Please be careful purchasing any pre-owned vehicles here, we purchased a clean looking pre owned vehicle, found out that absolutely no inspections are performed except vehicle inspection for registration of vehicle which ended up being a costly purchase for us, we have had the vehicle less than 3 weeks and took it to Sewell for oil change and came out with a $5K dollar estimate of repairs that would have been caught even if minor visual inspection by a mechanic, I totally understand as is no warranty but I would have expected a little more courtesy/ concern, when I came back to Lexus and let them know about the repairs needed on the vehicle we just drove of their lot, all I got was literally a sorry dude from the salesperson ( I wish he would have at least acted a little concerned, would have satisfied me) I believe as a consumer paying the salaries of the sales, managers etc. deserve a little more than a sorry dude ...... anyhow caveat emptor
