My Uncle passed away on the 15th of November and I called GM Financial to pick up the leased vehicle and they just couldn't get the job done after almost 3 weeks of it sitting on the side of the road. I called Greg at Niles Sales and Service/Key West who stepped in and took care of everything. He went over and above with some extra help from Jose and Cass. Dealing with a death is hard enough and Greg totally understood exactly what I was going through and made arrangement to have the Truck picked up within 1 hours time. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
