Not the best dealer!

First I set up an appointment over the phone with one of the sellers, when I got there the seller wasn't there so someone else helped me out, we did the deal and when I was signing the paperwork I noticed that the interest was higher than what we had agreed so I told them and I had to come back next day to fix it, then they lost my Driver License after 2 days they found it and they sent it back to me by mail, to finish this the car I bough didn't come with floor mats, how is possible that a Certified Pre-owned car that cost more than $40k doesn't come with floor mats!! finally they gave me a set of floor mats. So well I think 3 stars is more than generous.
