Fun waterpark with lots of slides and pools. I wish it had hot tubs.
Fun waterpark with lots of slides and pools. I wish it had hot tubs.
You'll need two days to ride all the rides! Great place.
We were unfortunate to go on a busy school holiday weekend and so were met with very long queues and a busy park.
The rides we did get to check out were good and the tide machine pool is good fun.
Best waterpark in the area. Go early to avoid lines. Cooler days or cooler mornings can be a great choice too. Check online as there are lots of deals to be found, especially at the end of August.
Largest water park you will find anywhere. Something for everyone: from lazy river to steep drops on slides. Something for the whole family.
It's a Wisconsin classic. A little bit pricey, but we did spend almost eight hours there, so worth it in the end. There are limited options for small children - my daughter is a small five year old - but still enough to keep her engaged. Lots of somewhat rickety thrill rides that splash lots of water. A good way to spend a day with kids.
This place is awesome. Scorpion's tail was one of the neatest experiences I've ever had.
Not for us. Got "free" tickets with hotel. I would rather stay at an all inclusive hotel/Waterpark but still, no thanks.
$15 to park, $10 for locker (I liked the locker.) Tubes too small, maybe I'm too big??? Looked like I was riding around on a cheerios... Most of the staff humorless and lifeless, sunglasses, whistle in mouth... Blah... People everywhere... Wonder what Aldo would think about all this so close to his little farm?
A bit pricey on the passes but the attractions make up for it. Be prepared with a decent amount of money if you plan on eating here.
I've been going since I was a kid, and I enjoy it as much today as I used to then! They have something for everyone, and the group pools are good for all ages, as long as the kids stay in the tubes.
Love all the old rides. Parking and lockers are a total rip off ($15-$20). The new ride (king cobra) SUCKED!!!! Don't waste the hour wait in line. It is basically the stingray with a little bit more slide at the beginning.
Huge park and get free admin with a lot of hotels stays near by
Great place to have a blast with your family! You do have to pay to park. We always pack a lunch, and go out to the car for lunch. They also have picnic areas.
Probably by far the best water park in the dells area
I was actually kind of disappointed in Noah's Ark. I had remembered it as the greatest place on earth while visiting there as a kid so I was excited to take my kids. When the day came we went on a week day to avoid lines but was still disappointed to find out that many rides have over an hour to two hour wait. This becomes a problem because despite it being in the mid 80s that day the water is very cold and waiting in long shady lines is not that fun. The rides themselves are fun and bigger than you will find anywhere else but I'm not sure the 30 seconds of fun is worth a cold wet several hour wait.
No intertubes on multiple rides. Lots of very frustrated people and the park wasn't very busy. 30 minute plus wait to ride the lazy rivers. Black thunder and crazy monkey slides obsolete because of lack of tubes. Tried to get help for issue. Dozens of underinflated tubes behind the curtain at the cabana rental. I was told there was nothing they could do.
Good water park. But visit only when not crowded. Food options can be better.
If any of your children are under 48" don't bother coming. The young splash pads are not heated so even on an 80 degree day the water is still 60 degrees so not enjoyable. If you have older kids the rides are fun but not worth the $40 ticket. If you have a water park at your resort don't waste your time or money.
I love this place ... great place to take the Grandkids ... pack a cooler and eat in the parking lot $15 for a burger and fries !!
Had online deal so got in cheap $22.99 best water park in the world. Finally after 30 years went on The Point Of No Return 10 stories up 5.5 seconds down Your body literally leaves the flume Great time!!
Had a blast with the family!!! Although it was a really hot day there were plenty of places to cool off besides the rides and pools. Lots of walking of course but well worth it. During my visit a thunderstorm interrupted our fun but I was truly impressed with the staff in clearing out the park. The only downside was that there were no more innertubes to enjoy the lazy river.
We had great time and lot's of fun noah's ark america's largest waterparks we will be coming back again.
Waters cold, everything is over priced, biggest disappointment is there movie theater. Walked out within seconds. Horrible
Great waterpark! Plenty of stuff for all ages and tons of awesome slides! I would recommend going on a Tuesday or Wednesday it'll be less busy.
Had a very fun time here and can't wait to come back
Noah's Ark is one of the greatest waterparks you'll find in Wisconsin Dells. Not only is it huge, which allows for exploration and a different experience every time you go and other options if lines get too long, but it is surprisingly clean compared to many other places I've been. The staff seems happy to be doing their job, and not in a forced "smile or get fired" kind of way, and are happy to help out if needed. Due to the size of the waterpark, it allows for rides that satisfy the thrill and fun urges of any age, such as the Twin Snakes ride, which is a smaller pair of body slides, perfect for younger kids or those less inclined towards thrill rides, and rides like the Scorpion's Tail and the Time Warp for the teens and adults and those who crave thrill rides. Maps are very well placed around the park, so even if you forget or refuse the map that is given by the staff when you come in, you won't get easily lost. Would highly recommend to those in Wisconsin Dells in the summer.
I love Noah's Ark, but compared to mount Olympus there's not as much stuff to do. But I loved that they had seating and restrooms and a water fountain near almost every part of the park.
Friendly staff, fun attractions, all ages in our group had a blast all day long. Haven't been there in over 22 years. I think I had more fun there today than I ever had as a child. Keep up the good work!
Spread out and hard to find some things. But an enjoyable time.
It was a good time.
But it tends to be very busy on Saturdays, I would advise you go on a weekday if possible.
Wow never thought I would say this but I was disappointed. Noahs has been a hot spot for me and my family for years. This visit July 2013 felt oh so different with new owners of the hotels and water parks it obviously owned by big business. Noah's always felt like I was in my own backyard. Now it feels like lawyers are following you round making sure you don't stub your toe. Slides are still the slides but the feel of the whole area is changing so much. Still good for families I guess but for the first time in 12 years I will be attending a different park next year!!! You lost my business noahs Signed a 8 year season passholder
My only complaint comes from not allowing children to wear life jackets in certain pools. When a lifeguard was asked the reason she simply replied they are not allowed. I did not see any signs stating this and I read all signs! Was just wondering the reason for it. Yes some children are fish and I applaud their parents for this, but we saw a small girl go down a slide into 5' water and it quickly became obvious she couldn't swim. After being assisted out she continued to cough and sputter. Saw her in other areas with a life jacket on. Not every child is watched by their caregiver and no, I don't think anyone but the parents should be responsible for their children. But to not allow life jackets in a childrens area that has depths up to 11' deep seems like a tragedy waiting to happen. We had a great time and would definitely return.
It was decent! Not a lot of attractions open due to COVID but we enjoyed ourselves
Regardless of huge crowds, the stuff keeps this place surprisingly clean. Great deals with online coupons/codes. The food options suck, bring your own to eat in a car.
To many people in the lines, you have to wait for everything, lines are for 30 minutes wait, also you have to walk a lot. Bring you sandals with you...
Excellent expirance hadn't been here for a couple of years
Had a good time new RAJA ride not worth the hour plus wait
Had a great time with the family an some friends. Got lucky with the weather cause there was no waiting to ride anything . Just a couple ride's seemed really run down though, an the prices on food an drinks where way expensive 9$ for a Corona is F-ing crazy! Besides that it was a blast.
Clean, to many hills to climb when you have a.bad back. Do not recommend for older people
This is a great water park. Lots of things to do for all activity levels. You can get discounted tickets at many locations outside the park.
Overall Good, but not like it was since new management.
The Good:
Longest Line 45min. Avg wait ~20min.
Good coverage of lifeguards in areas that needed it, such as the wave pools and kiddie areas.
The lifeguards seemed very intent on focusing about following a routine for searching for life threatening situations. Scan scan swoop, almost robotically.
The Bad:
Staff in the wrong spot. I don't need 20 lifeguards on the lazy river that is 2ft deep, but at the same time rides close lanes because they don't have lifeguards posted for those spots.
About 70% of the staff I dealt with spoke almost no English, I'm a fairly vocal person and like to ask questions. Just to see how to make things smoother, basically got ignored because they didn't understand me. In a position that is responsible for someone's life, and the first step is asking if they are OK? I feel that speaking and understanding the language is important. This was most important for enforcing line management. Which there was none of. The lifeguards could have cared less about making the lines efficient. They seemed so oblivious to anything accept their pattern. They even scanned when their wasn't anyone to observe. Which I get to a certain point, but was so obvious they were scared into just following a pattern than using their brains.
Fix up the rides. Having other rides open naturally decreases the lines for all of the rides. I don't need 20 people watching the lazy river every 15 ft, but at the same time wait 30 min because you don't want to stick 1 person to monitor a different slide. Saw a few rides closed to maintenence issues and the log ride break while we were there. I don't understand why the splash bridge is closed.
Food also terrible, try to smuggle in snacks. Not worth the price. Or leave to get wristband and eat somewhere else. Probably would be same price, but garunteed better taste.
Food Taste 1/5. Food Price 3/5
Summary: It seems like I have more bad to say, but the longest wait was 45 min and that's not awful for theme parks, especially compared nationally. Settling for avg shouldn't prevent this park from achieving greatness, especially since it could easily improve and get there. Pickup a few of these pieces and you will be back to the glory that I remember it as.
Massive water park with every type of water slide you can imagine including a water rollercoaster.
They started charging 20 dollars for parking and 15 dollars for a locker... We didn't come last year but now this year this is rediculous.
Last time for us coming here after coming last 30 years... Will go somewhere else.
good waterpark, lots of rides. The lines were pretty short when we were there near the end of June. The lifeguards are probably the best, across the board, if any of the waterparks in the Dells.
My husband and I have been going here the past 20 years. This is the best waterpark in Wisconsin by far! We have ventured out and tried many other places but the staff puts in the extra effort that draws us back to Noah's Ark. Our children love it as well and have mentioned they too chose Noah's Ark first as well. Thanks for another successful trip today!
The park is clean, the areas are really good for families. We had a great mini vacation here. A lot of fun
Not enough open in the park stay away, until they open every thing. Makes the crowds so much worst. Nothing good for small children,NOT WORTH THE MONEY
Got some crazy rides here even for plus sized people!
Super fun water park, I enjoy coming here every year
Out of all the waterparks in Wisconsin Dells, this is the best one! I have been coming here every year since I was a kid. The rides are so much fun! There is rides for all age groups. We also love the wave pools.
Great place took two days to ride all the rides huge park worth $$$
@undergroundsocietyllc3475
Super busy, lines were so long we only did one ride and stated in the wave pool area.
Nice variety for young and old. They claim they are the largest waterpark in America however I have been to water parks that had more attractions and we're better laid out. Overall a fun day however. Parking is $20.
