Customer service response good but The filter machine couldn t work well have sent to Novita more than 5 times and pay for spare part each time but still can not work well.
The machine we bought and use it at Indonesia,the water we had filter first before water go into Novita machine.
The engineer ask to change the filter,it done but still not work.
Now the water after filter through Novita machine very smelly .
Can please replace the new one?otherwise very wasted pay for $2800++ but couldn t use it.
