No employee at the entrance, the ticket booth, or the food stands tells you if they are closing early. They let you waste over $300 for a family for nothing. Showed up about 2pm yesterday got 3 refillable cups about 3:30pm and the park closed at 5. We learned from the announcement made over the loud speakers in the park that they would be closing in 30 minutes. Serveral people around us were making comments about how they didn't know either but they did say they got there shortly after the park opened. This place has poor advertisement for their park hours. Especially if you drive over 2 hours just to get to it.

I did contact you guy's before I ever posted the review. I asked to speak with the operations manager and they refused to let me. They transferred me to the advertising manager and said that is all they could do. I left a message and of course never heard anything back except on my 1 star reviews.

This water park offers a variety of water rides, mostly for older kids and adults but it does have a wave pool, lazy river and a couple pools for the littler kids. Honestly I have been here on both a hot and cold day it is always seems busy. Everyone is friendly and the lines actually move pretty efficient for a water park.

Got there at 10am started raining at 10:15 am so we decided to leave and s security guard named Charles gave us money out of his own pocket which was $25 dollars so we could get going because he also said he didn't think management would refund us our money even though we were only there 15 minutes, th his guy was awesome, not so much on management, he even recommended us to go to Kalahari indoor water park, so gor Charles and Charles alone, did i give this place 4 stars, i personally recommend Kalahari water resort!

Everything is outdoor so go during good weather. I'm not sure why there are so many kiosks to get beer or food when nobody was behind the counters when we were here. But we ate in the picnic area outside the park which I loved that had it right next to parking lot. lockers are really expensive! The new one the Raja has no line but you have to be 150lbs to go on. It is scariest waiting in line for all the rides otherwise the actual rides are enjoyable. The wave pool is dangerous, plus wearing a life vest would make it easier to float, tubes are so hard to get. It was my first time here and I plan on going back. The only thing I did not enjoy was the 4d theater SO COLD I hated being sprayed in the face with cold water and the wind was annoying after, the temp should be way higher in that building if it was 100 degrees outside it might be okay. I'm glad everything isn't geared towards children, it was a nice place to go with my boyfriend. I LOVED the rollercoaster type ride it was so much fun!! Employees need to watch young kids in lines though, I had to yell at someone else's kid cause they kept running into me with a tube, not bumping me either like full force horseplay. I don't get why they closed early last Thursday... But luckily we were there all day the day before.

Huge waterpark!!! So many awesome rides and they have 2 wave pools!!! We loved the quadzilla. Park was very fitting for our children and us. 10, 9, 8, and 1 year old had tons of fun. Highly recommended.

Raja, the new water slide is not what is is cracked up to be. Do NOT go because of this ride. Older rides that have been there are way better. Raja is a slow waterslide until the end. I was super disappointed. On top of it all you have to weigh at least 130 pounds and not more than 260 pounds. They forget to advertise that part.

This was a very good place to have a fun day it had plenty of variety but on hot days the ground can get very hot leaving me with burnt feet when I left. You could add some sprinkles or soming to keep the ground nice wet and cool but overall I will definitely come back to many more awesome experiences at this park.

I love Noah's Ark, always have. Each year i'd look forward to conquering a new ride that I was scared to go on last year. I only have some little complaints, which don't affect me too much. Every time I go there seems to be 1 or 2 really good rides that are closed. Another thing is the add on prices. You could probably spend $70 all together. Also, the staff aren't very friendly, but some are awesome and chat with you when you are about to go on the ride. There are easy work arounds on these complaints. Since some good rides are closed whenever I go, look forward to them next time you go! Then miss some you've already done. Add on prices - Wear nice shoes and get the lower quality parking and take a walk, it's good for you! The food - Get a wristband, and leave Noah's ark around food time and go to Monk's or one of the great Dell's establishments, it may cost a little more but the food is much more high quality at other establishments, so why not? Unfriendly staff? Don't try to conversate with them, just obey them when they instruct you to do something. I overall give Noah's 9/10. Rides 10/10. Food 4/10.

Always love visiting Noah's Ark. It was our first time renting a cabana since the weather was rainy and we had an infant along. Worked perfectly and you get a personal waiter. Flavius was great and so helpful!

Too large for staff to properly clean let alone sanitize. I've been going my entire life as I live around the area. It can be fun if you can put up with the foreigners attitudes. But the biggest problem isn't they are the number one offenders when it comes to not following sanitation and social rules but the first to fire someone for having an option that would differ from her liberal all ideology. Politics and businesses don't mix.

There are lots of rides for different levels of thrill-seekers. The lazy river is really nice. The wave pool is great but when you have too many people there are too many accidents and it is no fun when you can't move. The food was so so and the lines very long. The women's bathrooms and changing area by the wave pool were simply disgusting.

Room was very spacious but very out dated. Breakfast was served late and in musty pool area. To get towels for the onsite waterpark you had to go all the way to main lobby pool area. With it being a family hotel you will most definitely here kids jumping in the rooms above and around you all night. Front desk just tells you they walked the halls and didn't hear anything. All in all decent place to stay for the price but dont expect to get any sleep

It was ok but not worth what it costs you to get in. We were in Dells 4 days and purchased our tickets online where it said nothing about any rides being shut down. Then once we got to the gate there was a sign saying the ride the kids were all excited about was down that day. Dont remember what it was called but was done kind of log ride. In any case we had already paid $115 to get in. Still had an ok time but probably won't go back.

Kids had a blast! One of their favorite spots on the road trip. Some hotels in the area give you free tickets to this water park if you stay a night. And the tickets are good for 2 days. A good variety of water rides for all ages. Awesome place!

Our experience was not a great one is 75% of the park was closed due to Covid. After receiving several emails and checking their website it did not say anything about everything being closed. Kids were very disappointed they couldn t use the waterslides and activities they wanted to do wish I would ve spent my money somewhere else and next time I will

Best water park there is IMO. They only problem was that there were 2 breakdowns on 2 rides in a row for us, so it took about 3 hours to get through those ones. YES, even water rides can break down too surprisingly lol.

Best water park in the whole United States. I would drive hear even if I lived in California. Noah's ark is home to the world's longest water coaster. They also have a ride that drops from right under your feet strait down and than right into a loop. The one thing I don't like is the high consestion prices and small lockers. 10 out of 10 would come again.

DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO ONLY RIDE 2 SLIDES AND THEC WAVE POOL!!

We arrived on June 28th to find 2 slides open. Huge wave pool was open AND extremely crowded. We didn't bother to stay longer then 10 minutes before we went to the ticket area and asked for a refund. The vet nice girl we talked to said since we paid online there cannot be refunds unless you contact the company through the website. We are going to contact the company forva refund. We paid for a service which they did not fully provide.

Very high priced. The park is nice, but getting food was not a good experience. Visited two places and a number of items on the menus were not available. The staff at one place had a very poor grasp of English and it was difficult making the order. Food was not very good for the price paid.

Went with my family and had a great time. Admission prices were reasonable for what you get too. Lots of awesome slides, two wave pools and many places for little kids as well. Expect to wait a bit if you're going to go on a lot of water slides but that shouldn't be much of a surprise. Great place to take a family and the city is nice as well.

Great place to take your children, it's a blast for older people also. I cant recommend going more than 2 times, because after the first, you will be able to ride all of the big/most popular rides. And after the second time going you would have time to go on the smaller rides and try the lazy river/wave pool.

Great Waterpark but for my boyfriend and I plus parking it was $100 and a lot of the slides and things weren t running. I understand things have been crazy with everything but I believe tickets should be discounted if there s multiple attractions shut down.

Fun place, but not that well-run. For example, we couldn't get a tube for the lazy river, as there's no system for managing the tubes. The lifeguard just stood there and watched, didn't care. One had to be aggressive to be lazy.

On the Congo Bongo ride, they have these 5 person rafts, but were routinely sending them down with only two people in them, rather than try to combine groups to move theline faster. As a result, we waited 45 minutes even though the line was short.

A cool day as far as temperature, but it made a much nicer day, not so crowded. The price is reasonable getting in, The prices of food in the park we re just beyond silly. Still, I get it, you got make a buck. BUT, The level of training they provide their employees, not acceptable. The managers seem to be call below 20 years old - so I think it would be nearly impossible for employees to provide good service and do so with a smile, but It was neither, all day, at every stand.

Fun!

Musical choices for rides with long waits is atrocious. 10 minute long symphony ballads on crackly speakers was not our idea of fun. Signage was also lacking and finding rides was confusing. Price gouging for lockers was way too extreme. For the smallest locker I paid $15 but there were $25 options. Parking was also $20. We got a Groupon for park entry because they were available and it helped save close to $10. We didn't eat anything in the park because it was too expensive but did get a beer. All in all the rides were awesome. Black anaconda was intense, raja was fun, and the adventure river was perfect. Probably wouldn't go back but had fun.

Enjoyable day for the young and old. Places to put your sandals by each ride made walking around easier on the feet. Get the unlimited drink cup. It'll pay for itself before you know it.

Took my nephew who is 4 to an age appropriate but, bigger water slide where the lifeguards are at the top and the bottom. First, the lifeguard at the top of the slide would not let him wear a life vest and then she sent him down but, the lifeguard at the bottom was no where to be found. He went down and climbed back onto the slide waiting for someone to escort him into out of the pool. My 3 year old son went down next and this time I was at the bottom but wasn't able to be in the water. The lifeguard at the bottom let him fall into and under the water. Thankfully he held his breath but, he was afraid to go on any other slides after that. I very disappointed.
