The young woman at the information desk was very sweet when I last visited. As a matter of fact, she is the reason I keep having my vehicle serviced there. She and I have great conversations, and she is incredibly beautiful to look at. She makes this place what it is. I never got to ask her about her nationality, but her gorgeous brown skin shimmers in the interior light, and makes the rest of the staff pale in comparison.

An Exceptional Experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we drove out with our new Lexus!
I would HIGHLY recommend Nicholas Makrakis if you are looking to purchase new or used. We went in looking at new and were between two vehicles. Nick helped us navigate in a professional consultative approach. Not pressuring, but with the intention to help us make the best decision.
Then we went to his 'desk' the part that I typically loath... WOW, This is where the industry standard changes. No pressures, how can we make this happen, we got to a number we felt comfortable with and BOOM..Agreed to a purchase. Painless. Seriously, Painless. You have to experience it to believe it. I asked him why he did things so differently then my previous experiences. He said, "Kelly, I want customers to feel confident and happy with their decisions. We want customers for life, not just a single purchase."

I must give accolades to Brent Penn as well. Professional and no hidden motives. Helped us come to the best finance decision for our family by walking us through the various options. We took our time and were able to go with the best option for our family.

Lexus team:leadership, service, support- THANK YOU for being customer centric and ultimately TOP NOTCH! We love our new vehicle, the window tinting, the technology education appointment.. you are the complete package!

This is my 2nd visit to get the manufacturer's free service. My I wasn't too happy with the 1st visit, dropped off my car and was told I'll get a call when my car was ready but after several hours had passed, I decided to just head back there and wait since it was about to close and that's when I saw my car parked at the very front in the long lines of cars that were ready. Walked in and asked for the car yet still had to wait 20 minutes to get it. I can't recall what the Rep's name was back then but I do remember he wasn't nice at all. On my 2nd visit, the Rep's last name was Gosselin and he was very thorough and explained everything to me as I took a loaner vehicle. I promptly got my call to pick up my car, which is great, except, when returning it, I still have to wait 15-20 minutes just to get my car back. But at least there were free snacks and drinks in the waiting area. Would've given a 5 star had it not been for the long wait.

My brother in law was in the market for a new car,...

My brother in law was in the market for a new car, so I referred him to Lexus since I am a Lexus owner and know about their service and reliability. Our budget was under 40 and looking for a used car. We were meet with Bryan and this is where it went down hill. Before even having a chance to look at the car, we had to listen to him on why Lexus cost for then Carmax. After finding a car to look at, we spent another 20min helping him look for the car. The next car he show us was a FULLY loaded car. So I asked him what is fully about this? can you list the options? all he said was navigation and ignored my question then proceed to demo voice entering his address. it took away another 10min of listening to him. There wasn't any other option is saw out of Navigation. We asked him for us to look at a New Model NX or RX to see if we should get a new instead. He never showed it to us and bypassing our request. DO NOT GO TO BRYAN AND IF LEXUS WANT TO KNOW WHO EXACTLY FEEL FREE TO REPLY BACK.

Car was in for 2 weeks. Engine light came on and thought at first it was bad gas. Turned out to be a cracked gasket of some sort. Covered under warranty thank goodness. Jackie and Mark H. were a pleasure to work for. My only reason for not giving them a five star rating is that my car was returned dirty and with smudge stains in the interior of my tan leather. I did expect the to have given it back in a cleaner state.

I'm now driving my 5th Lexus, 2 of which (one as of yesterday) came from Northside Lexus on I-45N in Houston. Obviously, I like the car: it meets the needs of my family really well and we have been happy with its performance for about 20 years. And yet, there are comparable cars from different makers. So, what keeps me coming back to this car is the service. All of my interactions with Northside Lexus have been excellent. I am very grateful to my advisor, Mr. Aniekan Edem, for his ongoing support and care for the well-being of my cars. And Mr. Mike Driskill is simply amazing; he generates unexpected delight (on top of aresome service) with the care he takes for his clients and his professionalism and friendliness. This is what makes a great package for me: reliable cars that suit my family's needs and a wonderful place to get, care for, and return these cars to. Thank you, Northside Lexus!

Hats off to my service advisor Dean Kyllo. So glad I made the decision to leave Westside Lexus (very poor service ) and switched to Northside Lexus. Dean and all the staff were very prompt, attentive and helpful. Dean had my gas tank filled and car washed upon pick up, which i didn't get at Westside at all. Customer's lounge is so homey and comfy. I highly recommend Lexus owners to have their cars serviced at this location. Way to go Northside Lexus!!

This is the most beautiful dealership I've ever seen! It's really something special! Everyone was so nice and so very professional. The lobby looks like a hotel! They made my purchase extremely easy. The people were kind, genuine and fair. Steve Brandon was my fantastic representative and took excellent care of me. This was my first Lexus (a GX) purchase and it's such a pleasure to drive. I plan to drive it for a long time. I highly recommend Northside Lexus!

I bought my car from Nicholas Makrakis and he is by far the best and nicest salesman I have ever dealt with when looking to purchase a newer vehicle. He has gone above and beyond to make you feel welcomed at Northside Lexus and will do anything for you within his power. If you are looking to purchase a Lexus go see Nicholas!

Yesterday was the first service visit I had with my 2009 GS 350 and I can't be happier with the way I was treated by all of the staff. Northside Lexus is one of the best! My advisor was Sean Ryan and he took the time to explain to me what was being done with my can, Sean had the car finished in just a few hours.

I had the best car purchase experience I've ever had at Northside Lexus. I've always purchased Toyotas and this was my first Lexus purchase. I feel I got everything I could want: excellent, reliable, luxury vehicle at a good price, awesome customer service, and unbeatable warranty from Lexus. My sales consultant was Eddie Washington. He not only took his time with me during the process but has given excellent customer service after the sale! I will purchase my next vehicle from Northside Lexus because of the great customer service.

We were researching midsize SUVs with the goal of purchasing by end of summer. We knew nothing about the Lexus RX until we met Needham Shotwell. He spent SO MUCH time with us answering questions and test driving both the RX and GX. He is so knowledgeable and so patient. Before we could call him back with further questions that evening he called us and the next day had the perfect car waiting up front for us. Made the deal that day. The whole Northside Lexus team - Needham, Marcus Atkins in Finance, and David Ortiz the delivery specialist were exceptional, welcoming us into the Lexus family. Even topped our new vehicle with a big red bow celebrating our 51st anniversary. Never had a better experience with a car dealership.

I don't think we have ever had such an easy and pleasant car buying experience. John Hovenden was a dream to work with. Quick and seamless there was no question that he has his customer's experience as a top priority. We were in and out within an hour, with the deal and car we wanted. No hassles or games, John and the Lexus team were A-1 to work with.

My service manager, Sean, is excellent and truly an ambassador for the Northside Lexus image. They have handled even the most minor issue with the same attention given bigger ones. I didn't think I could ever find a better Lexus dealership than my first one, Park Place Lexus in Dallas but Northside gives them a run for their long held great reputation.

It was a wonderful experience and process from the moment we drove up to the lot. Rex was waiting for us to take us to see a particular car we were interested in. The car was in astoundingly pristine condition especially for it's age. All the cars on the lot seemed to be well taken care of. We purchased our car from them and are SO HAPPY with it. The process of looking and buying was smooth, easy, and we never felt pressure or pushed by Rex or any other employees. Go see Rex there!!! He is amazing!

Service here is terrible. They recommend unnecessary repairs. They make awful time estimates. Sat for 2 hours more than original estimate. No surprises in repairs, other than the fore mentioned rip offs. I will not come back unless I absolutely need a Lexus dealer

I live in California and bought a car sight unseen from Northside Lexus, and had it shipped to me. When I received the car there were some issues with the vehicle that I felt were not accurately conveyed to me while negotiating terms over the phone and email. When I expressed my concerns to the dealer they went out of their way to make it right. Throughout the process both the sales staff and management were great to deal with. I would have no hesitation referring people or buying from them again.

Went in to test drive a NX 300 and two days later I drove off in my new Lexus. How lucky was I to have John Hankins as my wonderful salesperson. Never once did I feel pressured from sales to finance with James.

I could definitely say this was the best auto buying experience. John was professional and quite patient. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Northside Lexus.

Good afternoon to all those who wants to own Lexus. We are very pleased to say we had a excellent experience with salesman Joseph Finley. He is a real salesman. We had pain free experience don t have to go any other dealer ship one place shopping. Joseph Finley is very professional guy knowledgeable easy going. We asked if he can mail to home about license plate he shipped to our house overnight. Next day I got my license plates . We wants to say thank you to Northside Lexus. Especially to Joseph Finley for you great effort to keep the customers happy.

About three years ago my wife and I purchased a car from this dealership. We where very happy with the car and still are to this day. The only issue we had, was we where under the impression that we had a "Certified Lexus". Which we did receive two services. After that we where denied the service. Lesson learned I need to be more clear and check the fine print. The guys where fair to deal with and the car is a great car. RX330.

I'm a first time Lexus owner after having owned an...

I'm a first time Lexus owner after having owned an Acura and an Infiniti. Coming from that level of experience I did not expect the level of customer service that Northside Lexus has demonstrated.

My sales rep Ed Washington was so pleasant to speak with and did not exhibit the heavy sales tactics and banter that normally makes car buying akin to a poke in the eye. He explained how the in-house car buying process worked but my wife chimed in and said "this is the way I want to do it" and Ed just followed suit and said "well then let's do it your way." He listened to us and respected our opinions which culminated with the purchase of the vehicle. Ed has also called several times after the purchase to check if all was well with the car which was a nice gesture also.

Allan Adcock in the service department has been very responsive and informative during some unexpected maintenance work. Although the work was not covered by warranty Allan took the time to contact Lexus factory and in-house personnel to work the issue to the mutual benefit of all parties. The waiting area/lobby and all it's amenities makes the whole service/maintenance experience actually pleasant (all that's needed is a wine bar).

Kudos all the way around for Northside Lexus and their employees because it truly is a team effort.
