My only real negative, is on the website for Saturday June 16, it stated they were open until 8pm...which is what we planned on. Then at 5:30, announced over the loud speaker, the park will be closing in 30 minutes (6:00)....??? We had a cabana, and felt like we lost out on some time

Very nice workers. It's really not worth paying 10 more to park right when you enter the driveway that is unless you see an open spot. You spend more time looking for a spot then actually parking and by the time you park you could have spent 10 less and been in the park already
This park was excellent! My family loved it there's more to do then I could get done in one day definitely plan for a 2 day. Bonus you can get tickets for cheaper at most motels
New Ownership does not know how to take care of long term customers. Been bringing kids here for years, season pass, season parking, every year for over a decade. Today, we accidentally bought the wrong parking pass online. We used it, went to desk, got our season passes, and we weren't even going to bother, but they OFFERED to refund us, if i went to the car to get the permit they gave us. So I walked back to the car and get it, not even sure of how much the difference actually is. Then, when I return, they say they wont credit me, and actually try to charge me the entire amount. I said this isn't with the credit and the supervisor comes out and tells me to walk 800 more yards to their parking attendant, bring the permit to them, and THEN they will credit me. That was enough. Customer Service is obviously a joke to this guy, and he was obviously giving me a hard time for no reason at all. But, on the way out, I humored the concept and actually asked the parking attendant for the print out I gave them, and of course they refused to give it back to me. Noah's Ark lost our business permanently. This guy was just some joker, trying to waste my time. We will seek locally owned businesses from here on out.
The parking was pricey- $15. The rides were great, the lines short, plenty of room in the wave pool and lazy rivers, food was reasonably priced for a theme park.
Beware!!!! SEVERELY understaffed! Only 2 places to eat! No slides for kids under 42 inches. 2 b8g slides open. Basically you hang out in a crowded wave pool with everyone. Which was dirty. I was told they don't have the staff to vacuum to the pools I was impressed with the cleanliness. But I felt so duped. Expensive to park and for a cabana when we were expecting Americas largest waterpark. If we were warned, I wouldn't have gone.
Just not what it used to be. Attractions seem rundown and wait times in line for newer ones is ridiculous. Lifegairds do a wonderful job though. For the most part we felt safe except in The Big Kahuna Wave pool.. thwy should NOT allow large groups with tubes in there!!! I got sucked under 5 boys who had 4 tubes between them n they were not even aware they knocked me under. I struggled to get up from underneath them and was gasping for air yet when another wave came n took me off my feet. I have been a very strong swimmer all my life, but I must say I was feeling a little panicky!!! If a young child or less accomplished swimmer would have gotten plowed down like that.. they may not have co.e up in time!!!
Fun rides for all ages. Probably best done with kids over 12. Expensive everything else. Parking, food, drinks, etc are all pro sports levels of absurd.
4 stars if you don't expect to eat or drink there. 2 stars if you do.
Fun fun fun!!!! Loads of rides. Lines not as long when close to closing time...between 4p-6:30p. However!!!!!!!, in some areas, there's a strong & nagging smell of animals...almost makes you feel like you are at the zoo. Wonder why?
Get there at open, pick one ride to not have a long long wait, pay for the preferred parking best $5 you will spend all day. Raja and time warp are forever waits, both are worth it. Outstanding park.
It was okay in the beginning but went down hill real fast. First off the locker prices were insane. Then the price to park is unacceptable. When we got there the tubes were all taken. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes just to grab one for the lazy river. Turns out once you have a tube you need to keep it with you. There was not a single tube left, people were waiting forever. Definitely not going back
Great place! Been going my whole life. They keep updating it, and making additions. Was a little upset the cheapest locker is $15, but other than that I was pleased
It is huge! So much to do. So many water slides, 2 wave pools I believe, overall it was just an amazing time. If you are looking to go to a water park in the Dells, definitely consider this one
Like a wet carnival, funnel cake and corndogs included. Not too bad of lines on a Monday after the holidays. Overall good quick getaway, but don't forget your sunscreen.
Great rides, but as a water park that advertises being the largest water park in US, there are NO SHOWERS. Additionally, the walkway leading to the Anaconda, the longest waterslide in America, is completely made up of black tar cement with large sharp rocks sticking out extremely hazardous and dangerous.
No outside food was allowed into the park; our bags were searched. As other reviewers have said, the park does look rundown. Rides were leaking water and the bathrooms are tacky and outdated. On top of this, the resort was unsanitary. The stench of urine was prevalent throughout the water park.
The nice lifeguards operating the rides made the experience bearable.
Best water park in the Dell's. Great variety of rides for all. Multiple wave pools, lazy rivers, and play pads for small children. Lots of seating. Food is a bit pricy and not much shade for the cons. There are grills and shaded plots with tables in the parking lot for picnics. We left for lunch and walked to dairy queen for $5.00 lunch deals.
Parking and tickets are outrageously priced! More than half the park was closed with maybe a total of 6 slides open. There was maybe one store and food option inside the park open. For lack of throughout the park, they shouldn't of been charging full price! In addition, the wave pool was disgusting, there were used bandaids and debris floating everywhere.
Typically a good place to go but highly disappointed by this visit. Was here on Father's Day and the credit card machines weren't working so we had to either pay cash or book online while waiting at the gate. Only 5-6 rides were open as they barley had any staff. They would shut down a ride and then half hour later open a different one because they were so short staffed. Only two food places were open as well. Drove by Mt. Olympus on the way to Noah's Ark and it was packed. Unfortunately we picked the wrong place to go. Very disappointing.
Last week I went with my brothers for a couple days to feel like kids again the only thing we felt was the need of a first aid stall by every slide and a cleanliness check! The staff are rude and wouldn't offer to help one of my brothers after he got sick from their disgusting food stops! NEVER GO! I know I'm not!
This place needs some attention as far as the overall look is concerned. It looks a little run down, but it never felt unsafe. If you are self conscious about your weight, prepare yourself. Many of the water slides have weight restrictions and you will be required to step on a scale prior to riding. It's done discreetly, but most still don't want a stranger checking their weight on vacation.
Had a great time there been a few years since we've been and a lot has changed I know they're trying to do some updating there was some things closed when we were there but overall experience is always a good time they have more food choices within the park and lots of locker space looking forward to next year thanks again Noah's Ark
I had the greatest time! So much fun. I can't swim and I'm afraid of heights but I found myself getting on rides 2 & 3 times. I was so tired after having so much freaking fun. I found a spot in the sun & napped. If you've never taken a nap in the sun, please do. My only issue is the bathroom/changing area could be a little larger and a little cleaner.
We had alot of fun only problem I had was the lockers inside, I found it a bit to expensive and it was a small space for that price and also u have to pay parking even with the wristbands. Overall we enjoyed it and would love to go again.
The best place to be in the summer. Pools for everyone, slides, good food and awesome customer service. Lifeguards all around so kids are safe while having fun. The Dells are a great destination for families looking to have a legendary summer. Summer is coming.
Kids loved it had two 14year olds spent all day wondering around on slides. My 1 year old loved the zero depth play areas. I enjoyed the lounge chairs and tanning chairs. Just threw kids complained about long lines for the rides they really wanted to try.
We had a great time at the water park wish we would have went a little earlier in the day so we could get on more of the rides, very cool place to spend the day.
Great for family fun, but food is way overpriced and there are a lot of parts that are hard to walk on when you aren't allowed to use sandals (like the trek up to the stairs to ride the black anaconda).
Great time remember there is a lot of cement inclines it can be hard on your feet at times. Park is huge with many great slides and hidden great slides also.
