Awful rooms , seems as if living in a washroom. Half the room is occupied by bathtub.

A very comfortable hotel so you could say it's no longer a hotel but cottages that are thick with Balinese nuances

during the stay here there were no complaints, everything was fine, the service was good, the atmosphere was comfortable, the room and bathroom were quite clean, the food was good, the swimming pool was good, the beach was clean

Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. The food was above expectation and we really did not have a bad meal the entire week. Slightly slow on occasion at Coco's, but the wait was always worth it. Highly recommended the lamb curry for lunch. We stayed in a Tropical Terrace Beach Side Room. The rooms were as pictured and comfortable. Some small attention to detail in the room maintenance will do well to ensure a 5star rating. Room service was 24hours, quicker than expected and also very decent. Softer, larger more luxurious bathroom towels would be welcomed and the toiletries provided are great. The resort size if fair and split in two sides on either side of the road with pools on both sections. The resort was relatively quiet while we were there and very enjoyable, however I do feel if it was very busy, the availability of seating for meals, pool access and sunloungers at the pools may be limited. All said, we would happily stay here again. Keep up the good work Novotel Benoa.

Location was good, heaps of restaurants along the street as well as shopping opportunities. Quick trip from the airport due to the toll bridge. Staff were lovely and welcoming from the start. Pools were great. Drinks were probably the biggest downfall - tasted a little cheap and toxic. Overall a good stay.

Still as good as always. Probably my favourite hotel in the world. The staff treat you like family, and I ve been staying here continuously for over 20 years. It s not a modern hotel, more a traditional style, but the beds are comfortable, and the choice of pools is great.

Rogues thieves. You counted me a double rate compared to the reservation. And no customer service suite has my claims. Tourists go your way. Insignificant hotel between airport and run of motorcycles of the seas in front of the "beach".

When we arrived the staff made us feel like royalty, greeted us with cold towels and cool drinks. You could have table service by the pool. The breakfast spread was amazing and there was so much. Our room was amazing, however when we woke up early to leave on our last day we did find loads of bugs in/on our beds. They looked like flying ants or maybe termites. As we didn't notice until we were leaving we didnt say anything to the staff because the rest of the hotel was amazing. The main pool was very clean, very deep (I couldnt stand in most of the pool and I am 5"4) maybe could have benefited from a shallow end. There were two other pools but we didn't go to those because our room was right around the corner from the other one. So they may have been more shallow. There was entertainment every night. There wasn't much to do in the evenings outside of the hotel. It was a very quiet area, but after visiting Kuta one evening we were very grateful for our quiet resort! The hotel was on the beach so we spent most evenings watching the stars sipping cocktails.
You can order taxis to your hotel so it was easy to get around everywhere, we did so many excursions and had an absolutely amazing time.

If you take a cabana room, the beach view is very worth to try, but there is no outdoor bathub, I don't use it because there are many leeches around. Then you can use cano for free. Can go to Turtle Island by boat byr 500rb (July2019) Overall I am satisfied with the view and the area to relax the family

Novotel standard service. Only the breakfast is not like other Novotel, choose to eat as little and it tastes bland.
The hotel building looks old, needs to be polished again, it's fresh and modern.

Get a room in the villa, room facilities are rather old-fashioned, and the couch is somewhat forced.
But for the price and get the beach really top. Very stay here if you want to find a relaxed atmosphere, nice beach, relatively cheap prices. Free to play canoe on the plus-plus beach of this hotel, children love to play at Novotel Benoa Beach.

Three stars because... First the cleanliness in the early days was good while then it was incomplete even on towels. Secondly the rules probably do not apply to everyone in the pool hours, also people made noise late at night so I point them to stop. Third on the last day of the check out they didn't even ask us how our stay at the hotel was. Nice breakfast, friendly staff the cocktails mediocre. Also in the sea you can not swim.

stayed 2 nights at the pool villa, the rooms are spacious, the swimming pool also has a gazebo. breakfast is quite varied when another pandemic like this. satisfying.

Nice & quiet. Peaceful resort on Benoa Beach. Rooms are well designed with all tbe facilities central. Staff are beautiful and warm going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Good selection of pool areas with quiet pools for adults where children are discouraged and constantly asked to be quiet. Nice buffet breakfast with a range of healthy options catering to a worldwide taste.

When local people visit the treatment feels very different

My husband and I spent a long time deciding where to stay at nusa dua, we decided on novotel bali benoa for it's beach cabana. We wanted to experience the sound of the waves & the beachfront views. We were both disappointed & felt ripped off. Although there are a couple of cabanas situated right on the beach ours was set back behind the restaurant. I believe our cabana shouldn't have been advertised as a beach cabana not being on the beach. In saying this we did really love the cabana. The pool was beautiful & the staff were lovely.

Beautiful hotel with thick Balinya nuances. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have 3 pools so you can choose where you want to swim. Pool in front of the beach is my recommendation. Breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. If you are traveling with children, do not worry that the children will become bored, because they have a Kids Club that has a variety of activities that are interesting for children. If you want a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beach with your family, this hotel is the best recommendation in Tanjung Benoa.

This hotel was the biggest disappointment so far. When we arrived, check in took forever because at 5pm our room wasn t ready! (Check in supposed to be from 2pm in this hotel) it s not only happened to us, there was another group of people their rooms wasn t ready as well!
The rooms are old, but cozy. But old. Shower is broken. Water is running super slow and it s hard to make it warm, it s always super hot or cold. (Btw bath didn t have hot water at all)
We didn t have any shower gel. Also, if you want to get tooth brushes you have to request it only. (Let s not forger it s 5 stars hotel ).
They give you some cards for towels in the hotel. You can t lose this peace of paper ,otherwise you will pay 200.000rp.
For the dinner we went to the hotel restaurant to have some desserts and coffee. And if you want to try the worst cappuccino in your life, welcome to Novotel Bali. It was so bad that we couldn t drink it at all. Desserts are ok. Nothing special. Fruit plate was also bad coz all the fruits was green, even watermelon. Prices are too high for this. 3 desserts + 2 cappuccinos = 500.000rp (tax is 21%)
Breakfast was nothing special.
Staff is SUPER friendly tho.
I stayed in other Novotel hotels, and I really liked them, but this one in Bali is so bad I recommend not to stay here if you don t want lose your money for nothing.

The beautiful environment, the staff's high level of service, and the buffet are perfect. After having eaten the freshest meal in Bali, you can feel the chef's intentions. The management strives to maintain a high standard buffet. My family is also managed. The restaurant, fully aware of this restaurant is very hard to maintain a good dining experience, my next tour will definitely choose to stay at this hotel :)

My partner and i had the most relaxing stay at Novotel Bali Benoa! They made us feel really at home and we felt incredibly taken care of. We stayed in the beach cabana room and found it to be super cozy and clean. I also loved the outdoor bathtub, were also incredibly friendly and always had a smile. Can't recommend this place enough and we already can't wait to visit again!

The first time vacation news with family more time spent at the pool can be rooms close to the beach and pool, the rooms are clean spacious and the attendants are also friendly the food at the restaurant is also delicious

I've been stayed in 3 nights, it's a good place for me and my kids.. good impression came from the staff were just so lovely and helpfull. I think the food was great too. i will recommend this hotel to every couple and families.. pretty sure i will come back again when i'm visit to bali..

For cleanliness, service and hotel facilities, it is quite good, for the atmosphere because the old building should be refreshed again, we can get a room inside through the hallways when the night's atmosphere is a bit spooky, for halal food is still in doubt (halal is not just not pig) due to the pig menu side by side Halal food with the same cutlery, we don't even have breakfast to just take fruit ... SMG can be used as input for the hotel

The rooms are cottage-like and quite spacious. The beachfront and swimming pool are clean and well-maintained despite the current pandemic.
