Worst service I've received in my life. I had an appointment at 10am. I arrived at 9:50 and was told to go to the waiting room. Waited 40 minutes until I decided it was time to go. Ask the front desk for my key and when the rep was contacted he said " your appointment is at 10:40 do you still want us to service your car or do you want to reschedule" my reply was no I had my appointment at 10. No apology, what kind of customer service is that. I have gotten my Honda and Infiniti cars service and have never experience this kind of service. It's my first BMW and probably my last. It might be the ultimate drriving machine but if the service it's not there they've lost a customer.
