First time at Lexus for Service, after purchasing my first Lexus (CT 200h) and they made sure it will be a tough decision not to be my last. The Customer service care was Great! The emailed reports about the car was better! Giving me the first 25,000 miles of car care on them because I purchased with them, Priceless! Thanks, Northside Lexus!..... Job Well Done!

My overall experience was fine. A new set of tires was a surprise purchase during this service visit as one does not expect to spring for a new set less than a year after buying a certified used car. The car had around 37,000 miles on it when we purchased it. The tires were original equipment. If I had known they were original equipment at the time of purchase I think I would have been happy to buy a new set and make it part of the note. The $1,500 was unexpected, and one wants to plan for those kinds of expenditures.

Maybe give potential certified used purchasers the option of getting new tires at the time of purchase?

The best car buying experience of my life. My wife and I took approximately 2 hours of browsing makes, models and colors before choosing. Our Salesperson, Ashley Nguyen, was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Once we made up our minds, Ashley had us in our new LEXUS in under an hour!!! There was never any pressure and it felt like we were dealing with a friend/family member. I recommend anyone shopping for a LEXUS to contact Ashley and let her know what you are looking for, if she doesn't have it she'll find it. Our experience with the Finance Dept. , Caleb Vario , is best described in three adjectives - Pleasant, Professional and Fast. Lastly, I've never even considered leasing a car but once Ashley outlined their program and Caleb walked me through the numbers it was clear we needed to lease. Thanks Ashley and Caleb :)

This is now the 2nd car I have gotten from Northside Lexus and another fantastic experience. A few years ago I reached out about getting a new lease and was contacted by David Gardner. That was hands down the most stress free, no pressure, car buying experience I ever encountered. From that moment on I knew I would never deal with anyone else. So when it was time to start looking for a new lease I reached out to David and once again, no stress, no hassle, no pressure, great deal, and I was in and out quickly. Top notch!! Thank you David and Northside Lexus!!

Scheduled the maintenance-service and was accepted that day. Upon arrival was greeted and assisted. In an hour vehicle was completed along with being washed. As always, perfect!!! I am an automobile perfectionist and Northside Lexus is the absolute best dealership I have experienced.

I purchased a car from Northside lexus years ago through the help of Mr. Eddie Washington. After going to so many dealers and feeling disappointed, I was so glad I found Eddie. He made the whole entire car buying process easy for us. It was such a pleasure working with Eddie that I came back the second time recently to purchase our second car. Once again he exceeded our every expectations and provided top notch customer service. Eddie really took care of us throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond to have our car cleaned and filled up multiple times. We highly recommend Eddie if you re looking for a straight forward, knowledgeable, and compassionate car salesman.

CHASE! Best car dealer ever! Not only was he kind, but he was extremely generous in the information that he offered throughout my entire car shopping/buying experience. He was patient, experienced in the world of vehicle knowledge and even gave me a vast amount of info about different restaurants and attractions in the area, considering the fact that I just moved here. First off, Northside Lexus is by far the best look...

First off, Northside Lexus is by far the best looking dealership in Houston. The architecture design and plus I went on a clear sunny day, it makes car shopping much more exciting. I call for a 2017 Lexus RX350 F-Sports that I was looking for. Eddie Washington helps me out, he took good care of me and made sure my buying experience was great. I drove off with my new car that same day. I highly recommend Northside Lexus to those who are interested in looking for their next Lexus. They are definitely a great dealer. They ll treat you well.

I took my lexus in for a state inspection. The only reason I went to the dealer was because I suspected a wiring problem with the OBO 2 connection witch I DIDN'T DARE TELL THEM! after about an hour the technician tells me he had to fail the inspection because of an oil leak in 3 different places and a broken motor mount. according to DPS this does not affect a Texas inspection pass or fail. I have owned the car about 5 years now and it has never been low on oil. So at home I checked the places he mentioned NOTHING TO BE FOUND! The estimated repair cost was about $2800 lol. If your car is not under warranty I encourage you to CONSIDER ANY OTHER OPTIONS you must ask yourself, if they are willing lie with out any care of being caught, how far they are willing to go?

I was there for an warranty issue for my 2005 RX 3...

I was there for an warranty issue for my 2005 RX 330. It is a old car and there was no money making scope there.
But they treated me like I bought 10/20 cars from them and getting high dollars servicing. A loaner car was waiting for me, service manager Aniekan Edem was waiting on me,pretending I am the only customer he has for the life. It is a completely surprising to me when i saw the service guy replaced my key battery and didn't charge me.
I believe, this dealership is the best one in customer service,I recommend all my friends and families to stop by and see what I am saying is true or false.
I fall in love with this dealership mostly for the young Service Manager Mr. Edem, Wish him a bright career.

I can't say enough about my recent pre-owned buying experience with Rex and Wes! I had visited a few dealerships before that Northside Lexus was like a breath of fresh air! I wasn't exactly sure what kind of car I wanted but Rex seemed to know --- and I walked out with a pre-owned BMI, red convertible and I absolutely love driving it! I appreciate Rex's no pressure approach, reading my needs, and the great deal!

Staff was nice. I m very disappointed that I was denied a loaner vehicle, and was directed to enterprise. They did cover the enterprise rental, but I brought my car to a Lexus dealer and I should be provided a Lexus loaner.

Update 9/28: brought my my car in for an appointment I had scheduled . I had an 8:30 appointment and on the phone the lady asked me if I would need a loaner, I replied yes. I get to Lexus and they said that no one ever put that I would need a loner. I will be returning on Monday. I do not want an enterprise vehicle. Disappointed again.

My passenger window on my Lexus was smashed in during a robbery at a local hotel while on a business trip. I brought my car to North side Lexus and they were great. They saw me soon after I arrived. They gave me a loaner so I could get back to work and had my window repaired (including tint) the next day. Plus did a great job cleaning up all the broken glass inside the car. Kyle was my service rep. He is top notch. I really appreciated the help as I was from out of town.

Best car buying experience ever...made an offer via email, it was accepted within a couple hours, drove to the dealership and the purchase process was under 5 minutes! From walking in to walking out with keys - 5 total minutes. They honored the deal, didn t haggle at all, and didn t push additional products at the closing table. Anthony was the sales person and he was great. If we ever buy another Lexus it will be at this dealership....FYI we drove from Austin.

Had to take my LS430 in for some very rough downshifts, bumpy suspension, and expired registration. They made a same-day appointment for me to bring it in, promptly discussed the problems I had noticed with me, completed their inspection, and waived the cost of the diagnostics. The quote for the repair was too high for me to proceed on a 13 year old car with 230k miles, but I would definitely recommend this dealership for any expert repair work.

We took our Lexus ES-300 hybrid in to Northside Lexus on 8/4/16 for the 35,000 mile service and we were very pleased with the service department rep(Augustus Soto) and the prompt and courteous service we received. We are convinced that purchasing our vehicle at Northside Lexus was a wise decision and we will probably make our next purchase there because of the quality service we have received, not to mention the excellent quality of the Lexus brand. Talk about some con artist tried selling a $71,000 Raptor used even with a trade-in vehicle when you can order it from the factory brand new for $50,000 as well as their maintenance people do not know how to read a door to figure out what tire pressure should be in the vehicle and for those employees who work there if they do not believe a raptor is $50,000 brand new they can go to Ford's website

We just completed our third vehicle purchase from Northside and the experience was no less wonderful than the first two times. Our Salesman, Jason Yeomans, is knowledgeable and helpful, as well as being personable but still professional. The Finance team is well-prepared and expedient, so there is no additional delay in completing the transaction. The dealership is always clean and comfortable, whether you are there for 30 minutes or 4 hours. Thank you Northside!

My representative, Sean, in the service department...

My representative, Sean, in the service department, was very professional, courteous, and efficient. They fixed my problem which was created at another facility who does inspections and did not charge me for my visit. I have decided to take my vehicle to Northside Lexus for regular oil changes and inspections. This dealership has continually been consistent with their words from past vehicle repairs, as well as this recent incident.
