A very nice room with a view of the Erasmus Bridge. Good bed, clean, nice bathroom. Had contact with Nhow via WhatsApp for a surprise for the room, very nicely arranged! Breakfast is delicious, never had such an extensive choice. Top.

Really nice hotel. The views are just spectacular, there is also hidden bar on the 7th floor. Location is just perfect with easy access to bike rental, buses and metro station literally 2m walk. We got room upgraded to some kind of suite, which was very spacious, trendy and clean. There is nothing wrong that could be said, even breakfast was great. I would come back definitely.

This hotel enjoys a very advantageous position both for its enchanting view of the Erasmusbrug and for its proximity to all transport services. Excellent service and room cleaning. If you manage to have the rooms facing the river at night, you can enjoy a very suggestive view.

The suite was beautiful! We had a late check out but were interrupted 3 times by the cleaner asking when we were leaving. You pay (rightly) for such a beautiful room and then this is a downer. The hotel staff was very friendly, great buzz.

Lovely hotel right on the Maas, close to the city. Always something to see on the river

This hotel is pure mess.
You ask for room service. The food looks like it had been sitting still for hours before it came to your room. The food is not covered during transport to your room. The food is transported along with garbage bags in the same elevator. Hygiene is just at the lowest rank with them. Only when they know that control is coming, they follow rules.
The same goes for safety. Staff does not follow imposed safety rules. But when something goes wrong, they try to blame the responsible.
Rooms are full of water from the bathrooms. Poor construction. Inexperienced staff in operation .... Bah!

The room was ok but smaller than we expect. We asked for the coffee maker and boiler. They brought but without any cup or glasses. They did not clean the coffee maker, during this corona situation, We expect to have clean services. The used coffee was in the container. Many guests order food from outside because of corona situation, at the reception there were some utensils that they were finished. When we asked for the spoon and fork, the reception said we are busy at this moment and we ate our food with knife

We come here several times a year and the hotel is always great. Everytime it improves with little details which matter. But the bar on the 7th floor is a different story. It used to be our start of afternoon drinks or the ending of a night out. But the quality is falling rapidly, while the prices are getting higher and higher. And hospitality is a strange word here, while through the hotel it's great. 18euro for a bad made cocktail and a beer after 10min being ignored with a frowny face isn't great.

The view over the Maas and the Erasmus Bridge is amazing. Lovely armchairs at the window.

Reserving a room is a bit of a hassle, with the selection buttons on the phone if you don't speak Dutch. Selecting the language beforehand would make it easier. The extra price for the view of the bridge is worth every penny. In places there is something to renew here and there, e.g. Holey pillows or chairs, peeling wallpaper, etc.

The staff is friendly but cold-hearted, like so many people in this city.

The breakfast is plentiful, but here too it needs to be improved in places, e.g. Put the lid on the prepared orange juice so that the flies don't bathe in it, a label indicating which cup you should use with a fully automatic machine so that it doesn't overflow.

The price of 225, - per night would have been ok if the mentioned "deficiencies" had already been fixed.

Nice view from the rooms, good location near the metro and tram. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. rich and hearty breakfast.

Top hotel, you just have to be clear with what you want. So we had booked an extra bed and it was not there. Then we asked for it and we got two and had to pay for 6 instead of 5.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Despite being a nhow hotel, breakfast was worst than in many standard nh. The tables always dirty and little replanishment. Furthermore, during check-in there is no fast track for platinum members so we had to wait for 20 min.

Beautiful location, beautiful building and public transport will get you where you need to be. You can choose rooms with a view of Erasmus Bridge or towards the Feyenoord Stadium. Pleasant operation, rooms nice and quiet and depending on the room, the bathroom is a large glass box (less pleasant) or provided with matte foil (better!). Rooms are fully equipped and have a view that I can't get enough of, wonderful!
Breakfast is well provided, the space is modern and everything is spatially distributed, so you sometimes have to search for your desired ingredients. But neat and complete.
If the hotel is fully booked, you must indicate in advance which hour you would like to have breakfast the evening before to avoid queues. Neat solution.

They don't accept payment cash only if you make booking , they ask me to booking and afther that they ask me to pay 200 more for guarati... when i was wana cancwl b3couse is to much... they charge me whit half of money

NHOW is the best and most beautiful hotel I have ever slept on. It is sleek and stylish with a humorous undertone as a house style. I really feel at home there, very professional and friendly staff, I will come back with great pleasure!

Very modern hotel. Really great experience. Only negatives are that it lacks some practical things in the rooms compared to other hotels (iron & board, flannel, there's nowhere to put anything in shower like shampoo & soap and nowhere to hang towel either) I would recommend and certainly stay here again.

Spectacular hotel, with spectacular views and services and spectacular attention. And minimalist. So much that it is uncomfortable. There is no place to put the suitcases, there is no room in the bathroom to put things, all the gels on the floor. There are less spectacular hotels with better "life on board". F

Eaten here on a quiet evening. Although few tables were occupied, the service was very poor. Asked several times what had already been ordered and had to wait a long time for the first drink and be able to pass on our order at all. The food was very good and also quite innovative. The view over the city is definitely worth it and the overall experience was very positive despite the poor service. Price / quality ratio was something out of balance in our opinion.

Hotel very cozy, and at the same time modern, in the center of Rotterdam (next to the Erasmus bridge). It has parking for 25 a day.

Very nice hotel with modern and well-kept rooms. Clean environments. Beware of those who love privacy ... the modern bathroom does not leave a lot. Good location with a few minutes to reach the center on foot, otherwise there is the subway almost under the hotel.

We enjoyed a nice weekend in your hotel. Our room was neat (good bed and nice bathroom) and the view was beautiful. Food was fine too. Parking and metro are nearby.

Been on the roof. Cool to say to have been there, view is very disappointing. They could do a lot more with that. Really. Certainly in a city like Rotterdam. That's why 4 instead of 5 stars.
