This is by far the word experience I ve ever had with a title Company. We canceled escrow December 8,2019. My clients signed all cancelation. They miss spelled the sellers name in the cancellation , so the sellers couldn t legally sign. They didn t even let us know until 1 month later! The listing agent asked them twice to fix it, finally they did and seller still hasn t signed. We have a fully executed addendum that says emd to be released to buyer immediately and they are holding up the money for over 1 month!!!! With a fully executed cancellation from both parties! If you want your earnest money in jeopardy and being help up for months use this terrible company .
