Service Experts (Norrell) did our fall service check on my Lennox heat pump. They checked all components that relate to making sure I have adequate heat and cooling in the coming months. Michael was the service technician. He took the time to answer ALL my questions about the state of my heat pump. I have had other service needs in past months and they responded in a short time to keep my heat pump working properly.
