Stars are for the service department. Made my reservation at 12:15. Got there a little early and car was taken right back to get started on the oil change. Got the loaner car and a great recommendation for lunch! Also, needed an estimate on the repair cost to the damage to the left rear door, so drove over to collision office. The lady at the front desk said it would be a few minutes. After waiting 15+ minutes with no one coming out to give an estimate, we just left. No stars for them!

The worst service ever, I bought a preowned/certified 2015 GX460 loaded with 28k miles and paid $2800 for more extended warranty on 10/2017. Last month the rear a/c system started blowing hot air, So I took it to justin at NSL. First he said it only had One a/c system and it was normal to blow hot air !!! , It came with 2 a/c systems !! Then he kept my SUV for 7 Days and said it was working normally, I still had warm air coming from rear a/c., I took it to another a/c shop and in 10 minutes they showed me that it was low on freon !!!, There is a sight glass inspection port under the hood to check the freon. A small amount of Freon was added, The a/c now blows cooled front and rear. It looks like NORTH SIDE LEXUS needs to send their a/c techs back to school., Or they just don't want to fix an expensive warranty problem. Your guess is as good as mine.
Been there to return my lease end vehicle and though the process was easy and fast the financial department guy was not helpful instead tried to put hurdles into something that should have been repurchase vehicle opportunity.

I took my Lexus in for its 45,000 mile check-up. I was promptly checked in and I waited in their comfy waiting room. In a shorter amount of time than I was anticipating, she had her check-up and recommendations. I've always been so pleased with the service department at Northside Lexus.
My wife needed to purchase a replacement vehicle for her last RX350 which was wrecked by a head-on driver (Lexus makes the safest SUV's!!!!). We worked with Erica Pollino to find the right vehicle at the right price. She was very friendly, professional and informative on what was available. We bought another RX350 (slightly newer model). Northside has great people who are very responsive and deliver great service. We really enjoyed working with Erica!!
I have been a Northside Lexus customer for 10 years, and have always appreciated the excellent customer service they provide, but my experience this week was exceptional. It seems they've intentionally taken steps to improve the quality of service to an even higher level. There were more people on hand to help get me in and out, dropping off my car and getting a loaner car as quickly as possible and with a very friendly, efficient manner.
We couldn t have asked for anything more. Doug was very knowledgeable of the product. Told us everything we needed or wanted to know about it. Operation, convenience features, safety, etc.

Northside Lexus has come highly recommended to me multiple times and I'm glad to report the rumors are true that they have the BEST service you will probably ever experience. I'm in the painfully unfortunate situation of having my dream car in their collision center, but Mr. Steven White has already gone so far above and beyond to work with me and my insurance company to get my vehicle fixed and returned to me with haste. My insurance actually provided completely wrong contact information and Mr. White went out of his way to track down the right number and reach out to me within minutes of my vehicle arriving. The communication and attention to detail have been on point from minute one. As much as I hate being away from my car, there honestly isn't any other shop I would rather it be at. Thanks very much for the help and I greatly look forward to the finished product. Highly recommended.

Got a good deal on the car and my salesman was good. What really bothered me was how long I waited to do my paperwork. This was a cash deal w/ a trade-in so there was no financing and the amount of paperwork was minimal. There was no reason I had to sit in front of a TV for an hour to wait to go into someones office to sign a few sheets of paper.
Anthony Hoang was so awesome to work with. He was patient and answered our questions and helped my mom. The dealership is also brand new with great coffee and the lobby is so pleasant.This was not my first stop in the car buying process and I cannot say good things about most dealers we visited. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE COLLISION CENTER. My vehicle was dropped off due to being hit from behind in an accident. 6 weeks later I picked up my vehicle and noticed the check engine light was on. I notified someone of the issue and my vehicle was driven to the back. I assume they jumped my vehicle and I was able to drive home. The next morning as I attempted to start my vehicle it wouldn't start. I called the Collision Center and notified them that my battery is completely dead and that they needed to replace it. Of course they gave me the run around, talking about it's normal wear and tear, blah, blah, blah. Mind you, I just bought my Lexus 5 months ago and it had 16K on it, I'm sorry but that doesn't add up. Also, if my battery was so bad wouldn't your Technician have notated this issue on their paperwork??? Of course they wouldn't listen to a FEMALE on the phone so my husband a US Army Veteran TRUCK DRIVER got involved. My husband takes the vehicle back to the center and demands to speak to the supervisor...... well whatever my husband said to them WORKED and they replaced my battery BUT of course it was on WARRANTY!!! Nice way to cover up your terrible service Northside Lexus Collision Center!!!!! You all made 8K on this repair but I promise you will NEVER make a single penny more from me AGAIN... DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO NORTHSIDE LEXUS COLLISON CENTER!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
As I read all the issues below, I'm not the only one who had a DEAD battery issue.... Just terrible....
Well, went by to ask a few questions about the upcoming 2020 RX 350 models and happily drove home in a 2019 RX 350! My third RX 350 from Northside Lexus. Josh Keough sold me my second RX 350 and I only wanted to speak with him when I visited. Sure enough, he provided answers to my questions, happen to have the exact car in stock I would have wanted if I had been serious about buying one, and I ended up driving home in that 2019 RX 350! Josh Keough is remarkable, and his knowledge of everything Lexus is quite astonishing!
I have always experienced professionism from the employees at the dealership during my visits. Quite a family of employees making our visits more than comfortable. I know the new dealership home will be mind blowing and I can't wait to experience it!

Recently I bought a used Infinity from Northside Lexus. John, the salesman, answered all my questions quickly and professionally. My finance was done in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate their professionalism.
Allen was not helpful and did not make any recommendations, He rushed me through because they were behind 5 people. I did not receive the personal customer service i deserved. We had questions and things to work out with warranties and he was resistnt to helping. Stated he had been there since 94, and maybe thats why he lost his personal touch and patience and reacts like a robot. His main focus was to not cover anything, and upcharge where he could. Our experiences the past few times have been excellent, but very disapointed in yodays experience. We chose to leave without getting any work done. We were willing to pay for some of ot but due to his poor attitude and being rushed, we chose to just leave.
Please be careful purchasing any pre-owned vehicles here, we purchased a clean looking pre owned vehicle, found out that absolutely no inspections are performed except vehicle inspection for registration of vehicle which ended up being a costly purchase for us, we have had the vehicle less than 3 weeks and took it to Sewell for oil change and came out with a $5K dollar estimate of repairs that would have been caught even if minor visual inspection by a mechanic, I totally understand as is no warranty but I would have expected a little more courtesy/ concern, when I came back to Lexus and let them know about the repairs needed on the vehicle we just drove of their lot, all I got was literally a sorry dude from the salesperson ( I wish he would have at least acted a little concerned, would have satisfied me) I believe as a consumer paying the salaries of the sales, managers etc. deserve a little more than a sorry dude ...... anyhow caveat emptor Buyer beware !
I had such a great experience with Northside Lexus! I spoke with Nicholaos Makrakis and he made my experience extremely easy and seamless! I called a few days ahead and let them know the purchase I wanted to make and requested for everything to be ready for me by the time I went to the dealership, and he did such a great job to get me in and out in a little over an hour. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience.
Beware of this dealership and it s sales group! My family purchased a vehicle from Donnie Holcomb, we drove 3 hours from our home to pick this vehicle up. We traded in a vehicle and they made sure to ask us if it had any paint work done to it, but then failed to to inform us that the car we were purchasing had damage we would only find days later. Unbelievably dishonest on the Donnie s end, they had this car on their lot for 2 months, they absolutely were aware of this paint damage. This will be over 1k to fix, not to mention the loss of value we will have to take.
What a wonderful experience!! Took my car in for 5K mile service. In and out in no time with a rental. Purchased my Lexus at this same dealership and that was an excellent experience as well. Great dealership that focuses on the customer experience.
I interacted with Felipe Lozano, who works in the Collision Center. He did a great job of keeping me informed about the progress of my car repairs and overall, displayed great customer service. My repairs were completed ahead of schedule and I am satisfied with the results.
As requested I was given a loaner car to use during my 10,000 mile checkup. I was called a few hours later that the car was ready. So I was able to pick up my car early afternoon, which was very convenient since we live in The Woodlands. You folks are always accommodating.
My experience started off great Juan and Mark Green was the ideal salesman until after i signed on the dotted line. The back of my 2018 Ls lexus that I purchased came a loose which Northside Lexus fixed. But the next day I noticed that it was loose again. Called and dropped my car off and the salesman Juan said the next time I'm taking pictures because it just don't come a loose and will not fix it. Picked my car up and Mark Green was so unprofessional after I mentioned what Juan said, I truly wish I hadn't purchased the car, when my friend from Carmax called and said we just had two 2018 Ls 500 with the same problem. Northside Lexus salesmen showed their true colors after the sale!!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I was in a small wreck and the side of my Lexus was damaged. The insurance company was covering all of the collision repairs I decided to go with North side Lexus. That was the worst mistake ever. Once my car was ready to be picked up it was not working. something was wrong with the engine. I didn't even go to North side lexus for engine repair. The staff was very rude they also watched me drive out of the parking lot with a vehicle that was not running with my children in the car. This was the worst part. Once my car was picked up by my trusted mechanic I was told someone took wires and disconnected them. I'm pretty sure this was to collect extra money due to me being a female and possibly not knowing about Vehicles. They are a scam be careful taking your vehicle To northside Lexus.
Very busy when I arrived, yet my Service Advisor met me promptly. I relaxed in the well-furnished Customer Waiting Area, and was kept advised of the progress of maintenance on the closed-circuit TV there. In what seemed like no time, my (my wife's) car was ready. It was all topped off with a very engaging and efficient Cashier. Nicely done!

I was supposed to receive a survey regarding my service at the Collision Center last year, but I never did so here it is. Johnnie T. is awesome! He walked me through what to expect from the rear bumper damage that my vehicle suffered after being rear ended, everything from rental service to parts; he answered all the questions and concerns that I had. He communicated as if it were his vehicle being repaired and kept me up to date at all times, which was greatly appreciated. Months after the repairs were completed, the side of the bumper started to pop out. I assumed it was due to loose clips and brought it back in for Johnnie to evaluate. Thankfully, Lexus has a great warranty on parts and workmanship. It took less than 10 minutes to have a technician look at it and to fix the issue. Johnnie recommended reaching out if it happened again. I m happy with the service I received and will gladly recommend and return.

Fought the traffic to visit the new dealership to look at SUV s this past Wednesday evening. Walked the parking lot for 20 minutes or so and no one came out to help us. We then walked up to the showroom and looked at a vehicle out front while 2 salesman talked to each other and never acknowledged us. We will be buying soon but not from Northside Lexus.
