more 3 star than 5 and my mother and daughter got typhoid fever there. Pool green and slimy, breakfast buffet hygiene questionable!

Novotel Bali Benoa the location of the hotel is absolutley amazing we stayed for 7 days in a deluxe room
nothing was too much trouble for the staff everybody was very friendly and extremely helpful
we felt that we didnt have to go outside of the hotel for anything as everything we needed was here

with all kinds of water sports and a beachfront location plus 3 pools lots of lounges with umberellas
the diversity of the food was amazing its the best i have ever tasted

This is my first time staying here.
Very beautiful.
I got a room (321) which is very close to the beach. Exit the room then turn right and go straight, see the beautiful nature.
The wellcome drink is orange juice and rosella tea.
Pkl. 14.30 get fruit (two guava, a slice of dragon fruit, an apple, and a slice of pineapple
There is a mother who makes omelets very friendly, the mother said that she has worked for 30 years at this hotel.
All who serve here are friendly and kind. Every time you meet those who serve in cleanliness also always say hello: Good morning / good afternoon / good night

Nice 4* hotel located in rather busy beach of Tanjung Benoa, being the center of water sports.

Its complex divided into two complexes, both with decent supporting facilities.

Room - I prefer the beach side collections, starting with Tropical Terrace: decent size, nice contemporary design.

Food though, a bit bland.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff, nice hotel but a few things to review especially at the level of the room. The location is not very good there is not much around, nice pools and beautiful gardens. The rooms are spacious with terrace lounge and small garden.

Our stay here was outstanding. Our pool side room with its own front court yard was just fabulous. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The pool area and private beach where magnificent.

Really nice hotel with courteous staff. Building is getting old but it under constant maintenance. I found the position of the air-conditioning in my room was uncomfortable as it blew on my back at night. I still highly recommend this place to stay. The area is part of the more respectable areas in Bali good place to avoid constant partying and have a more peaceful vacation

We spend the last days in this wonderful hotel! We could not complain about anything, had a nice neat room, the food was a dream, but the staff tops everything! So many dear, nice people! The hotel is ideal for planning tours of the island from here. It is also close to Denpasar airport, which was important to us. We did not notice the aircraft noise. All in all, we have a very, very nice vacation and will definitely be back!

classic Balinese hotel and friendly staff specially at FO and good food at restaurant

We booked a BEACH Cabana but on arrival were very disappointed on the location of the cabana as it wasn't on the beach. In fact it was behind the restaurant and pool. Very misleading and really put a negative on our stay there. On a good note the accommodation was nice and clean. Big comfy bed, the staff were great.

One stop resort , we don t feel to go anywhere Else while staying at Novotel Bali Benoa. We enjoyed the beach, pool, especially our one private bedroom Villa , my kids love the Villa , they can just run in and out as it s very spacious.
Staff are very friendly, We ask them to deliver our breakfast to our Villa as our kids are too loud in the restaurant.
They delivery it right away and I only order breakfast for two but they told us to order for our kids as well (very generous , it s included for our toddler as well).
Breakfast was delicious .
SPA was very nice and relaxing with affordable price .

-staff are all very friendly and welcoming
- awesome pool villa layout
- great range in breakfast buffet and all tasty
-convenient free shuttle bus to shops
-restaurant has a great view of beach

Negatives
- very slow service when asking for anything
-highly inconsistent room cleaning: they didn't bring things we asked like water or robes then constantly rang doorbell to deliver unwanted items like complimentary stale cakes, old fruit or flavourless tea
-staff constantly turning oxygen pump off to poor, starving koi fish
-dirty pool
- fruit bats living in roof making noise
-suspiciously stained canopy hanging over bed- bat faeces or previous tenants
- air conditioning/electricity shorting circuit daily resulting in lack of sleep
-no point having a tv cause every channel is fuzzy
- terrible hair treatment at spa, very painful pulling my hair for an hour and left hair feeling like straw
-weak oily massages regardless how strong you request
-food was terrible and inconsistent and cocktails overly sweet despite repeatedly asking to skip all sugar please
-gym was under-air conditioned, outdated and gym towels smelly
-overpriced hotel transportation and did not respond when trying to contact to book hotel transfer
-shower pressure dribbled out
-mosquitoes and hot air in our room let in by cleaning staff whenever in our villa: took 2 days to bring us more mosquito repellant

Overall it is rundown and slow with mediocre service. Would not recommend unless you can handle constant disappointment of food, transport, service and clean room for budget price.

Good stay with beautiful and friendly staff especially front office, fast check in and fast check out. Stay for 2 nights and wish to come back again
