Sent in my units for repair. I was told that the process would take about 5-7 days. I didn't receive any calls from them regarding the evaluation. I had to call them to remind them. I received an SMS today detailing the problem and today is already the 6th working day. That is not the biggest problem. I have been trying to call in for the last two days and all I get is " all our operators are busy at the moment, your call is important to us, please hold...." and it will auto hang up after a while. Already wasted 2 hours in the last two days trying to contact them.
