John and Shaun arrived to clean my vents on a Friday afternoon and stayed well into the evening to finish and do a complete job. They did a great job and provided a lot of useful information about the keeping our air ducts clean and the services provided by Norrell. Overall experience from talking to Sue on the phone a number of times to paying my bill (Maggie?) was great. Thank you
