Anthony Connell was the representation from Norrell Service Experts who came out on Saturday, April 29, 2017 to try to fix an air conditioner problem I had with my unit from Norrell. He worked all day long and did everything he could to fix my unit. He kept me informed every step of the way. He went beyond what what was required of him to help me!!!! I compliment him very much.
