My last time going with my daddy, good memories always.
How do you have a water park that offers no showers? how disgusting is that.
We came on a day when half the rides were shut down and they didn't offer us a rain check when I ask for it. We paid $15 to park there plus our cost of admission and nothing we wanted to do was working. They took my parking fee and entrance fee without mentioning that they had half their rides shut down. When i asked for a rain check all they could do is be really really rude. On our way out the exit was crowded with employees they had sent home. Hillbilly water park. Best avoided.
Very fun place but cost to much money on food and drinks
Great! Fun place to be with the family. Prices are average. Food and drinks are good.
I would totally recommend a three day trip or being local. There is so much to do and lines that one day won't do it. It's about the same price for 2+ days as one day so this isn't a one day event. Plan accordingly.
This place is definitely showing it's age. I have the feeling they're really losing out to the major resorts in town now. Honestly, I don't think I'd go back after the last time. Still had fun but just wasn't worth the lines anymore.
Don t go to Wisconsin dells without stopping here. You can usually find coupons online.
Waterpark is not bad. Don't waste your money buying a combo meal voucher. Unless you only get the burger and fry combo, otherwise it is cheaper just to buy your meal at the park.
Great place, but the lines are long on the weekends.
Fun family place, needs some upgrades though and the bathrooms need help! Fun water slides!
Every summer I go to my cabin with my family and buy season passes EVERY YEAR for this place and I never get bored. Hopefully they keep Johnny rockets there I loved that place. And I love Raja. I am a big fan of Noah s ark and I hope Noah s ark won t get beaten my mt Olympus cause my Olympus sucks
Great waterpark. We were there 11am till 5pm on a day it was not busy and barely had time to get all the rides in. You must do the scorpions tail
Went Thursday before labor day, so it wasn't busy. A little cold, but could go straight into most rides in the afternoon.
A huge waterpark with tons of rides. They have a huge wave pool as well which was fun to float in for a break. If you have two days to spend here, do it. It's a huge park and you will have plenty to do both days and then you won't have to jam all the rides into one day.
Expensive as hell. 1 cheeseburger=$12.50. Yoinks. Be ready to be emptied out. Lol
Eh. Parking has to be paid for, the layout is slightly confusing, everything is over priced. I half expected the pricing, but the staff preparing and selling the food was clearly poorly trained and disorganized. Overall a frustrating experience - there are better things to do in the Dells.
Super cool place! Not much else to say, it was great!
Very fun even if the lines are long we still enjoyed ourselves
Fun for everyone. But, wear something on your feet between rides. I got blister. Oof!!
Lots to do for all ages, only thing I dislike is the incredible high price for drinks, over 5$ for bottle water is ridiculously bs
Thise wgo wants full fun with water go to Noah's Ark water park!
My childrend had a blast! We went on a week day and it wasn't crowded at all. My kids got to ride everything they wanted. The best part was the children's area. They have little slides, big slides, diving boards, and even a zip line! We got in for $20 per adult with the military discount aND $15 for kids. Worth every penny! Food is over priced. We spent $62 on 5 people to eat lunch. But you can come and go as you please so you can bring a pinic and save money!
Amazing rides and just all around a great place for the kids
Wonderful. Brought 5 kids under 12 including one special needs son ( fragile x and autism) - staff was wonderful. Clean park - not too crowded on a Wednesday- food and drinks excessively expensive... but to be expected. Staff allowed me to bring things in for my son with special needs.
Loved it will be back and highly recommend!
Me and my family enjoyed ourselves even though some of the water slides was close do to Covid-19 but we still enjoyed ourselves. Alot change there to.
Took daughter & grandkids - we all loved it (except the food prices - have to remember to pack a cooler for the next time).
Lots of fun for all ages, but a lot better if kids are older than about 6-7.
Long lines, I spent so much money to ride 3 maybe 4 rides the whole day, everything closes early and there's no night life at the dells
Loved the slides and food but had to pay for parking. Boo! Great place for kids.
Worth the money, a lot of outdoor activities, great wave pool Best outdoor park in the Dells, prepare for crowds, mediocre food.
Still the best waterpark in the Wisconsin Dells. We have been buying seasons passes since they became available and still love going. Its also the best value in the dells and buy a seasons parking pass as well for an even greater value.
Great place. Lots of fun and lots of fun things to do. Bring your family. It'll be a blast
Great time with my family, kids love the zipline and all of the water rides. The food was good for amusement park standards.
Very fun for the family! A bit overpriced. The Raja ride was a dud.
Needs to be more tubes a least 30 people need them for rides
A little dated but definitely a great time. Plenty to do and the staff is friendly. Memories the kids will have for a long time. Go ducks!
Lines were 30-40 minutes per popular ride on a weekday after 1pm. Scorpions Tail was a shorter line and really fun!
Lots of water fun and you can go out to your vehicle and picnic or buy food here.
Paid full price for admission and found out upon entering multiple parts of the water park was closed. Poor customer service all around. Will never bring my family back due to the poor customer service alone. For $40 per person the staff could at least be friendly and helpful when asked a question.
Fun experience! Kids had a blast. Wish the weather was better but you can't control that!!
This park was such a disappointment. First off your child can t wear a life vest in the pool????? What! Ok, second you are required to use a tube in the lazy river, but they have a very limited number of them available.
Always a great day in the sun. Only downfall is if you go too early in the season many attractions are closed due to lack of staffing.
It was good. Hard to calibrate the adventure of a Water Park at my age, but the young adults seemed to be very happy with the days events. Shortage of employees was my guess as to why many rides were closed. Black Anaconda is a must.
Awesome rides but long lines, which is expected. We bought the general admission ticket that included free lunch. Ended up getting lunch at Johnny Rockets and they re free special burger was really good!
Great facility, but staffed by what has to be the most apathetic group of employees I have ever encountered.
Wonderful time with my family! Something for everyone. Just love how they cater to young children!
If I could give them zero stars, I would. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Management does not respond to emails or phone calls. I emailed them on June 22, 2020 requesting a refund due to them advertising misleading information before opening day. Heather Wagner, Digital Media Manager said she would process a refund on June 24, 2020. turns out that was another lie. At this point in time, I will not bring my family to this establishment until the parent company replaces all management.
Fun for family and kids. I would spend the extra five bucks and get VIP parking because it's $15 to Park Plus $15 for Locker
We had alot of fun at the park. The life guards were very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, each ride was open, except the black anaconda, but on most rides only half of the slides were shut down on each ride so the lines were a bit long. We found the preferred parking nice as we were able to go out to eat at our vehicle. The food and drinks are just way to expensive to get ($24 for a margarita and $9 for a small cheese fries)!
Pretty amazing. Good selection of rides. Normal theme park prices.
The waterpark is clean and safe. Come early if you don't want to wait in an hour long line for every large ride. Lazy river was relaxing and not crowded. Slides were fun.
Terrible experience. Lines were incredibly long to the point where most rides required a 20-30 minute wait time. The staff/management at the park were also rude/disrespectful.
it was are first time ever going on are 9 year Anniversary Awesome time.
The water is not heated and I was cold almost the entire time. Maybe I'm just not used to the cold because I'm from Florida? The only reason I'm giving a 3 is because the slides would probably be a lot of fun during the warmest month of the year, or if you're used to cold water. Parking and lockers were also on the pricey side. I'm leaving this review so that someone else doesn't feel the same disappointment I experienced.
A Wonderful Place to take your Family , So many wonderful rides and great Food . What was very nice to Us is Our family has smokers . This Park does not discriminate against Smokers . My Family had The time of their lives Thank you Noahs ark . Clean fun environment for he entire family .
I wish there should be places for quick shower before the guests leave the park. So they will not have to tolerate the nastiness all the way home.
The concrete ground burned many people 's feet, so WEAR water shoes if you are planning to go. The park is big with something for everyone, the bold ones and the less ambitious ones.
However, it better for people older than 10 I'd say, due to height requirements and physical strength. Be prepared to get sun burned; it's almost inevitable even with sunscreen and parasol and shade in this time of the year...
We had a great time! Great place and friendly people
In spite of being packed, the park and bathroom facilities were clean and they were logically laid out, unlike their competitor across the street.
So worth it. Fun for family and everyone. Love the anaconda ride and time warp. Both are my favorite.
Had fun, second time going there. You cannot not have fun.
