The decor and the rooms are not worth the price it costs, but the included breakfast is plentiful and varied.

Nice view of Rotterdam. If you want to sit in the sun, come in the late afternoon otherwise you'll be sitting in the shade.

Great terrace/lounge on the seventh floor. Expensive but great atmosphere.

Great hotel, nice staff and good views.
Ask for the higher level rooms to enjoy the view of the river. The rooms were amazing as well, good sized and all I felt there was comfortable.
Highly recommend it if you have a car, if not then you should know it s not that close to the centrum.

Usually good experiences, but last night I was shocked by the service! The grumpy lady greeted us (3 people) with difficulty and removed the dirty glasses from the filthy table. Without offering a card, she asked very impersonal what we wanted to drink. Of course we first asked for the card, after which the lady disappeared for a while. We had to address her again. Drinks were served by a young man. After asking if he could just sweep the table for a while - which makes sense to me if he's so filthy! - he pulled out a cloth. The person who was presented with the cloth asked if he should wipe the table himself. The young man responded roughly with "Yes, or you have to hold my tray". My mouth fell open! I wiped the table myself before the cocktails would slide off the tray. Are the drinks put on the table without a napkin! I'm more used to nhow. So no tip this time. It wasn't even that busy, so they couldn't use that excuse. I regularly visit lounges where the service always remains of the desired quality. Nice place and the cocktails were good. For now I don't have to go here until this experience has subsided. Hopefully next time a much better service and overall experience.

Nice room on the 19th floor. Towel had stains, though, and only a single cup provided at the coffee machine.

I had a burger and couple of drinks. The burger was good and fulfilling. The drinks were really good. Bartender knows his/her stuff.

There are no enough shelves and cupboards in the rooms, the television can only be used during a solar eclipse due to the mirror glass in front of it. Other than that, great location and great hotel!

Location and views are superb. Some sound leaking through to at least 12th floor from the bar downstairs.

Been to bar Nhow on the 7th floor. Greeted friendly from the bar, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Waited a long time, not helped. We sat among the food scraps of the previous visitors. After half an hour without being approached or helped but just left. Not recommended.

Stayed in a premium room on the 17th floor with an excellent view of the skyline. Had a great breakfast and the staff was very friendly. Loved it here, would love to come back some time!

A beautifully and beautifully situated hotel, with spacious, modern furnished rooms. Breakfast is very tasty, but could be more extensive. Price is on the high side, but worth the money.

Good hotel, nice rooms. We were on the 22nd floor with a view of the Kuip. Good central location, easy parking and close to the metro and tram stop. Center is walking in 15 minutes. reach. Right next to the Erasmus bridge. Recommended!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are of high quality and the view is great. Thank you for checking in online. The biggest advantage of this is that you can choose a room yourself (from the places / floors that are still available). Very satisfied!

Great Hotel and location. Rooms are fairly roomy but bathrooms are small. Very limited wardrobe space. The bar in the hotel is good with a nice terrace

Yesterday in Nhow overnight, Room ok, but Restaurant / Bar for dinner and breakfast very bad. Shame about NH hotels that they don't improve this at their Flagship, was the same a Year ago.
So don't go there anymore.

Spacious and neat rooms. On arrival there is a friendly and personal receipt. Super rich breakfast. Good service with regard to temporary storage of the suitcases. Highly recommended.

Wow! The decor, the welcome, the view from our room on the 23rd floor ... and one of the best breakfasts I have ever had: very varied, very healthy, choice of gluten-free foods, ... . and still very full at 10am. And the standard room was just ... super comfortable.

Went there with my work team for a Christmas dinner. The place looks stunning like an art gallery. We enjoyed the setting are until food was being prepared in the dining room. Attention to details in this place is crazy. The dining room also looked amazing too with small details on tables. Food was open buffet. It tasted ok-ish but we enjoyed the place and company more so we didn t really care that much. The place reminded me of the student hotels decorations but on a higher classy lever.

Views are ok, not that much privacy if your room is on the KPN tower side (Offices looking in to your room from 20-30 meters). Bang en Olufson TV is annoying with very strong reflections, making it impossible to watch during daytime. Hotel is very average and too expensive for what you get. The city offers excellent alternatives to nhow, even on Kop van Zuid.

The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the views are pretty good. Mumkunse keep room on the upper floors

Beautiful view of Rotterdam right behind the Erasmus bridge. In the afternoons can be shady so if you are looking for sunshine, go there for lunch or a breakfast.

We think it's a fantastic hotel. We come here regularly. When I go away for a weekend with my son, he always wants to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is very good. We find the rooms stylish and, above all, neat. The location, the view and architecture in which the hotel is built appeals to us a lot.

This hotel has an amazing view, it is very silent and cozy the big windows show the river and the other coast of Rotterdam, the rooms are very practical and compact with a shower combination, I will be comming here again.

Nice rooms, but book one special with a view otherwise you will look at offices. Interior is sleek and quite basic.
The bed was very hard, the pillows nice. Remote control only worked near TV and TV smart function was not working.
Nice bath, but if you have trouble with high steps then getting in and out is difficult.

Communication about corona measures is not indicated in the reservation process, so that can be disappointing.
Minibars are empty and out.
Dinner is from a limited menu.
Breakfast is a la carte instead of a buffet and you get a time block of 50 minutes.

Very friendly staff, top location right in the city center next to the Erasmusbrug. In the immediate vicinity right next to the metro station. Breakfast with huge buffet and great selection. The rooms are worth the premium, as it lives on the upper floors, with great views over the city. Definitely recommended for city trips
