I had a faulty HVAC unit less than 2 years old. After several parts had to be replaced, I escalated to the supervisor Jeff. He personally came out and rechecked the unit. The next week, more cooling issues. General Manager Terry Henry, then came out and checked the entire system, under house, checked temps, etc. Found out the unit was, indeed, not putting out up to specs and was the wrong tonage. He went to bat for me and I now have a 3 ton, NEW HVAC system, with no charge!!! Shawn installed it yesterday, worked hard all day. I did pay for new duct work to be installed and sealed, since mine was very old and cooling my crawl space!! They "did the right thing" by me, and I am very appreciative.
