The rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms have bathtubs, we have family rooms, they are quite big and the building is very typical, the food is also tasty and varied, it is a good hotel for a vacation.
Awesome place to stay and have many restaurants in the vicinity so can get a local flavor as well.

Perfect resort in perfect location if you want to stay away from the hustle bustle of Seminyak area. The resort was amazing. Stayed there last week and I couldn t complain! The room was spacious with international amenities, great staff! Very attentive and personalized service, excellent food at the restaurant. And did I mention the swimming pools? My kids went crazily happy in the pools, while i was lounging with great cocktails. Overall it was a great stay, great value for money and super awesome for family. I would definitely go back!
Quiet hotel ... spacious room lmyn equipped with a spacious terrace too ... there are 3 swimming pools here and don't worry if one of them is full of white sunbathing ... maybe because most of the people stay in the western breakfast menu is less varied with the menu local

a pretty good hotel, the rooms are big enough for a family, we get rooms with separate children's rooms, the rooms are clean, neat, the bathrooms are big enough and clean, there are bathups for the main rooms, the overall is quite satisfactory, the facilities are quite a lot for kids, the staff are friendly, internet is also pretty good (standard)
Absolutely wonderful hotel! Incredible service and staff! We had a second week booked to stay elsewhere but cancelled that and changed our reservation to stay here an extra week! Cannot recommend enough.

Not my best experience in Bali.
1. They ran out of water right on my check out date. The staff said it's due to the packed guests so the water pump jammed, but they handled this situation profesionally. They gave me 2 gallons of water, and in 30mins their engineer had done fixing the water pump issue. Actually it's not a big deal if you're not in a rush of need for water to bath etc.
2. The drainage in the bathroom also jammed so they sent an engineer to fix it and it works fine after that.
Above that everything went fine
nice holiday, perfect environment, nice and clean room, the fitness center was good, kid zone enough for our kids.
A hotel for those who wish to spoil their vacation.
0. The room is shabby and dirty. Poor cleaning.
1. Ants, beetles - in bed, in food ... everywhere. They refused to change the number.
2. Toilet - the smell cannot be conveyed.
3. Breakfast - according to the idea until 11:00. However, at 10 am the guys turn down the shop.
4. Staff - English? Yes, why do they need it. The staff is not competent, see point 5.
5. When checking in, we were promised one dinner at a restaurant from the hotel. They asked what kind of food we like, everyone noted. On the day when we came to dinner, we were seated at the table, we ordered. Already when we started eating, a hotel employee came up to us and said that there was an error during check-in and we were not entitled to food. All this happened loudly enough. We had to leave food and leave the restaurant. It was not very pleasant. A friend of mine offered payment, but was refused and asked to leave the table. They did not have a book of complaints. For the inconvenience we were offered, ATTENTION: a discount on alcohol. It was not very pleasant. I would like to go home as soon as possible :(

Love the swimming pool and their garden so much. Love it too chillin when the sunset and their sitting area is so comfy and the view was stunning. Their gazebo is suitable for family and their room is nice. The staff is helping us much too!

Memories of assignments at novotel benoa bali. Even though it's only 3 weeks here, there are many positive impressions. While on Tanjung Benoa, I felt myself enjoying a quiet atmosphere that was not found on the island of Java. Besides that, there are free rooms for one night.

The hotel room was always clean and tidy and all our requests for transport was met in an efficient and timely manner. We loved the cold drink and towels on arrival. We thought it was a lovely touch. Very nice hotel, good pools and restaurants. The only negative point is the lack of flexibility of the staff. Being a gold member I couldn't get my points not my benefits just because the booking was made by a local agency. This was disappointing

Hotel very calm and soothing. The staff is very attentive to all requests. The breakfast is very varied (sweet and salty) and changes regularly. The rooms are very nice and spacious, bedding comfortable and clean however the bathroom is worn and smell of moisture present. Still remains an excellent value for money

I stayed here with my wife for 2 nights and we all enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and great a/c. We opted for the standard garden veiw room wich if we were to go again we would probably book the beach side room as they look a bit nicer and closer to the restaurant and beach. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, the only down sides i personally found was the wifi was too slow for me which didn't really matter as i use a local sim card. All in all a very clean and friendly environment and would definitely stay there again.

We booked through the Novotel for our two-week vacation (were also somewhere else in between).
The hotel is very nicely divided, great main building and of course designed. It's not a cluttered giant house, everything is open and inviting.
The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, they are constantly being polished and tidied up. The main pool sparkling clean, you get everything possible, be it for example if you have fruit or the like. takes from breakfast or needs a parasol or towels, sunscreen etc.
The security guards, who ensure the way across the street, were always extremely friendly and polite, including those who stayed in the hotel to make you feel good.
The rooms were nice and clean too.
We would definitely come back and recommend the Novotel!

However, there are small negative points from our side:
The smaller pool with the bar was very, very dirty, the water was pretty disgusting. The edges should also be cleaned urgently.
The prices. These were very high, so we always went out to eat and drink. Unfortunately, these were mostly twice as high as German prices and sometimes 4x as high compared to the prices outside.
