The welcome left wondering if we were really welcome, we wanted to turn around, the product advice is very light, too much elsewhere when we have in a shop like this, as many products with different peculiarities and abilities, so I am surprised to have been so little advised, so little knowledgeable about the leathers and ranges of products. I appreciate, however, that young people in training start and enjoy learning but are not necessarily helped, it's a shame for them, and also for us who do not want to disturb, and finally regret having chosen this shop. We finally feel very embarrassed again ... I really do not know what happened, but it is certain that the customer experience, in the field of luxury, is not limited to that we have lived, it is also for this reason that we choose a famous house like Lancel, (to make nice purchases, to live a more complete customer experience for us), and not any brand which in normal times, would not be comparable at all, and yet ...
We still bought the product we were looking for, because we could only move at that moment, fortunately we had inquired before and I had the ideas fixed on what I wanted to have. I hope this is just a bad pass because of course it's a shame, but I remain disappointed. Whether you're going to a Lancel store, just to look, to learn, to buy a little or a lot, it does not matter, of course you'd have to apply the basic rules of luxury marketing to every customer who chooses to cross the threshold of your business. shop.
