Beautifully impressive hotel with an exceptional view. Too bad the breakfast is below standard !!!
Beautifully impressive hotel with an exceptional view. Too bad the breakfast is below standard !!!
Love this hotel and Premium rooms have amazing view! Recomend!
Very nice hotel. 10 / 15min walk to the center. You can park at the Q-park. You get a discount from the hotel.
The rooms are nicely decorated. The baby cot is very hard. The view is perfect.
Currently no refrigerator in the room because of corona.
Bar on the 7th floor quickly fills up. Advice is reservation.
I am very satisfied with this hotel.
Only downside: noisy rooms. You can hear people talking about the hallway. You can also hear the wind from outside.
With New Years Eve we have had a lesser experience with our overnight stay at the hotel. This has been solved by the staff with a suitable solution. We had a great overnight stay last weekend at the nhow hotel in Rotterdam. The rooms are beautiful with great views and the breakfasts delicious. Clean, friendly, in short a weekend to remember. We would like to come back again!
Great view and good Gin Tonics. Hip piece of Rotterdam with great city flair.
In a good area, the toilets were a bit visible so it is not good to travel with a family member or friend, just a couple
Our room was double booked by someone with a late checkout. Bad service. Nice views on Rotterdam though.
Excellent room, view and comfort.
But we had an incident that ruined our stay here.
We were overcharged at the Gastrobar restaurant of two bottles of mineral water.
When paying the bill at the desk, I've told the receptionist that we didn't took them.
Then we were asked to go to the restaurant with the manager who asked us to report the waitress (while her name was on the bill). As we weren't sure of the right person, the manager then asked us "was she asian ?". She was testing our honesty asking us to report someone, which I never did in my entire life, while she knew exactly who was the waitress. Then she went to get the waitress further away and get back with her. The waitress said she never served us (while it was her and her name was on the bill), that she never saw us before and the manager started to be very agressive with everybody. At this awkward point, we said "nevermind" and started to leave but the manager insisted to clear the situation and find the "truth". Truth was that this waitress served us two glasses of tap water (which seems to be forbidden in this place) and billed us two bottle of mineral water for it. When the manager started to notice that we were a little bit uncomfortable and just wanted to leave asap this place, she started to say that we will never know the "truth" and offered us two free drinks at the bar specifying "it's on me". Thank you but no thank you. When you work in an hotel, asking a customer to report one of your employee and implying that you are being dishonest for such as bottles of water is a little... paradoxical, isn't it ?
But however, the light in the room was very nice in the morning.
Very cosy and fancy place in Rotterdam, if I only could show my friends one bar in Rotterdam I would definitely show them this place. The atmosphere is great and the view from the terrace over the water/bridge is fantastic.
Beautiful spacious rooms with a lot of glass. Make sure you share a room with someone you know well because showering in a glass shower room leaves little to be guessed . Also at night be careful that you do not run into the glass because that is hard (own experience).
We had a room with breakfast. The breakfast was nothing to criticize
Something tasty to eat for everyone. Only drawback is the size of the breakfast area. With full occupancy, you really have to make agreements about the time you want to have breakfast because there are really too few tables and chairs available in the restaurant.
The view from the sunrise room is very beautiful both in the evening and in the morning.
I was at Christmas and the hotel was cool. Serving great, clean rooms. The room shown in the photos may not match the room you will receive. Additional parking costs.
The bed is OK. But there's not really enough light and no desk in the room. So no good if you have to do some reading or writing. Staff and breakfast are good.
Really liked my stay, good area, very good brekfeast. Very good bar for drinks befire heading out!
Really nice place, comfortable bed and good service!
Great drinks snacks. Fridays and saturdays theres a dj. Sometimes the bar people are arguing with each other in front of customers. Nice terrace view overlooking erasmusbridge
Nice hotel in the new area.
Great landscape.
Beautiful and modern hotel with a beautiful view! (When skyline view room is selected). Because of covid there was a takeaway 3 course diner and breakfast with the booking. Diet wishes were perfectly followed and breakfast was excellent.
Very modern Hotel. Beautiful View out of the hotelrooms
Very good location with easy access with trains and restaurants. The bar/ restaurant at 7th floor also got spectacular views and friendly staffs. Room was clean and bathroom is spacious with the nice of view. It was perfectly amazing stay . I definitely recommend this hotel
The room with a view of the bridge is amazing. Highly recommended The only one but the brunch that we thought was a bit expensive.
I adore it simply spectacular! Excellent location a very trendy terrace good gastronomy and the staff is regal!
Due to covid things probably aren't ideal. However, staff is friendly, very helpful and improvising.
Breakfast is a bit cumbersome but well done.
Due to Song Festival, the rooms aren't 48 cleared, this should be reflected on the site when booking.
Really cool hotel. Nice location, clean nice rooms with a view (if you're lucky) and awesome bar. Breakfast was very tasty.
Not 5 stars because there's just a couple of things that weren't take care of properly.
1. breakfast was way too busy. Replenishment was late, which created chaos.
2. Nice little card in the bathroom about getting a high five from nature if you just hang your towels on a hook. So we did that, but still our towels were taken away and we got new ones. Instead of a high five with nature, it felt more like a kick in the .....
3. TV cabinet was broken and not fixed after asking for you to do this.
4. The wait for the elevators sometimes was very long and the system doesn't work properly. Not just us, but many were struggling using the elevator, which resulted in going up and down multiple times.
5. I think it's weird that you can't use the staircase. We walked from floor 23 (fitness) to our room on floor 22, but the door was closed. This resulted in us walking 15 stories down to 7 where we could finally take the elevator back up.
I have been there with my son thou from Friday to Sunday the staff were super very friendly but 1 question I see prices here from 89euro per night why did I pay 121 for room 1606?
This super hotel, i enjoyed staying there big room, lift operates with you room key
Sounds nice, but in the end there is a good chance that you will look at a large office building. No view of Maas or Erasmus Bridge
If you are going to stay here, take a room with a Skyline view. Really, it is worth the extra euros.
The decoration of the hotel is minimalist and industrial, which may take some getting used to. That view, the service and the breakfast are great.
Location is excellent: on the Maas, near the Erasmus bridge, public transport very close, center can be reached in a few minutes.
I booked 3 nights including breakfast, the offer was tempting. We had the sunset view room. Location is great, building looks very nice. The rooms there is the only drawback are a letdown. You hardly have any privacy if you are traveling as a couple, the bathroom is set up in the middle of the glass room there is a door for the bathroom this door is also the door to the toilet. Shower is see-through. I think everyone should have privacy, whether with their girlfriend or with a buddy. The view is terrific, but the quality of the rooms is not adequate. Parking costs 25 a day so I think it's a bit high. Breakfast is good and plentiful. At corona time you have to agree on a prehistoric age, then you have about 45 minutes. The bar in the evening is not worthwhile, rather quantity rather than quality. There are nicer bars in the city. So again I do not have to visit this hotel, the price was right but not more
I just visited the bar. The employees were nice, the atmosphere is great to chill with your friends and enjoy a cocktail. The views to Erasmus bridge are superb!!
Nice rooms, friendly people and everything looks well cared for. Don't forget to make a reservation for food as they will just send you away. Even if you put them in the hands of 100, they simply point to the door. But that is a learning process. You will never forget that from the second time. Top hotel and the prices are good.
Only been on the 5th to have a drink. Supply of coktails is low unfortunately.
Amazing view of Rotterdam. Great cocktails and a very good vibe. Definite must visit when in Rotterdam.
Large selection of cocktails with amazing views of Rotterdam. However, service is slow and prices are on the high side
Nice new hotel, easily accessible by car. Good value for money. To go to the center, you can take the metro. The metro stop is a stone's throw away. Breakfast is well cared for, lots of attention to the sweets. I found the hotel room a bit warm. View of the Erasmus bridge. Certainly worth repeating when I want to visit Rotterdam again.
Impressive building. Great design concept. Sadly I'm not a fan of the pillows (too soft,) or the mattress (moved all over the place). No matter what floor your on, nice views (better with city view).
When we entered our room the bed was broken, trash was underneath. We got a new room and everything was fine for 180, - but it was certainly not worth it!
Very nice hotel with modern rooms at a great location. You can enjoy the Erasmus bridge from the terras at the hotel bar in the 7th floor. Also very close to the hotel and the food Halls.
Nice modern contemporary hotel. Great rooms.
Very good breakfast. Conveniently located in the heart of Rotterdam. However, expensive parking in the adjacent parking garage.
Nice room in itself, but it is cleaner
You could be a bit friendlier at the reception but the service in the bar was great
We enjoyed a night plus breakfast at this world hotel. This way you feel high in the building and looking at the Erasmus Bridge. Highly recommended for a city trip to Rotterdam. And then also Herman den Blijker around the corner. A wonderful place!
love the panorama bar; one of my favo's spots in Rotterdam
Super nice location and staff very helpful & friendly
A brand new hotel in Rotterdam, although the concept already exists in Berlin and other cities in Europe. It is absolutely necessary to ask for a room with a view of the Erasmus bridge, it is beautiful to take your breath away.
The rooms are modern, in a somewhat street style (concrete walls, offset by comfortable furniture and design). The bathroom is .... original! The shower is transparent and in the middle of the room, so it is better to be intimate before sharing your room.
The service is not yet honed, either in the room (shower gel not renewed from one day to another, towels washed while I wanted to keep them) or at the restaurant where the reception of a group of 20 people posed problem (impossible to change the layout of the tables without calling the director of the hotel!) but the friendliness is there and it does not affect the stay.
Fantastic hotel. The breakfast buffet is delicious and a nice surprise. The only disadvantage: The parking is still very expensive after deduction of the discount.
The hotel is ok, but it does not live up to it's reputation and it's price range, the rooms are pretty basic and they certainly don't feel like you're in a 4-star hotel. The only thing that I would rate 4-stars in this hotel was the breakfast. Oh, and there's 25euro/day fee if you want to park your car in the hotel parking.
Had reserved but it was transferred. They eventually had to wait a very long time until I got a room.
Very nice and nice hotel. Delicious rooms and breakfast was also super top. Nice and close to the city.
Very well maintained hotel and breakfast is a must, my friend thinks the height is less
Prime location, fantastic view over the river Meuse and an amazing breakfast, a bit pricey
Super Hotel with excellent service and free champagne on arrival ! Definitely going back.
Just went for a drink at the rooftop terrace. Was very disappointed with the service. As we were given a place to sit by one of the staff. Did not get any follow up service. No waiter came by to take our order. But instead after waiting 20minutes for a waiter to come by.o one did. Not to take our order but to instruct me and my group, that we could not sit there, and not providing any other solution. Following this interaction, while we waited to be reseated, we still waited with no service. Very disappointing experience, for a it's location and prestige. Will not be back.
Great hotel in the largest building in the Netherlands.
The stay at the hotel was good on the whole.
Great view, clean hotel, great breakfast buffet and very friendly staff, who are very helpful.
The only negative is that the toilet is not completely closed from the rest of the room and you can hear all the noises from the toilet and smells spread throughout the room.
Beautiful view from a luxury bar that is accessible to everyone
Very good hotel and service. Well located in rotterdam. Excellent view
What a view! Super. And a very good breakfast. Everything was there.
The view is the best thing this hotel has to offer. Make sure you book a room with a view. Metro station is across the street so you can easily go to the hotspots in town.
Hotel with a superb view of the canal
Spacious and new room
Large lunch buffet
Cafe of this hotel visited nice place overlooking Erasmus Bridge
