Every time I have had service or need for a repair. My advisor makes sure I am taken care of with ease. The facility is beautiful, clean and conducive to allow me to work while they repair or service my car. Highly recommend this dealer.
Their service department is A1. I used them for all my services for a year and they were always prompt and courteous. I once came in for what I thought was a huge issue, they checked it out, fixed the error with my light and didn't charge me a cent. That let me know they're actually honest. Also, once I mistook the time they open and showed up 30 mins early, really needing to make an early meeting, and they actually let me pick up my car before they were even open. That's quality and customer service beyond what anyone can even expect.
Eric Fuller was great. He took the time to show us the different cars we wanted to see, answered all of our questions (before and after the purchase) and was very reasonable in the price negotiation. A very pleasant experience.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WORST EXPERIENCE !!!! WE BOUGHT A 60K CAR BUT WAS TREATED LIKE WE WERE BOTHERING THEM. THE ONLY REASON WE BOUGHT HERE IS BECAUSE MY BROTHER WANTS A COLOR THAT ONLY NORTHSIDE LEXUS HAD.
Initially I worked via email with Joe. We came into an agreement in pricing for the car and my brother came to the store with his trade. I am unfortunately unable to go with my brother because I was out of town. Joe was busy so Nick assisted. The estimate trade value from KBB was 21-23k and everyone know KBB trade value is always under market price. They offered 18k, which means 3k UNDER THE LOWER END of the trade range. We left feeling offended from the first offer. Nick does not even want to work with us. At this point, I told my brother to go to the other Lexus but unfortunately they don't have the color he wanted.
So even tho I felt like we were really got cheated on for our trade (yea the car is on sale for 23k after) we called and called and texted Joe about us coming back to sign for the car. No response. We have a business and we don't got all day so we just want to make sure we got everything we need prior to our visit. I guess he doesn't need our business. And guess what, to our surprise, they didn't even honor their own quote and raised the price by $500.
So tell me why, the dealer make a lot of money on us on our trade (6k), still raised their price ($500) AFTER ALREADY AGREED via email. And we also bought a car that is almost 60k, but get ignored and treated like an eyesore?
It's all about money to them. They don't honor their own words why would they care about you right? This is terrible customer service and I felt very offended about the whole experience. We are looking to buy a GX now and it won't be with Northside Lexus. And I will be telling EVERYONE I know how much of a scam this dealer is.
I had a horrible experience at Northside Lexus! Chris Martin lied to me and tried to hustle me. DO NOT USE HIM! After Northside I went over to Westside Lexus and they took great care of me. I don't have the best credit and Chris told me I would need a huge down payment to get into any car no matter the cost. Chris also told me I was denied by Lexus finance, but Westside was able to make it happen. I just don't appreciate being lied to! He's a nice guy but the way he was doing business was horrible. His job title is Internet sales manager. Being in a management position you would think he would want to make a sale no matter the size. Westside Lexus dropped the price on the vehicle and everything. The saleman told me he wasn't going to make a lot of money from the sale, but he did not care. What more can you ask for! Thanks Chris Martin, because of you turned my money down I ended up at Westside Lexus where I should have went from the start!

Juan Fuentes helped me out, and I received Grade A service. I live in DFW and everything was done by phone and email. I decided that I wanted to purchase my 2016 Chevrolet Corvette on a Friday, but I couldn't get down to Spring until Monday, and Juan held the vehicle for me and didn't charge a deposit or anything. Very trusting. The car buying process was state of the art and it was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Caleb Vario helped me in Finance and it probably took him 15 minutes to complete all the paperwork with the awesome virtual boards they have. All together, I arrived at the Dealership at 11:15 am and was driving away in my dream car by 12:30 pm. Highly recommended dealership! My wife may be getting a Lexus instead of a Tesla now because of the outstanding experience at Northside Lexus.

I called all of the surrounding area Lexus dealerships with questions about an IS300 F Sport and hands down this dealership did it. Initially starting off by talking to Jared Postma and then going to the dealership and meeting with Steve Brandon to find out they were partners and did not take each other s sales. I found this to be honorable! They were both excellent and very helpful! They help my wife I lease an IS300 F Sport for the first time and used True Car to do it! This is not our first car but it is our first lease! Made our experience great! You guys have our business and any friends looking for a car we will refer! We were given all weather floor mats and car was priced below MSRP! The tech guy David Ortiz was great as well! They showed us features that come with the car and how the app works! Remote start from app/phone or key phob that comes factory is really convenient! Thanks a million! We are very happy with our purchase!

Whole process overall was pretty smooth over all. Rex was our rep, we had a slight communication issue when on the way to dealership but everything was cool once we got there. Test drive, paperwork and financing was a swift process. Seemed like the longest part was them washing and filling the tank for me lol. I appreciated it though and overall good experience.
Needed to trade in my car, called ahead and talked to David Gardner (who I highly recommend) a day before going in. Discussed trade in and target price over the phone. David took care of me, my wife, and little one in a timely fashion and not only was my trade-in value worth more than what I had asked for, but my target price was also under what I had wanted. All-in-all a very smooth transition and could not speak more highly of this location.
Although all service personnel were very professional and an extensive service was performed, my husband and I still have several unanswered issues.
1. The function of the auto windshield wipers was explained by the technology person and set when I left the service bay on January 5th. It began to rain immediately and finally after several miles of heavier rain I had to turn the wipers on manually since I was on the fast moving freeway. Once at home I re-set the controls as I had remembered being told. That evening while returning from dinner, we again experienced heavy rain in the dark and had no choice but to operate the wipers manually. Obviously there are multiple ways to set the auto wipers for the various Lexus models, and we have to experiment and find the one that works with our vehicle.
2. Interior cabin noise is still an unresolved issue and we are awaiting additional information. We were told by the Service Consultant that the Northside Lexus Tire Consultant has contacted the tire manufacturer.
Micheal Green was Very Professional and very Efficient and Effective when it came to Purchasing our vehicle. Going in i had my Guard up due to my previous experiences with other car deals. What made the difference was that Mr. Green listened and connected with what we were looking for.
Great experience, i would definitely recommend the dealership and Mr. Green.
I leased an LS 500 from Northside Lexus. Though there were complications (not of Northside's doing), they handled them quickly and smoothly. Ans, Northside delivered the vehicle to me even though I was about 250 miles away from them. A very good deal and very good service - what more can you ask for in a car dealership?
And, yes, I would deal with them again.

I brought my LS460 in for its 30,000mil service. My appointment was for 2:45 pm. At 9:30 am I got a call from my service advisor who said there was a cancellation and he could fit me in at 10:00 if I could get down there.
I was able to get to the dealership by 10.30 and they took my car right away. Kirk, my service advisor kept me informed on progress and I got my car all finished by 12:30. That's super service!
Used express service for an oil change. Car was promised to be done within one hour. Actual time was 45 min. I'm happy!

Christian was patient with me as well and he didn t forget his promise to me (*sip sip) during the 1st day I started looking. My 1st experience in 2018 was not the greatest and this experience with Herb definitely made up for it tremendously! I love LEXUS products as to why I was a return customer & Mr Mills is one of the reasons I will be a lifelong Lexus Lady!

Well I was at another location trying to get a quote for a broken windshield from a robbery attempt on my car. I left not one but two messags to see if Lexus had the glass in stock. Guess what, NO return phone calls. We have purchased 3 Lexuses from you guys, yes you can look it up. I just expect more from Lexus. Now, I am curious, what will Lexsus do to earn my trust and business back again?
I received an invitation from the owner of Northside to call him.. I did and we both agreed that service I received on that day did not me the standards that he set at Northside.. Every organization can make mistakes, but it takes quality management to rectify the situation. He did that. That is sign of good customer service and will help sustain a long term relation with this dealership..

This is my third car from Northside Lexus and specifically Jason Yeomans. Jason makes the Northside Lexus brand even stronger. He is professional, responsive (before and after the sale), and makes the process easy and comfortable.

Due to an unforeseen auto accident that totaled my car, and in need of purchasing a new used vehicle, we immediately thought of Larry and he disappoint. Didn't know, but my new car was on your lot and Larry knew it was just what we were needing and asking for. I'm the proud owner of an RX350 2010 and I love it.
Also, Larry does everything to make our visits a reason to drive out to your new facility by helping in every way. Taking care of us has been priority number one for him.

I am a return customer of this dealer. First time I bought a GX460. It was a 5-star experience. The salesman Eric was very professional and respectful. But he had already left the business when I was about to buy a 2016 RX later on. My info was transferred to another salesman Nick M. He is also polite. But he was not able to find a vehicle with features and color I preferred. Meanwhile SterlingMcCall offered me a price $1000 lower, but I didn't even try to switch. So I changed to 2015 RX.
I edited the review because they improved the service. The tint in Louisiana is required to be minimum 40% while in Texas is 25%. They intend to fix that for me.

I bought a preowned car from Hector a couple weeks ago. Let me just say. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had in my life. This was my 6th car buy of my life. I always hate it. My last two experiences were particularly brutal. But at Northside Lexus it was so easy. Hector didnt hound me. I only had to ask once if my mechanic could look at it. He said no problem. The mechanic was backed up so it took longer. Hector said no worries, take the car all day. So I got my mechanic to look it up and down. And then I went back to hector and even the paperwork was not cringeworthy. They sold me a great preowned car and even gave me a solid offer for my old car. We were supposed to look at 3 cars that day at 3 places but I ended up getting the first car i wanted at Northside Lexus because the process was so easy. Thanks a ton.

Honestly we had called different salesperson but they keep changing they re prices for the car, but when we called John he never ever changed a price, he kinda kept it in a fixed price. This visit was the first time my car had an issue that needed resolved versus all other visits that were maintenance schedules. Although the regular Maintenance visits have been with excellent service having an issue with your car necessitates a more urgent response. I would like to say the Lexus folks went out of their way to service me and my car.
At the moment I drove up I was treated as if I was the only person in the world and that my concern needed to be resolved quickly and successfully. I have never seen such service before at any other dealership and most establishments. Although my service representative was not available someone else stepped in as if I was their personal customer. However Edna my service rep did find me before I left and shared with me the issues they found and asked if I need anything else. WOW, a double dip of caring and concern.
I want to thank and praise those I met to solve my issue and get me on my way as quick as possible. I will continue to be a Lexus customer and share my experience with others to consider North Side Lexus.

Spent the day checking out different car dealership and was treated like total trash when we arrived at this dealership. There were easily 8 gentlemen standing inside the door, when one approached us and asked what we were interested in. We told him and he told us to go inside and look at the showroom. To enjoy, because it really neat inside. We went inside and not a single person ask if we needed help, if we wanted to test drive anything, nothing. There were TONS of workers along with the whole gang of gentleman in the door entrance, just watching us. No attempt to help. Several other customers inside had a sales associate with them, helping them along the way. We looked at several options and were looked at several times by multiple employees. We decided to go back outside, go to the lots since no one offered. The gang of gentleman watched us again walk towards the lot, never moving or attempting to help, when we realized THEY bring the car around to you. No need to walk the lots. We walked back to our car, the gang of gentleman, again watched us from the door and NEVER offered to help. I guess our money isn't good enough for these pretentious snobs. That gang of gentleman need a reality check. Your job is to service me not decide I can't afford what you have. I sure hope no one else has to leave this dealership feeling like you aren't good enough to be there. How completely insulting. Management can check the cameras and fact check my story.

I am always very nervous about the financing portion of the experience anywhere I go, but this experience was amazing. There were no surprises or tricks in the finance office and they exceeded my expectations. We have never owned a Lexus before, but due to this dealership I believe we will become steady Lexus owners.
