Carlus Wells was a good tech. He explained everything to my satisfaction. I was dismayed that the first tech who came didn't realize the motor needed replacing when he came on the Friday before; therefore, when it shut down again that night, we were at the weekend & the part we needed didn't come in until today. That put us without air for 4 days!
