We recently purchased a home in Elko, NV. I had read some reviews on Noble Title as our Real Estate agent had never done business with this title company. I was skeptical due to some bad reviews but we had nothing but the best customer service from Anthony. We live about 6 hours north of Las Vegas and every phone call was returned if he was not available. As first time home buyers, we had many questions for Anthony and he was always very friendly and answered everything we threw at him. Great customer service and a great company to do business with.

Despite my limited experience with real estate, I learned rather quickly that due to the complex nature of the transactions, you want to rely on a VERY knowledgeable staff of professionals: your agent, your lender, and your Title company. They each are, in their field, equally important for a successful transaction.
Title generates arguably the most horror stories. Somewhere, somehow, somewhen, during the process, things fall through the cracks. And it is the homeowner left holding the bag. Title tends to the arcane and opaque; what with searches and form completions there is nothing clear and easy about it. Get your name wrong, even one letter, and the process begins anew - with a new schedule of fees AND a possible penalty. (Typically from the local municipality.)
So I choose to be confident, to be certain, that every aspect is handled correctly and professionally from the get-go. For my real estate transactions in Las Vegas, I ALWAYS hire Noble Title. Often more expensive than competitors - but the odds of errors now are zero. And of course on tap is their famous customer service: always top-notch, always with smiles.
For such experience, for such exactitude, and for the respect they treat all their customers, I will always pay extra. When it comes to my business I believe professionalism of this magnitude is worth every (extra) penny.

Request Noble Title for your Purchase, Refi,and Selling of your home.
We used this title company to close on our house in September 2019. We are still getting bills from our HOA because they failed to fill the paperwork with them. Yesterday we received the second bill from Republic Service for last quarter and this quarter because Noble Title again failed to fill the paperwork. Waiting to see what else they failed to fill????

This is by far the word experience I ve ever had with a title Company. We canceled escrow December 8,2019. My clients signed all cancelation. They miss spelled the sellers name in the cancellation , so the sellers couldn t legally sign. They didn t even let us know until 1 month later! The listing agent asked them twice to fix it, finally they did and seller still hasn t signed. We have a fully executed addendum that says emd to be released to buyer immediately and they are holding up the money for over 1 month!!!! With a fully executed cancellation from both parties! If you want your earnest money in jeopardy and being help up for months use this terrible company .
Phenomenal customer service, professional and thorough, this is THE best title company in Las Vegas! I have worked with many title companies and have just about seen it all in nearly two decades in real estate. Noble Title is where you want to close your real estate transactions!
