I too my car for oil change service last week at 8 am I request transportation, by two o clock I call more than4 times and nobody answered the phone I left 3 messages and they never call back by 4 o clock I took uber, when I get there they just give me the keys and and I found my car at the other end of the lot when I get inside I could not muve my car, the parking brake was all the way up it was not possible to unlock it, I have to call some body to ask for help. Terrible customer cervice.
