I miss the old Noah's ark. I felt like I was ripped off as I attended the opening day, only to find like 6 waterslides open and no wave pool...and worst of all..no lazy river. Best advice ...stay away until they drop their covid rules.

First day 2018 was horrible. They treat season pass holders horrible! 2 open lines on opening day for all season pass holders?! We have been season pass holders for 4 years, I'm thinking...not next year! It took 1 hr. for the untrained girl to get the 6 families before us through the 1 line, so we could check in. Single ticket holders and/or purchasing your ticket at the gate had 4 lines & just walked in. It was a hot day! They should have been passing out water because some people were in line for hours & you aren't allowed to bring in drinks! After we finally got in we found a few seats for 7 of us. Then we went to the food line for drinks. I asked for 2 ice waters. The girl said "water is not free" "$8.10 for 2 waters with ice in cups". Every other year we could get an ice water free. The kids were disappointed because 2 rides were shut down on opening day! I think they need to do a ton of work to keep customers & train prior to the first day. It took forever with all of the workers & then other workers just stood around watching. Ridiculous!

My family stayed in Wisconsin Dells on a stop during our vacation. We chose a hotel that offered free tickets to Noah's ark waterpark. We figured we would at least get to go for a few hours, checking in at 230 to our hotel, and the park didn't close until 630 according to their website. We arrive at 330 and they shut the park down at 5pm. If I had actually paid for those tickets I would have been furious. The rides we got to get on were fun and enjoyable, but you can tell the park is older and getting run down without proper maintenance. Many rides and areas were closed. A good deal if you get free tickets with your hotel, but I would never pay the full ticket price for this waterpark. Lockers and parking are also very overpriced.

Super cool place, and unlike most water parks the bathrooms were exceptionally clean! The line a quite long but if you go from about 5pm to 7pm you miss most of that, my advice is to plan to go for more than one day, if you want to do it all, like me, plan for at least 2 days if not 3 days. Best regards!

So much fun!

So much fun!

My family was pretty deprived of classic vacations destination such as Wisconsin Dells, so at 30 years old: it was my first time in the town, and my first time at Noah's Ark.

First and foremost, a heads up that if you purchase your tickets through their website, it is about $10 cheaper than at the door.

This was definitely the highlight of the trip, even though we went on an overcast day, that rained for about a half hour. If I could have as much fun as I did during an unfavorable day, I can't imagine how much better it would be if I wasn't freezing my buns off!

There are so many different types of rides and slides, that will cater to all ages, all fear levels. Even the "easy" ones have at least one good drop to give you butterflies, so I was thrilled on just about all of them. I enjoyed The Scorpion, because you shoot through a tube without any sort of raft, and you do a complete loop. Also, at the start, the floor drops out from under you, after a 3-2-1 countdown. It makes it all very scary, and I loved it.

I heard this place is way better than Mt. Olympus, but we didn't even bother with Mt. Olympus, since we had so much fun at Noah's Ark. I will definitely be back if I am in the Dells again, maybe even do the next-day ticket for only $10.

One thing I will do different is pack a lunch and leave it with my towel/clothes in the car. Too much junk food at a high price, and lockers are $5-$10, depending on size.

Family had a good time. All rides will have the typical wait of an amusement park. Food prices are high but that's a given and are probably pretty similar to the restaurants outside of the water park.

It is a large waterpark with lots to see/do. Lazy river isn t anything to brag about as we ve seen several better (make one throughout the entire park with multiple get offs). Replacing concrete for a different texture would be nice in walking areas. The 4D was fun as well as the slides. Food smelled yummy but didn t try any.

This is definitely a large and fun water park. While it may not have the on-site lodging, its focus on being just a water park means that experience is executed well. There are lots of attractions and they vary from the tame to the extreme. We have gone here as adults as well as with our nine-year-old and it caters well to both approaches. They lose one star because not one of the mini-donut locations was open. Big bummer for my taste buds!

Lots of fun for all ages but VERY expensive. $40/ person, $20+/park, lockers are $15, plus food and bev. Ie: chicken strips, fries, and 2 drinks $30. Don't forget the sunscreen. A small one is $15.

We love this place.

We love this place.
Four stars only because the wait time is too long.
Maybe they can implement no wait tickets/appointments, similar to Disney World/Land.

Awesome, something for everyone and fun for all ages. Worth the price of admission. Good but food can be a bit expensive, planning ahead and bringing lunch with you can save a ton of money. As a group there is more to do than you can pack in a day making this a solid weekend long adventure. Try to avoid the "preferred" parking if you're in a full size truck or SUV, while close to the gates, it's VERY tight.

1st time visiting. They don't have heated pools anywhere so the water was absolutely frigid. Like, could barely even go in frigid. They were also having major problems with the machines to rent lockers so it took about 30 min just to get a locker.

Fun place to take the family. Lots of things to do for all ages, but prices have really gone up over the years compared to how it used to be. You now have to pay for parking, and the regular admission rate is higher than previously. You can't take food in but the food they have here isn't that great and way over priced. So pack a lunch in a cooler in the car. Otherwise, staff is always friendly and helpful and professional. We still have a good time even though it costs more than it used to.

A lot of fun! Went on a day that started with rain and ended in sun. Was a really good choice. Would not recommend the slides with a half hour or more wait, not worth the fifteen seconds of mediocre fun. I'm looking at you Time Warp and Raja. More thrills we're to be had on the slides with little to no wait.

EDIT: Response to Owner's Response
I, like most of America, work during the week and don't have the luxury to go to a water park instead of meetings. The day we were there, the lines were long and when we would get to the top of a ride, only one slide was staffed, causing the lines to move slower.

Our visit started off by a worker screaming at us to put on a mask to wait in an OUTSIDE line. Okay, we put on our masks as we looked around to see loosely formed lines of people who were NOT wearing masks! It made no sense, but I guess it made the worker feel more powerful to scream at us. We were there a few minutes before opening, so we were able to get in pretty quickly and find a nice location to put our belongings for the day. Despite the unsavory worker who greeted us with the screaming about masks, we had a really good time. The park was clean and well maintained. There were a few areas that were closed, but enough was open to spread the crowd out. There were a lot of food options open. Workers inside the park were friendly and efficient. No one was wearing a mask or social distancing, so if you are expecting this to happen, this may not be the place for you to visit at this time. As for my family, we had a nice time. It is worth noting that we only paid $15 per ticket, because we took advantage of discounted tickets offered via our hotel. If you paid the full price, you may be a little more disappointed with some of park being closed.

First time here.

First time here.
$15 just to park
$10 for a locker

The water is freezing cold, I have never felt a pool or Waterpark this cold before. My husband had a spinal fusion a couple of years ago and could not bear the water temps to enjoy the visit at all. One of the lazy rivers were closed so a bit disappointed.
Bumperboats ..... 5 boats in a Jacuzzi is was very small. I was very much looking forward to them and just walked away after waiting in line.

The food prices are a joke $12 for a tiny burger and 12 fries $10 for 1 hotdog ect.. Wouldn't eat here.
The large wave pool was nice, my 10 year old enjoyed it.
There are plenty of floats in the lazy rivers that was open.
I do not think I would spend the money we did to come here again.

Good fun. Cabana service was great. Diverse guests and employees but if they want families to feel safe they need to deny service domestic terrorist set on intimidating people of color

Great variety of water activities for kids of all ages.
Staff were all helpful and friendly. Wide variety of food and drinks.
Only negative adjust was that all of the pools were freezing cold. Not just cold, but unbelievably cold.

I was extremely disappointed with Noah's Ark. It's completely obvious why they do not give any refunds. They just want to take advantage of customers and steal their money. They did not communicate in any way that 75% of their rides would be closed. They did not mention that of the rides that WERE open, NONE of them were for little kids. The wave pool buoy line was moved so far forward that the water height was only 3.5 ft. The lazy rivers were completely closed, stagnant, sludgey and had wild life in them. All these things considered and yet they charged full price for admission.

It's ok if you didn't mind being herded in like cattle. When you get into the park thre are NO seats to set in unless you get there early. People claim them and put their towels and stuff on them. Well supervised and safe tho. Great fun for the kids

I never leave bad review. But this got me mad. I got a bad experience yesterday, no because of the rides. But with the staff! One staff got mad at my kid because he was playing with the water and got him wet (spinkles) REALLY?? you work in a water park! And he is a kid, I really had to control my self, I just got my kid and left to a different area. (You dont fight with a kid, because he is playing in the kid area while waiting) I went to buy fries at pink, I said good afternoon ( I did not got a response back, with his hand on his chin, bored/crabby face) no thank you NOTHING! . They are so young people, working with customer, seriously I don't get it. Is like I star noticing pretty much everyone working there was like that. So too bad, I had a bad impression.

Great waterpark, loads of fun with all kind of rides from thrilling ones to calm enjoyable ones, the wave pools are super cold in cold weather but they arenice, rides are awesome and they make you forget they are water rides.
Been to a lot of parks and among water parks this is my favourite.
Place isnt that crowded at start of season so could make good use of it.
Parking you can book online for a 5$ discount, tickets look online for discounts or even local deals.

very disappointed to say the least....drove 6 and a half hours just to ride Raja ONLY to get there and almost half of your big slides were closed, then you only had 1 kiddie area open and the kids couldn't even use the slides due to not enough life guards literally every staff member we came in contact with was unable to answer any questions as in (what rides are available, where a certain ride was, where the nearest bathroom was)! Over all it definitely wasn't worth the ticket prices for half of the attractions!

If you're looking for the best water park in the U.S. no doubt this is the place to go. So much fun on a hot day Just wish there wasn't so many stairs to climb as it's hard to if you've ever had any type of surgery for your lower extremities. I.e. I had hip surgery and very hard on your hips.

Locker rentals could be cheaper along with the food. Waa hoping to eat in the park but 10$ for a simple cheeseburger and fries. Oh well that's why they have other venues.

And ticket prices.$$$$.. if you're only going for the weekend try to get a hotel that gives you free tickets otherwise if you live in Wisconsin and surrounding and can go more than once.... buy a season pass, it's much cheaper. That's the best way.

Was my first time here I was super excited only to find out I paid $45 for my ticket and there was only about 6 attractions and only a couple places to eat. No one was following the COVID rules in lines or anywhere so there was no excuse to have almost every ride closed.
