Beautiful hotel, but I do not recommend it for families with small children! The hotel is separated by a road, although there is a guard to stop vehicles, it is still dangerous!

This is my second visit back to the Novotel and it was just as good as the first time. You get the wonderful feel of Bali by walking into the foyer to be greeted by the lovely staff especially Ari Utami. My room was really clean and the bed is very comfortable and huge. The grounds are well kept and you always get a hello and a warm smile from the gardeners. Thanks to the Novotel Benoa for my wonderful stay.

The service is very friendly, the building design is also classic but luxurious. Located on the edge of Tanjung Benoa beach, it adds to the plus points of this hotel.
At check in time, welcome cake is provided in the room. The price for the room is also not bad. Anyway recommended for holidays together or with family. Because there is a connecting room for family groups who want to take a vacation ..

This was our 4th stay at this hotel. Usually their service is very good but we didn't get the same feeling this time, right from arriving in the foyer.
Generally the grounds and rooms are tidy but perhaps looking a bit dated. Apart from breakfast the food was a very good price and very nice.
I feel the hotel is being outdone by newer resorts and hotels.
Special mention to "chechep" sorry if I got his name wrong but he was a shining light when we saw him in the breakfast area.

Living Experience was really good. I think food Choices and options could have been better. Also, chairs available near the pools were quite less and mostly occupied. Wifi speed is really really bad, and the worst is, you can only connect 2 devices.

I have stayed many times in novotel and i think novotel bali benoa is very amazing hotel. Very polite and helpfull staffs. Food is good and room is satisfied. Nice ambience and scenery. Recommended hotel for staying.

Great place,i like the traditional room and facilities ,and then the room is nice,so clean and tidy.

Had a great time for 5 nights. Perfect for families, breakfast great, happy hours, plus a good selection restaurants nearby for variety. Staff great. We preferred Nusa Benoa over Nusa Dua because you still mingle with locals and daily life goes by. Resort great but area definitely not as "manicured" as Nusa Dua.

The room is okay, all the towel, blanket, is reused too many times and too old, dirty.

This is a 4 star hotel at the most. It is old and poorly maintained. Seems neglected by its owner. Friendly and responsive staff. Very helpful front desk manager. Breakfast is so so. Located in Nusa Dua peninsula but not in THE Nusa Dua with the other top hotels. Not for romantic vacation. Swimming pools are uninviting.

pleasant experience in this hotel, comfortable atmosphere, quiet, clean rooms, spacious enough, there is a bathtub outside looking at the trees, the bathroom is quite big and clean, the bed is clean and neat, with very traditional wooden ornaments, wonderful

I highly appreciate the staff for their cooperation and friendly service. Private beach is good and there you can go for water sports through them or privately which is located very near by only. Spa was satisfactory.

The hotel building must be renovated immediately, so that it can compete with hotels around it, and for the service I like the employees are friendly and good luck always .. aamiin

Nice resort in Benoa. We booked "beach cabana room", but something's going wrong. The reception staff said the cabana room was fully booked by other. Thankfully, they'd upgrades our room to "one bedroom villa". My kids are so happy. They'd choose to swim in the private pool all day long than playing on the beach.

Bed was like sleeping on springs. Dirty bathroom. "Pool side" was looking at a patch of dirt. Great room service however. Nothing here spoke 5-star. More like a 3-star place.

Staff in novotel are very friendly and I love the facilities, view, food, service, and I love everything from this Hotel! Keep going

Heritage hotel with strong touch of balinese architecture and atmosphere..

The hotel is really nice, located on the beach. It is a bit old and would be good to do some painting. The rooms clean and beds lovely. The pool areas are cosy inbedded in gardens. The breakfast is very good. From Western to Asian food. The logistic with glases,coffee, etc works but would be good to improve and refill a bit quicker. It takes some time in the pool bar when you order food and drinks but all the staff are very friendly and try to do their best, always with a smile.

Excellent welcome. Check in competent and professional ... We asked for three nearby rooms and they satisfied us despite the difficulties related to the request. Room cleanliness not satisfactory in particular the bathrooms, however they intervened immediately to repair the faulty telephone line. Buffet more than satisfactory for choice and quality. Extreme kindness from all staff. Small beach but comfort guaranteed on the terrace in front of the sea.

Hotel with Balinese architecture and very classic, the first time staying the children were very happy with the facilities such as Kids Club, we stayed in the tropical terrace room and the room was very clean

We are a regular with Novotel Bali Benoa; Our 1st stayed experience was not pleasant but then Mr Poindl( who was the GM then) made a promise to have our next stay as wonderful experience and he did. That was in Dec 2012 and since then we had a stay in this resort every time we are in Bali. Our stay in this resort had been well taken care for by Ibu Ari( the HouseKeeping Mgr) , who regularly approach us for small talk while at same time look into our needs. For this recent Stay, in Mar 2016, our stay had been very pleasant and it had helped us relaxed,take a step backwards from our hectic working life, and recuperate amidst a tranquil environment. The new renovation at the beach had been pleasantly done up and the serene & gentle sea water level now is calling my wife to want to come back again. Ibu Ari has always been pro-active and speak to my wife on any needs that she may have. That had made my wife happy & we look forward to our return trip in Sep or Dec this year.

Great location, decent breakfast and nice and clean.
Watch the Alfamart and Minimart across the road. Habitual ripoff staff (caught both of them twice). Bingo shop just past the village sign 1000% better.
But hotel is great
