Great post sales support, very professional and hassle free, they fix my dehumidifier in just few days, and even provided me a loan unit!

Beware of the filter replacements cost before you purchase. Their replacement filters are way overpriced. Their service centre refuses to replace certain parts due to poor quality materials. Very disappointed.

Customer service was good, but the products are bad
Bought 2 fans 3 months ago and both of them already broke down.
The fans did not experience any water, fire, dropping, strong sunlight.

Customer service response good but The filter machine couldn t work well have sent to Novita more than 5 times and pay for spare part each time but still can not work well.
The machine we bought and use it at Indonesia,the water we had filter first before water go into Novita machine.
The engineer ask to change the filter,it done but still not work.
Now the water after filter through Novita machine very smelly .
Can please replace the new one?otherwise very wasted pay for $2800++ but couldn t use it.

Sent in my units for repair. I was told that the process would take about 5-7 days. I didn't receive any calls from them regarding the evaluation. I had to call them to remind them. I received an SMS today detailing the problem and today is already the 6th working day. That is not the biggest problem. I have been trying to call in for the last two days and all I get is " all our operators are busy at the moment, your call is important to us, please hold...." and it will auto hang up after a while. Already wasted 2 hours in the last two days trying to contact them.

One of the worse customer service i ever experienced, made more than 7 calls to various depts and no one picked up, eventually someone picked up but asked for my number but never call back again. Will have to be careful about buying things from novita again.

I was inform it open today, but it not. Wasted my cab fares to and fro home.

Had an issue with a recently purchased air purifier. They handled the situation quickly and came to my home to pick up the defective unit and drop off a new one. No issues. Very helpful customer service!

Quite literally the best customer care you could hope for. Polite, patient and making sure you are taken care of.

Good aftersales service. Allowed me to upgrade unused filter to new ones when I changed the filter system. Also helped me replace worn-out connector at zero cost. Thank u!

Great after sales experience! Ordered the replacement filters and they were quickly delivered. Even got automated SMS notification from uparcel to remind me about the delivery . Fantastic service from Novita!

Very friendly and helpful people. Provided a replacement while my dehumidifier was being repaired. That's what I call great service.

Bought the Aroma diffuser (NA90)1 yrs ago from CK Tang as they were running a promo. Since then had been sending in for repair as it will stop working after every 2-3 months used.
Product is really bad & lousy. My advice to others better think twice b4 purchased Novita products.

If there is an option for no star, I would have probably given it.

For all other enquiries, press "6" leads you nowhere.

Surprised company is still surviving. Bet won't be long, the company will be closing down soon. Matter of time, it will become victim of its own doing.

UPDATE: we got refunded despite the packaging being opened (which may say something about how they cannot explain how their product works). Now they have launched a product called Novita H-MIST22 - probably the same questionable science.
ORIGINAL: Called the customer service number and told no scientist working at the firm. Questionable science behind the Novita H-Mist02 (supposedly functions as disinfectant spray) and they cannot explain it satisfactorily over multiple emails and calls. Overall reaction of the electrolysis of water just gives oxygen gas and hydrogen gas. Hydroxyl ions in water and hydrogen ions in water is the same as water (look up "self-ionization of water"). What you spray out is oxygen gas, hydrogen gas and water! Even if there is momentarily higher hydroxyl ion concentration, that's basically the same as using warmer water (look up "ionic product of water" at different temperatures). Complete rip-off and gives people false sense of security.

I paid $1400 for 2 dehumidifiers and they only delivered one. I can't afford to have people wasting my time because they can't be bothered. If you see someone spending so much money, you gotta be more careful than ever. What a bad birthday experience!
