They take advantage of small businesses by not pay...

They take advantage of small businesses by not paying the bill, just because they are a big corporation. They asked me to create stickers for their machines/robots. They gave me impression that they wanted me to do the job. They gave me specs to work with. We agreed on a completion date. It took me almost 7 hours to created the proof and I gave it to them with an invoice for $330. They went silent. When I asked 2 days later why the silence, they told me they were going a different direction. So I asked for $60 to cover 6 hours of work creating the proof. They refused to pay me because I didn't tell them that the estimate was not free. They told me next time I should give a contract before I start. That clearly is a true statement for working with big business. I have been in business since 2010 and have never had this problem. Even though there was not a contract, it's only right to pay for the work they were given. It's 60 freaking dollars!! Underhanded corporation!

5 star for sure ! I'm architecture photographer and accidentaly dropped my 24mm ts-e Lens on floor, but I had 3yr Care Pack Plus from Canon, and they fixed my lens and it works like new ! All service procedures were great, I was informed in every single stage ! Great job Canon, and Thank you !

The repair and some customer service personnel her...

The repair and some customer service personnel here are rude and ridiculous. I sent in my device well over a month ago and had to call MULITIPLE times to get my device put in the system and evaluated. I NEVER received an email with my repair number. It wasn't until I called OVER and OVER again that my device was evaluated and an estimation was generated. I am completely unhappy with sending my device here and would NEVER recommend anyone else to do it. If I have to call and pester in order for my device to be fixed and evaluated then that is bad business. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau about my experience here. Do better, please.
