Amazing service!! The staff is very knowledgeable ...

Amazing service!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This location makes everything easy and convenient. I receive service reminders via email and then book my appointment online. When I arrive I m always greeted by their helpful staff. I like to wait for service as it doesn t take too long. They have a small self service convenience store for snacks, free water, a kids room and clean restroom. The lounge area is very comfortable with free WiFi!

We new what we wanted when we arrived and the staff did a great job helping get what we came in for. We were in and out in about an hour and a half and it was a smooth process. We would definitely come back when we're in the need of a vehicle again.

I made an appointment 1 1/2 weeks in advance for an Oil Change and have the gas cap fixed. I told the person I made the appointment that I will be staying and asked how long it will take. Person said 1 hour tops so I say ok great lets book it. I arrive 5 minutes before schedule appointment and was greeted by a guy with an attitude from the get go. I said I am here for my scheduled oil change and gas cap issue. He said it will take 2 to 2 1/2 hours before its my cars turn. I then say I was told it would take only 1 hour as I was staying. Guy says sorry its the holidays. I ask what is the point of an appointment if it is not honored and says the appointment is just to talk to him and thats it.

Lesson learned do not go here for service.

Norm was hands down the best car salesmen I ve ever came in contact with. He went far and beyond to help me and fought hard to get what I want. Before I came to north central ford I was at 2 other dealerships including another ford ( the plano location) and no one could help me or get me where I needed to be. Norm, I thank you for making my dreams come true by helping me get the car of my dreams and really sticking your neck out for me. He was always honest and straight to the point and his experience in the industry really showed. I m beyond impressed by ford and of course Norm. And some of the other staff I did talk to was super nice and friendly and it couldn t have been a better experience. Thanks to Norm and everyone there! I been telling everyone about Norm and this ford dealership. I honestly wouldn t go anywhere else.

Customer service stops after they get your money. Trying to get warranty work done on my wife's less than year old car is like pulling teeth. Been waiting on a clutch for over two months now. They have no care, no answer when it will be available, no loaner car to drive while waiting. No help at all. If you buy a ford buy it elsewhere trust me.

I had a good experience with North Central Ford. I worked with Mike Melendez (I hope I spelled his name correctly). However, I did not purchase a vehicle with them. I gave them 4 stars because their dealership is well kept and the people were nice. I walked the property undisturbed, which is what I like to do. The reason I did not purchase a vehicle with them is because they would not work with me on getting my payments where I wanted them. I drive a hard bargain, but when I say something I mean it and because I know my limits, I will not go beyond that. I ended up purchasing a vehicle at another dealership with much much much lower payments than I even expected. If I ever decided on purchasing another vehicle in the near future, I will probably check them out. They had PLENTY of vehicles (new and used), their dealership is well kept and nice on the inside, not creepy looking and closed in, and their staff was nice.

But disappointed that they do not honor other Ford dealers coupons (its very common), where it is regularly $10 cheaper (at two other dealers 10-12 miles away). And those other dealers have had that lower coupon price on their website for over a year. I'll likely visit one of those next time.

Very impressed with the service I received during my last visit for maintenance. All employees wore masks. There was someone waiting to disinfect my vehicle as I stepped out. Everybody maintained social distancing. They messaged me the work order to sign which I messaged back so I never had to contact any devices other than my own. The wait time was impressive. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Just like any other used car dealership they'll try keep you for hours and throw numbers around to confuse you, ie you have a trade in offer from car max for 1500 but you haggle with them on just the car your buying, then you agree on a price for the car you are buying and see if they can match the trade in as well, then they try to fudge the numbers and offer you less then 1500 on the trade in and barely less on the car you are buying, so all in all you would be paying more to trade in the car with them then not, but they keep you for an hour trying to get you to trade the car in. They're nice people, but still trying to confuse you and make add much as they can. Overall if they have the car you want and you don't mind the car buying haggling for hours, then I'd recommend them

They do not stand behind their vehicles or their service. I bought a new unlimited vehicle from these yahoo's and within a week noticed the transmission popping sometimes. I took it in multiple times, each time they said there was nothing wrong with it. Unsurprisingly one month after the warranty expired the transmission went out.

The non so fine folks at North Central Ford quoted me repair costs at $2500. I told them to check their records as I had been telling them there was a problem from the beginning. Their response was to offer me a free oil change along with charging $2500 to repair a lemon transmission.

I will never buy from them or use their service dept again....service dept is a story in itself. They will see you every part in the store if you let them. They work on commission and will you work you do NOT need. Oh and their quick oil change? Laughable. Go to Jiffy lube and save yourself hours!

I told them park it up front and had it picked up with a tow truck and took it somewhere else. Biggest waste of my day.

I just bought a car last March, it was a total loss in June, which was not my fault. I needed a new car quickly and really dreaded going through the entire process again especially without a large downpaymen. I found a car on cargurus and called north central Ford and spoke to rodney. I explained my situation and he said everything should go ok. Well he was right, i drove out with my new Ecosport that night fully financed and a lower note than my original car. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Glad i came here!

I took my car in for a service on 05/28/2020, just as many businesses were reopening after closures due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I used the advertised ''no-contact' service, and was greeted by 2 members of staff taking appropriate precautions by wearing masks and gloves. I stayed in the comfortable waiting area, and the service and complimentary car wash took just over an hour (including changing the air filter and cabin filter). The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because some members of staff chose not to wear protective masks, which I thought was selfish and dangerous, and showed a lack of concern for customers' welfare.

The repairs were made on my truck, however there was some miscommunication as to what those repairs would be and whether they were covered by my warranty. Ultimately, the service center manager, Gary Davis, resolved the issue somewhat.

I do believe that the situation was of the dealership's making and that I was forced to shoulder more of the burden than I should have.

First of all this was my first Ford ever, so it was a little nerve racking to switch but I knew what I wanted and these guys had the options I was looking for.

I run from the old school sales people at dealerships. These guys were straight to the point and no high pressure.

People that I worked with were Kevin: he was flexible on certain items we had negotiated, Hunter was extremely jovial and upbeat, Tyler was my first point in contact and my sales person. All great people to work with.

Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Loved my experience at North Central Ford. Puchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Ford Fusion. They had a great selection; I was able to find a Fusion with the exact specs that I was looking for. Norm Heinz helped me through the process and was supremely helpful. I was a bit specific in what I wanted, and Norm was able to identify the best fit at the best price. He answered all my questions, and made sure we walked through the entire vehicle before I decided. I worked in the finance office with Shahan, who did not try to push or pressure me into anything more than what I wanted in regards to warranties, etc. They worked to help me find much better financing than what I came in with. I got a great rate, considerably better than the ones I had shopped previously. I am very happy with my purchase, and love my new ride! I will definitely be paying Norm another visit the next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks North Central Ford!

After 20 years of Toyota ownership to support my family's needs, I am a very excited new Ford truck owner. Took the truck in for an oil change and mentioned that I had a noise in the rear end that I wanted someone to take a look at and was very surprised by the response.

Service rep. told me that I would have to leave the truck with them for 2-3 days if I wanted someone to just LOOK at the issue.

I asked if I made an appointment for a few days from now and brought it back in could someone look at it quickly. He said, "no, an appointment doesn't actually secure a slot for someone to look at the car and that the wait would be the same. I explained my concern and is tried to say that this was just normal situation at all dealerships. I explained that as a Toyota owner, I could drop the car off in the morning and either someone could look immediately or worst-case by mid-day.

I also needed 2 tires and was going to purchase those during the visit but based on this asked for a quote that I could take down the street to the Firestone store because I am now very concerned with continuing to get service from the dealership.

I sure hope this isn't standard for all Ford dealerships and that I just hit the wrong guy on the wrong day. Worst case, if this is normal Ford service then I will definitely consider another manufacture for my next purchase.

Bought a used car here last week, and in the first week the battery has gone out, both windows stopped rolling up and down today, the trunk leaked, the passenger door lock stopped working, and a pulley in the engine went bad. The only thing Benny Franklin fixed was the battery. Beware - just because you buy a car from a major Ford dealer does not mean anything - you're no better off buying here than anywhere else. The second star is for everybody having an overall pleasing mannerism in every interaction we had.
1/1/17: Ive found a leak in the middle of the engine which requires disassembling half of the engine and components. NCF, if you truly intend to alleviate the situation please leave a note with exactly whom I should talk to or which specific office perhaps a direct line so I may contact you?

The service advisors are the most brain dead lot I've ever had to deal with. They're incompetent and have no regard for your time. Who schedules an appointment then gives the work to a technician who's away on vacation? Typical big box dealer, they don't care about the customer, they just want your cash. Once your warranty is up find a new service center because these guys blow.

Deceptive charges for unneeded repairs is the same as theft to me. Swiped a curb in brand new Ford Escape. Not even flat tire but dealership service dept quoted almost $3000. After a huge argument with their management, towed it elsewhere and repair cost was $392. for control arm and alignment! Should have expected such when purchase of the Escape at same dealership was riddled with multiple so called "mistakes" adding dollars in their favor only. Their attitude, instead of apologies, was annoyance at our request to make the corrections and charge the correct amounts. Ford really should do something about unethical dealerships gouging their customers.

Worst experience I ve ever received from a service department at a car dealership! I scheduled the works oil change service online at 5pm. I arrived 20 minutes early, once I finally got checked in, I waited 2 hours. Finally got my name called to checkout. Surprised I didn t get a inspection checklist, but overlooked it. Went to start my truck in their bay and was completely DEAD! Truck would not start! (Had NO issues prior to my service) Senior service guys attempted to jump start my truck to no avail. He said it s a dead battery! When I asked, shouldn t this have come up on their multipoint inspection that I paid for? He said SINCE I arrived late, they didn t do one! Seems to me they were all in a hurry clock out! All they did was an oil change and tire rotation. (Not exactly what I paid for, and service I expected!) Didn t want to leave my truck overnight due to work meeting in the morning. Guys pushed my truck out of the bay and said sorry. Turned lights off and locked bay. I was left out in the rain to fix my truck! Went inside to verify gates will not lock since I had to go get tools from home. Receptionist and 2 salesmen were very shocked the service department did that to me! The salesman wanted to help me, which I am very grateful for! He jump-started my truck with no problem and I was on my way! Stopped and bought a battery and truck is fine now! Moral of the story! Don t EXPECT to get all service done you paid for! Not at this dealership anyways!

They gave my mom the runaround a bunch today over picking her up to get her car back. She took it in yesterday just to get a spare key made, but they said they wouldn't be able to get ti to it and would have to keep it overnight. They couldn't even make an appointment because they said it doesn't guarantee the work will be done at that time, only that she could speak with a service advisor.

Then they called today suggesting a battery corrosion cleaning for $40 and an air filter change. Fine, it probably needed it, and she wasn't going to do it herself. That ended up taking until late afternoon because they didn't have the air filter in stock. Finally she called to ask about it and got the runaround on getting picked up. "Our vans are very busy."

All she needed was a key made and it turned into a 24+ hour ordeal that stressed her out unnecessarily.

I had to have my car fixed for a warranty problem. I brought it in early to Roy Coleman, and he took great care of me. I got my car repaired, then cleaned and back to me with a bunch of NC's (No charge). No hassles, they just got me back in my car, which in my sales business, is a necessity. I have traded out my car twice at N. Central Ford, and in about a year and a half, I will do it a third time.

The folks at North Central Ford are always courteous and they keep you updated on the big work items. I have NEVER had to have anything fixed again after the first fix. This is the best Ford shop I have ever used in my 30 years of Ford trucks.

I have nothing but kind words to say about buying my RAV4 SE from Todd Mayers and the team that supports him. Brad (SM) made the deal low pressure, Nael & Jill (Finance) made me the most comfortable I ve been in the finance office ever (no games). But Todd really helped walk me through the process. He helped me physically move through the entire process with patience and grace. I recommend North Central Ford to anybody but, especially if you want a disability friendly dealership this is the place.

In my opinion this is how a trip to the dealership is supposed to go.

The service advisor was professional and got me checked in and was helpful in getting me to the courtesy shuttle.

When he called to let me know my car was ready he had to leave a message and when he didn't hear from me after a couple of hours he called back to make sure I got his message.

That to me is great service and that's why I will bring my car back to this dealership.

Norm Heinz is an experienced salesman. The truck I asked about and wanted to test drive was not on the lot. Norm went and found the truck and it appeared almost miraculously. I test drove the truck with Norm, who was knowledgeable about the model I selected and all of the bells and whistles. Returning from the test drive and the paper work, was just as pleasant as the test drive. I believe from walking in the dealership to driving out with my F150 took all of about two and a half hours. The experience was remarkable, transparent, and courteous. The finance gentlemen was a jewel also polished and professional that helps ( he wore Cole Haan shoes)! Thank you, North Central Ford, I am happy gald!

Adrian Dozal showed very little interest with me when I was in there. Didn t seem to be interested in my business, was rushing me and wouldn t seem to try and help me, so I left and took my business to another establishment.

HORRIBLE customer service!! I am just so over it!! My husband dropped his car off on Monday because of his car battery being dead. The guy told him it would be about 2 hours this was around 11:00am- so at 5pm my husband called because he hadn't heard anything the guy told him that they would fix the battery and there was also a clicking sound on the passenger side. So we should plan on getting it back the next day. The first problem is my husband should have never had to call back to follow up. If you tell me something is going to be done in 2 hours and that doesn t work out then call and follow up with your customer I shouldn t have to call and follow up.

Tuesday comes haven t heard anything all day my husband calls AGAIN to follow up Tuesday evening and is told it won t be done until WEDNESDAY!!!!!! He s told they don t offer rentals and doesn t even give a reason as to why it s taking this long to figure out what the clicking sound is all my husband is told is they re still looking at it.

Wednesday- my husband gets a call around 11am saying he can come get his car because they couldn t find anything wrong with it. And the reason why we didn t get it back Tuesday was because the guy originally working on his car was out. Are you serious?!?!?!? So we went TWO days without a car for you to change the battery and say nothing else was wrong with the car even though my husband can still hear the clicking sound??? This is a 2017 Ford Fusion, He shouldn t hear any sounds especially if he wasn t hearing it when he first got it. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone I know!!! Customer service is everything and they definitely dropped the ball on this one!!!

Took my truck to get it fixed they said they had found the problem and charged me 1,600. As soon as I got it out of there the same problem occurred, they took it back and two weeks later they told me that the problem was more than they had thought and that it would be another 1,600 or 3,600 to get all of it fixed. Not only did they not fixed the problem they had "found" but they were charging me even more. They of course told me that they were going to get it figured out. I got a call later saying that they "urged" me to get it fixed, all they wanted was more money. Please do not go there. Trying to save you some hard earned money.

I took my C-Max in to have a door bolt replaced. I was surprised they didn't have one in stock, but were able to get one within a couple days. The car was then repaired quickly, washed, and provided as promised. Russel Huffman did a great job helping get this problem solved and provided excellent follow-up. I would have given 5 stars if they would have had the bolt in stock, thus avoiding the second trip to the dealership. They are a very professional outfit with customer-focused hours.

Yes they did give me a Carfax, but they put the report on the last page. And I was not aware you could sell a wrecked vehicle as certified.

I booked my appointment online. I paid about $70 for an oil change, basic inspection, and tire rotation on my 2012 Ford Fusion. They notified me of a problem with my battery and let me know about options to replace. This must be a newer dealership, everything is pristine.

Cons:
- Some of the outlets aren't working in the service waiting area. There wasn't a shortage so this isn't much of a gripe.

Suggestions:
- You should consider providing doughnuts! There is another dealership that I go to that provides this. It's really nice!

I have had the worst after purchase experience ever with this dealership. Rarely did they pick up the phone. Never returned my calls after leaving messages. All because they messed up the paperwork. My bank called me about wrong documents from this dealership. I ended up sending my bank the right documents myself. Then they messed up the TTL fees in which I had to send them the difference by phone. This took 50 days after purchase. I ve purchased several cars from across the U.S. This is definitely the worst experience I have dealt with. I cannot comprehend how some of these people have jobs. The incompetence is unreal.

North Central Ford charges extra hours of labor that is not performed and have hidden cost that they don't explain on your final bill. I would avoid the service here at this location. Also they cant even give you the courtesy of giving your car a wash after spending over 400 dollars

Five stars and cheers to salesmen Eros and Doug who gave my daughter a good deal on a nice black 2011 Ford F-150 4X4 crew cab pickup.
No stars and jeers to North Central Ford management. Downside is that although I paid cash by personal check that was verified as funds available and despite a credit score of 791 I was subjected to an invasive credit check as if I was applying to finance the vehicle. What should have been a simple half hour cash transaction took over three hours in questionable paperwork to be completed. Apparently cash sales at North Central Ford is less favored over financing a vehicle there.

Took my car to another Ford dealership about 4 months ago for some mechanic issues. They did not fix what was needed and kept my car for about a week. Brought my car to this dealership for the same mechanical issues before my warranty expired and they had it ready for me in just a few days. My car runs like new again and they even washed my car for me! Would highly recommend this dealership. Staff is extremely friendly and kind!

Parts dept. reps are very helpful. Checking out with payment dept. was easy and lady was very nice. Easy parking.
I just had my car service for an oil change for the first time at the service dept. I found that the process was very easy & professional. The service advisor met me in the bay and took care of all process very quickly.
Waited in the showroom which is so much nicer than quick lube facility. The car was in and out less than 45 min with tires rotated with the price best in town. They will text you when the car is finished.

I took my F-150 to this dealership to fix the engine light. After a week my car in diagnosis process the mechanic called me and he said there is no problem with the car and it is fine. When I asked them then what about the engine light he said I have to see it again. Eventually he came up with replacing the cam shaft position sensors and I agreed to replace the parts.

When parts came, I received a call from service advisor that the issue is not detected correctly and the engine should be replace completely!!! and the cost: right out of my pocket.

No surprise, I no longer have any trust to this service center and took my car to another ford. They quickly come up with some defective part in turbo system and like they say it is very normal. They replace the defective part and car fixed as charm.

All in all, I don't suggest to go to this service center as it is obvious to me they don't know what they are doing. They drag a big name with no respect for that.
