Jeffry, my service person dealt with me with grace and humor and I appreciated it very much. A great deal of work needed to be done, so it took a bit of time but that was no problem for me. Thank you.

The staff is professional and very knowledgeable in their product line; however, with my most recent visit for a recall service, I was told my vehicle would be ready for pickup by 7:30 AM. They weren't ready and I had to wait an extra 1.5 hours for the tech to finish with whatever work needed to be done. Was late for work and had to reschedule other things in the day. Expections were set but not met.

Had to take my car in for recall felt like arriving at a hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive for the people needs wonderful waiting along with a quiet area and private room if needed. Was handed a loaner car that's was very clean as well.

Got there 20 min early and after 2 hour 30 mins I have Been still waiting... just for 10k service...supposed to be under an hour... what they told me... staff are not responsive... nobody knows what is going on ... no name on the status monitor... 40 mins ago I finally got the status and said car was going to car wash... just checked and still the same... what a waste of time...

We were pleased to experience Northside Lexus low key approach to selling cars. We told our salesperson what we wanted in a car and he was able to find the color and interior we wanted. The lack of high pressure selling and gamesmanship means that we will continue to come back to Northside again.

I only worked with the service department, and over three phone interactions, they were terrible each time. I initially called and spoke to Sarah and explained I was out of state and buying a used Lexus in Houston and I wanted to have them inspect it for me. She didn't seem very knowledgeable, seemed like she wasn't paying attention while we spoke and ended up recommending a basic inspection. I called back a day later and spoke to Carlie. I explained the same situation and the soonest appointment she told me they had was over a week out (an unusually long time for such a simple service). She recommended I just bring it in without an appointment and see if they can fit it in. I had the seller bring the car in and I spoke to Sean at that point. He told me that they can only take payment if you are physically there with the card in case the payment doesn't go through. I suggested that I pay in advance (not a difficult solution) and he wasn't sure if they could even do that. In the end, he had to talk to three people, including the service manager, and came back to tell me they don't even do inspections on used cars. When I told him that I already spoke with two people in the service department who told me they can do the inspection, he said they shouldn't have been answering questions like that. It all adds up to poor training, poor quality of staff and the entire time I got the feeling like they didn't even want my business and were constantly putting up road blocks. This strikes me as very strange because I receive excellent service at my local Lexus dealership- head and shoulders above this dealer. They need some serious customer service training and probably some staff restructuring before they can begin offering anything beyond rudimentary customer service. Ok for Hyundai maybe, but not for Lexus.

I was shopping pre-owned vehicles and Chase Fisher came highly recommended. I was incredibly indecisive and ended up purchasing a 2020 GX. Chase was very helpful, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. It took me over a month of shopping (including other dealerships) to pick just the right vehicle for me and my family. I was able to order the GX to my specifications with no additional costs or fees. Chase made sure I was taken care of the entire time and I was able to take advantage of some pretty sweet discounts.

Our car shopping experience at Northside Lexus was very enjoyable. The whole process was very smooth and painless. The customer service was outstanding. We worked with Nick and he was amazing. He made sure we got exactly what we were looking for and negotiated the best deal for us. It was a great experience overall and we love our new vehicle!

Most important, they did what they said they were going to do! No surprises . Salesman? Joshua Keough was excellent and Doug Gilmer walked me through the electronic signing...I was so taken back by the experience that I bought a windshield policy.

Professional, friendly, honest, and well-prepared are amongst some of the reasons that I will not purchase or lease a car from anyone else! When I called them to setup a pick up for service, they said it will take 3 weeks before they are available. I also have the Cadillac from Swell, and they can do it within 3-4 business days.This is not even close from what I expect from a Lexus dealer, the vehicle I had from them is $100K.

Great experience with salesman David Gardner. He's not in a rush, and has an easy job since the RX 450 SUV sells itself which such a wonderful ride (sort of just kidding David!). Good handler named Brian that goes over the technology before you leave with a new car. Staff training needed in the finance group as a derogatory comment about Hispanics had my wife nearly falling out of her chair and the deal being scuppered. Otherwise, a fantastic experience in car buying.

I have to say this car buying experience was the best! The staff were over the top. Nick and Marcus made the whole thing painless!! We were in and out in about 2 hours. No haggling, no running back and forth to the mystery man behind the curtain, it was great! We discussed a price, agreed and that was that - done! I have leased several cars from different dealers in the Houston area, but Northside Lexus made the long trip from Katy to Spring well worth the drive!! High five Nick, Marcus and Tim!!!!

I really appreciate the personable service and the effort the Northside staff made to take care of our needs and requests. Lexus products are definitely top quality. I do, however, wish that we could have replaced our ES like we originally intended (no fault of Northside). We also feel quite a bit restricted with a lease. The IS 300 is great but I have discovered it to be too small.

We truly appreciate Northside.

Their old store was a little too new wave for my taste... But when Jason Yeomans started here in 2012, I think Northside Lexus really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole dealership has a clear, crisp look, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the business a big boost.

I was sent home after their world class inspection...

I was sent home after their world class inspection to drive my children around with a flat tire. They knew I had a tire sensor issue and didn't bother to check all the tires!!!! After calling back my service rep, Jonathan, was rude to me. I am getting better service at NTB right now. They have lost a customer for life. I will spread the word to everyone I know.

I scheduled A brake flush plus oil changed and was told I had the brakes flushed at 30,000 miles and did not need this service for 10,000 more mile ( 60,000 miles). I thought it was so nice of Allen to tell me since I thought it was time to get the flush. This pointed out to me Northside Lexus is there to help you and rob you . Thanks for the friendly , helpful and honest people at Northside Lexus. This is our first Lexus but it won't be our last and of course it will come from Northside Lexus.

Josuha helped me until Steve was there to take over for my Farmers claim. When I had trouble getting a rental vehicle Steve stepped in and found me what I needed for a trip I had planned.

The work was done sooner than expected and it looks great. Except for some challenges with the rental department, everything was great and I so appreciate Steve listening to my concerns and stepping in to help me. Love dealing with your dealership. THANKS!!!

We had a number of concerns about our vehicle.

We had a number of concerns about our vehicle.
We also are practicing maximum quarantine.
We contacted the service center and they told us that we could come up to the Parking area and a service person would come out and speak with us out there.
Mr. Soto came out and reviewed the information that we provided. He was very respectful of us and kept his distance. Mr. Soto provided a Loaner car for us at that time.
At the time he indicated that there would be a $183 dollar charge for Diagnostic work, even though a warranty was in effect.
When we picked up the car the next day, Mr. Soto informed us that there would be no diagnostic charge. He said he was waiving that charge for us.

I was visiting a very close friend of mine in Houston last December. I decided to buy their car off them and I drove it all the way home to Toronto, Canada. This is the best car I have ever owned. This car was originally purchased from Northside Lexus as a certified used car in 2001 and is currently 19 years old. The previous owners would even ship it to Europe half of the year. With only basic maintenance using OEM parts, this car is driving like its new! With 137,988 miles. The car has now lived in three countries and two continents! I love my 1998 Lexus ES300!

Great buying experience! The entire staff was very kind and friendly. Mr. Mark Green, my sales consultant, did an awesome job helping me find the vehicle I looking for at a price we could afford. No pressure at all. Mark made it obvious to me that he was there to help and his actions proved to me his priority was for me to be happy with the purchase (and I am). I very much appreciate that. That is what customer service is all about. Mr. Brent Penn (Financial Service Mgr) was equally kind and accommodating as we completely the paperwork. You never know what going on behind the scenes when people are making. I needed this experience. Thanks for making it as accommodating as you all did!

Rex was my AWESOME, SUPER Sales Rep. I initially came in to see if my son could get the car he wanted. Long story short, a few days later I decided to give my son my old 4RUNNER and Rex and I ended up doing business and I drove out with a BEAUTIFUL pre-owned Lexus GX-460. Rex was patient, so very kind, quite knowledgeable and was able to establish a level of trust with me, pretty much, right from the start. He made me feel like my business is appreciated and i felt just as important and respected as someone spending $100k on a top of the line new vehicle!! Financing was easy-breezy and I didn't feel TRAUMATIZED by all of the T/Cs involved with financing a vehicle. Dealt with Hamilton. No tricks, all treats with The Ham :-} He was so very pleasant and straight forward --presented my options clearly and concisely, answering all of my concerns.
I am beyond pleased with my purchase and dealings with the entire Northside Lexus team! I plan to do business with them again. And was quite pleased to learn that my sister-in-law had also recently purchased her NEW Lexus from another Sales Rep at the GORGEOUS Spring, TX location and equally loved her experience.

I have nothing but Great things to say about the Northside Lexus dealership. I mean its a Lexus dealership so you know the property is great. They have the best customer service. I went in and purchased a used truck and after i had the vehicle for a short period of time I found some unforeseen issues, I called my salesman Mark and he told me to just bring it in and they would give me a loner vehicle and they did just that. The process of purchasing a vehicle was easy and getting the loner was quick and painless. All in all I would recommend anyone to the Northside Lexus dealership. If you are looking for a used vehicle go see Mark.

This is car-buying in luxurious surroundings with a relaxed spa-like atmosphere. Chase Moch, my sales rep was not only extremely patient with my indecisiveness, he spent the entire afternoon educating me about the different Lexus features and continues service. I bought the car that brings me joy. Funny... the service waiting area is so much like sitting in the lobby of a plush modern hotel; I cant wait to go back for my 1st oil change.

Services performed are always great. Love that we are able to get a free rental while our car is getting major work done. I have been really lucky to where they always look into which type of warranty my service falls under and it normally applies. I did, however, had to call in and find out the status of my car even after I was told I would get a call. They must have gotten busy. Other than that, I can not complain.
