Great hotel and very well located. Spectacular views and rooms. Practical and well thought-out decoration. The breakfast corresponds to the category of the hotel. The worst is some plastic plants (do not be crappy y) and that they check-in after 3 pm, if you arrive earlier, they tell you a story that the system is down and blah, blah, blah ... of these little anecdotes, highly recommended!

In this corona period, nhow pulls out all the stops to make us feel comfortable. So it was a great weekend in Rotterdam.

Unique hotel in Rem Koolhaas's Rotterdam. Also interior designed by Koolhaas. Good and attractive bar with a beautiful view. Food and dining also well worth it with good cuisine, very attentive and friendly service. Book a room with a view of the Maas, that makes fit hotel special, apart from the fine details in the finish. Breakfast is extremely extensive and delicious.

Great hotel, spacious, great service and a public bar to top it off, probably even more but only visited the place for a meeting.

I loved everything about this hotel.We had a fabulous stay here. Our room was fantastically spacious with a view to the water and over the city. Breakfasts were to die for, with an extremely wide choice. The upstairs bar has a great atmosphere and the cocktail staff were very experienced. The reception staff were extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely return.

okay experience. the tv kinda didnt work at times, at night we could hear the train or something. breakfast was good, room was clean. nice view. sky bar staff let us wait a lot. 3 stars

Nicely located hotel that disappoints in many ways. Impersonal hotel rooms. The TV remote control was broken. The TV could only be switched on and off; Changing channels was impossible. The breakfast table was packed. The toilets on the floor where we met were clogged, etc.

Beautiful view over Rotterdam, but the rooms felt a bit small and the toilet door was placed in such a way that the person sitting in the room could look into the toilet, and not vice versa. That was strange ... But certainly a luxury hotel!

I really like the hotel. The rooms are great, as is the view and the location. Bit expensive, but it feels worth it. The hotel bar has its own terrace, where you can overlook the Erasmus bridge and the Rotterdam Skyline.

Beautiful view, beautiful location. I was there for a yoga class with music from the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. Very special.

Very nice hotel in a central location. Nearby are museums and also the headquarters of Unilever. Definitely a premium room on the upper floors book to have a wonderful view over Rotterdam.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Keep in mind that you will incur 25 euros in parking costs if you come by car. Dinner was very bad. Very little choice and I ended up choosing the spaghetti carbonara. Now I dare to say that I am used to some salty food, but this really hit everything. Had 5 bites and then let it stand.

Breakfast has made up for it. This one was really great. Tasty sandwiches, donuts, fruit, coffee etc.

The room was ok. The bed nice but the view was obstructed by a large concrete pole in the room. Unfortunately.

All in all it was an ok hotel but wouldn't go there again anytime soon.

I just go here for drinks or dessert.. Love the view...

Nhow hotel is a super modern hotel in a beautiful building. Try to get a room as high as possible and then on the side of the water. What a view do you have then. Everything is super modern here. The restaurant is good and the bar is incredible. You can sit outside with a view of the Erasmus bridge. Nice music and the drinks are good. Prices are great and the service is friendly.

Very nice and trendy hotel. Had a nice skyline room that was decorated with Valentine (thank you). It is great to stay in bed in the evening with a view of the city. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was of good quality and was very varied. Should I still be in Rotterdam, I definitely choose this hotel.

The bar has a fantastic view over the Erasmus Bridge and the city! It is refreshing that in the restaurant the emphasis is on vegetable preparation and you get meat, fish or veg as a side dish. We enjoyed!

The only downside is that there is not enough staff to serve all people.

Nice views out of the room and on day 2 of a 5 day visit it seems to be a lovely place although I am yet to get used to the bathroom/toilet concept of see through glass.

Fantastic, wonderful, exceptional! You can not say less about this Hotel, I loved it! From the facilities to the views ... The comfortable room offered a delight of views from the 21st floor, the breakfast buffet as I had never seen in another hotel, such a wide variety of products and so much quality that it was a real luxury. Without a doubt if I return to the city I will return.

Nice hotel! Here too, rooms on the site appear larger than in reality. Breakfast is top notch as well as terrace. Extremely friendly staff and located in a super location!

Price / quality ratio is very poor. You pay a lot of money for a relatively simple room. In addition, if you book on Saturday then you have to take into account considerable noise nuisance due to a party that is held weekly on the 7th floor. You can sing the music tracks from your hotel room. Furthermore, long lines at breakfast. In short, a moderate hotel, for which you paid a lot of money.

The good: modern, clean, great location, and great views of the city.

The bad: Bathroom is walled in glass which isn't great when sharing room with colleague.

The worst: Ask front desk if there's anything to be done about bathroom (maybe there was a current I missed somehow or a button to turn it translucent) and was told the room was designed to be shared this way, followed by some sexual innuendo about how maybe I wanted to be looking in at my colleague.

Tell your staff to save that stuff for the break room, not for the customer when making polite requests.

Nice location, nice view. Operation is a bit slow, but that is because a lot of cocktails are being ordered. You pay something for your drink, but then you also have something

Locations top. Staff very friendly. Champagne breakfast and 3-g dinner were good (COVID era too). Except for the regular shower where you would have liked to have a rain shower, nothing to complain about.

In itself a great hotel but do not expect cooperation when it comes to an overnight stay for your wedding. Very badly arranged !!

Friendly welcome, nice hotel, good food, only the shower that is poorly finished so that the water did not all go into the well and to the room. Everything else was great!

The staff is very nice and the location a real dream. The view from the 21st floor was great, even if you weren't accommodated towards the bridge.

The rooms are modern and have air conditioning. We ate breakfast in the room, this was the weakest point. However, this can also be due to Corona and is not significant.

We will definitely be back! When the weather is nice, the Skybar also attracts visitors with a breathtaking view of the skyline and bridge.

Unfortunately not to speak about the bar. As a vegetarian restaurant, I expected that the bar would be flexible for vegans. I just wanted a bite but vegan wasn't on the menu. It was not possible to change or come up with something else vegan. We drank our drink and were forced to leave. Totally not customer friendly and welcoming!
