Very happy with my experience at Maxon Hyundai. Will definetly return again in the future.

Huge inventory, great deals, and outstanding customer service. Worked out a deal on my new Hyundai Elantra that beat other dealerships in the area.

As far as I m concerned, dollar for dollar Hyundai is the best car on the road. And Maxon Hyundai is the best dealership.

Edit.. after having to come back to the shop they made sure to take care of my vehicle updated the system gave me a rental car so I did not have to wait I appreciate the care that they took in handling the fix.
They also took out the time to help me figure out any issues I had

Was there for a mazda connected services update/recall waited about 4 hours for it to not work unsure if update took but will be going back again to see if it can be done

Great Customer Service! James was my consultant and he went above and beyond with service by keeping me posted on what was needed, explained the auto terminology of certain things, wasn't pushing me to fix everything at once, listened to what I wanted and it got done. Dropped my car off on a Wednesday, thought work would be done on Thursday, called Friday at 4:30 after work to see what s going on, told that a manager would call me back. I call back at 5:05, get told that service closes at 5. Disorganized and no accountability- avoid if you can.

My lease on my Sonata ends in three years. My relationship with Maxon Hyundai will go on and on.

Service department is horrible and must be avoided. Had a regular service appointment on Saturday at 2pm. Checked in and was told it ll take 3 hours. Waiting room was full (10+ people). No shuttle service. So ubered home and told them to call me. Got a call at 3:45pm stating car is ready to pick up. Got here at 4:30pm and found out service department is closed till Monday. It closed at 4... what kind of customer service is this? On top of spending money on ubers, now I have no car till Monday.

Gian Franco helped me from beginning to end in a very professional manner. I've test drove a couple of cars and decided on the Elantra GT. Negotiated the deal, settled with the financing, then drove away with my new used car which I enjoyed. Just went back to pick up my plates and registration and he was waiting by the entrance as soon as I've pulled in. Such service! Ask for Franco if you're looking for a nice Hyundai.

I was in a weird position where I needed a car for my mother who is disabled but couldn t get to the dealership herself. I tried a bunch of dealerships that couldn t help me. Then I tried here, and they sold us a car! I never even went to the dealership. We picked one out online, it was brought to us. Agreed on financing and the whole lot. I don t know, I had a very good experience. Lily was the one who helped us. She seems great! Says call her personally with any questions, comments, concerns or problems.

I had to get the battery changed during my lunch break, and Maxon Hyundai was very quick with their services and had me back to work in no time. Highly recommended

I had a great experience. I wasn t sure if I wanted to buy a car during Covid-19 for obvious reason but I m glad I did! I was able to do most of it over the phone so it made it easy for me to come see the car that had exactly what I was looking for. They answered all my questions and they had the vehicle ready and sanitized for a test drive. Thanks Reggie and team!

I used to work for this place and they are very unprofessional and unorganized. I was told to ignore problems I found in a 21-point inspection, because the customer won't ever get it done there. Tools and personal belongings have been stolen while I worked there, and nothing was done when it was. The only way something is done about theft is when something is missing from a customer's car, because mechanics steal things out of them. Customers have even told me they saw an employee put something in my drink when I walked to speak with management about a car I was working on. I would never recommend this place to anyone for any reason after knowing what I know from working there.
