It was terrible. My son was treated awful on the tadpole bay and cursed at by a lifeguard. I will never return.
It was terrible. My son was treated awful on the tadpole bay and cursed at by a lifeguard. I will never return.
The best water park in the dells, wish it had an indoor back up plan...but if the weather is right, it's the place to be for all ages.
Well spend day, with black anaconda's thriller ride.
Some of the staff were very rude but if you go on a weekday there's a lot less people and shorter lines for the rides
Liked it wait for rides is long though had a lot of fun in the wave pools!
Fun waterpark! Everything is overpriced as you would guess, but if you pack your own food and wait for a discount day you'll have a relatively inexpensive fun waterpark day.
Kids love coming here year after year. Definitely worth the price compared to other local water parks.
freezing cold water, long lines, my family had a better time at the other water parks. not too mention no where to sit... very hard for a large family
The water slides were fun, and it wasn't very busy (mid-August Monday), but a few of the slides were closed because of the low attendance, Black Anaconda got temporarily shut down 2 times in the 20-30 minutes wait I was there, and it was a lot of walking.
Keep your sandals or whatever footwear choice you have, on. Lots of walking and waiting on hot pavement. Great place to chill and get wet. Workers are polite and informative. Ticket price and reasonable but paying for parking was a bit much. Overall a great park with lots of thrills in the waterside department.
Biggest Waterpark... Friendly staff and nicely maintained... Must visit if you are in Dells
Fun rides, but when I was there there was a thunderstorm and they had to close the park.
Some rides are amazing and some are super boring. Good place to take kids or for young people to hangout and spend some time in water.
Only three stars because of the long lines. And our child who is a proficient swimmer was required to wear a provided life jacket in the wave pool cause he was under the minimum height, but I can understand that. Water in the kiddie area was very cold. We were there in late June. Must not be heated.
terrible water park. most slides are for kiddies or for risk takers. i have been to bigger water parks than this one. rundown
Huge water park, very good slides. Probably my favorite or 2nd favorite water park ever. A must visit!
Been here a couple times and it's very fun. The slides are great. Lines are long like most water parks. The lifeguards do watch carefully. Food and drink prices are excessive like most tourist attractions.
I had such great memories as a kid. But my recent trip with my kids was so short of what I wanted. There was sooo much closed when we came on a Wednesday. I think 8 features were closed including both lazy drivers, one wave pool, the raja, which my kids were so looking forward to. It was either a labor issue, or cost savings. Because so much was closed the lines on what was open were long. 20-30 min for some. I know covid sucks, but this might have been a once in a lifetime impression for boys. They vastly preferred the wilderness resort which disappointed me.
This place has really gone downhill since I was here two years ago. It is more like a tourist trap. They charge $20 or $25 to park you car, then the waterpark entrance fee, and on top you have to pay minimum $15 for a locker! The only good thing is that they let you bring in beverages, but no food. Food inside is way overpriced and doesn't taste good. $9 for a spotted cow. They let more customers into the park then they can accommodate. Multiple people fighting over tubes at the lazy river. Wave pool was very overcrowded. Got bumped into by a lot of people. Lifeguards just stare at you blankly. The bathrooms/ changing room was disgusting! They smelt horrible, out of toilet paper, and very hot/ humid. After coming here for years I can thoroughly say I am disappointed in this waterpark and will not be coming back.
Awesome water slides one of the scariest rides also called the scorpions tail
Awesome rides...some of the best rides were closed when I visited. Hopefully they will open all the rides soon.
Large water park - lot of rides to enjoy.
At the same, concrete walkways everywhere - not the best idea when walking with bare feet on bright summer day.
Rides that were open were great as normal. Not a fan of how much it costs to park in the lot.
Very nice experience very clean hotels and pools love this place I prefer everyone to come and have some fun
Fun place to be everyone in America give dis place a try u won't regret it @Wisconsin Dells
Had an incident and they kicked 10 people out for 1 persons actions 10/10 would not recommend coming here no refund for doing nothing wrong
*Update-August 2018* The park has improved a bit since my last update 2 years ago. They got the new Raja ride. There was no line, it is slow, only had single rider tubes, and I didn't even ride it twice. A comparable ride would be Kalahari's new one, which is much more enjoyable.
If you just want to visit an outdoor waterpark for the day this is still the best choice in the dells.
The line were mostly short for a Monday. I've gone on the weekday the last three times and have had both short and long lines.
Positives: There are so many options to choose from you will definitely get everything you want in a water park.
Staff is friendly, and drinks at the bar were good.
Stay at Shamrock, Atlantis, or Wintergreen Hotels and get free tickets.
Get cheap tickets online or at locations like gas stations.
Negatives: They charge for parking. ($5-$10)
Excessive walking from slide to slide.
Cold water
Purchases of lockers, merchandise, food, etc is expensive.
Ride updates:
Flash Flood - you'll barely get splashed on the bridge anymore
4D theater - finally a new movie! It had constant water leaking, the chairs vibrated way to much, and there was nowhere to put your glasses at the end.
The second wave pool, lazy river, and kid area is only open for around a month in July.
The old "Noah's Big Adventure/ Curse of the Crypt ride" is still closed from 6 years ago.
Plan on bringing a lunch or going out to eat and staying the whole day. It's worth it. Try HotDog Avenue across the street for food. It's a bit of a hike from the entrance/ exit to Noah's Ark, but it was worth it.
Our family had a blast! We can't wait to go back next year!
The bathrooms were disgusting and the rides were scary. Exactly what I expected
It was great. The rides were fun. We met some awesome people. Vets got in free. Family got in for 20 dollars. However, they closed at 5 PM. So, we only got to be there for 2 hours.
HUGE tons to do with all ages. Bathrooms need more attention. All in all fun time had wish we had more time to see all the slides. Will definitely go again!
Great family water park! Whether you want it to be relaxing and slow, fast and stomach jarring, or anywhere in-between you'll find it here.
FUN FUN FUN. Great for family outings!
Very affordable. Worth every penny
Had lots of fun here, went in may then again in july.
Very clean, lots of different levels of rides for all ages. Everyone is super friendly. I recommend buying your pass a day or two ahead and getting a super saver pass, we only paid $19.99 each adult, then buy a next day pass for $10 when you leave. Also, pack your lunch or go off site for lunch. Much cheaper than prices in the park.
They have a lot of free and nearly free tickets out there that could be used in the early part of the season. You just have to look for them. On the flip side, you might be deterred by the $20 for parking. If the website happens to be working, you can pre buy parking for $15, however it was not working yesterday.
There are some food options we were not expecting, like purchasing a full pizza for $25 or Johnny rockets or Beaver tails. When you go to the waterpark, you expect junk food, and that's mostly what they have. You can't carry food in, but they do have outside of the park, and it's very easy to slip in slip out with a handstamp.
Clocks are hard to come by, so if you are splitting up with your family you will want to have somebody in each group with a waterproof watch. Shady places to sit are also hard to find, so bring lots of sunscreen.
Rides have very low throughput expect to spend 4-5 hours in line if you want to ride the flagship slides.
Fun water park with something for everyone. I'm afraid of the big rides with steep drops, but there were plenty of adults on the smaller/"kid" rides too, so I didn't feel embarrassed. The food is overpriced as expected, so we just left to get something to eat if we got hungry. Lifeguards pay a lot of attention and adhere to the rules. Avoid weekends, because it's extremely crowded. Expect to wait in long lines on any nice day.
Be ready to pay out the nose for everything. We had free tickets from a hotel stay and we thought it would be great stop with kids since free. However, once you get there you have to pay 15-20 bucks for parking, and then another 15-30 bucks for a locker. This is not worth the "free" tickets. Last time I will visit here. Unfortunate, as it was a childhood favorite and I looked forward to sharing with my kids.
Way bigger than I thought it was going to be. The price was very good for as big as it was.
Half the rides are open. Half the food vendors are open. Bought a package on line and can't use the food vouchers anywhere because they are all closed. Never again
Another great place to go when going to the Dell's. Biggest waterpark in the world !
This place is huge and lots of fun. It is very family oriented. My only complaint is they do not allow outside food or drinks (as most places like this do not) and food is very overpriced, with a limited selection. They do offer a $20 souvenir cup with unlimited refills, so I recommend that on a hot day.
This is a great waterpark fun for the whole family!!!
My 4 year old could go on more rides with me than I expected. Pricy tho
Alot of waiting in line for 45 min. Then the ride stops working. The big wave pool wasn't even open. Spent most of the day dry waiting in lines
Rides are fun. However, food is WAY over priced. They are now charging $20 for parking which is absurd. Want a comfortable place to sit on the shade? Gotta rent a Cabana. This used to be a more reasonably priced option to take the family for the day but not so much anymore.
This place is awesome! I've been coming here since I was a little girl. I definitely recommend it for family trips, even trips with significant other.
Great place for family fun. Pick a good day though or come with a group, because you will spend quite some time in the queues.
Very clean and plenty of life guards on duty! We rented a Cabana best money I ever spent. Came with six bottles of water, two beach towels to keep and a tote bag to keep. We had our own Cabana girl and a locker included. Just had to put a five dollar deposit down which we got back when we turned in the key. We had a fantastic time!!
RECOMMENDATION.READ IT BEFORE YOU ENTER
Yes it is biggest water park. You do not need a map. It is very easy to find. but I add the pics of the map.
But most of the rides for teenagers.
Parking $20 and $25. My recommendation is get $20 parking.
Entrance is cheaper online. Buy your tickets online. Price was $39.99 on the gate. I paid $29.99 while I was waiting on line at the entrance.
Small locker is $15 per day. You can open and close anytime.each locker have a passcode. You can share that passcode with your family members.
You can bring your sandals, towels or anything else with you.
Each ride have sandals racks. Before ride you can leave them and you can pick them after the ride.
Bring your shampoo with you. There is no shampoo is shower area.

Waterpark was a blast! Food was about what I expected to pay, however I was NOT pleased that parking was an additional cost... $20 for general and $25 for "preferred"
