Mr Anthony Connell was very professional and knowledgeable in performing his work His arrival was timely both times(appreciative of that). He is very personable and caring. He took the time to explain and assist me w/contract completion on the service loan done today as well as to inform me of service actions on our equipment. As a consumer, I was quite impressed and appreciative of his service on this day October 20,2015. Thxu Norrell for sending Anthony to take care of our service needs.
