Been to the construction of NHOW Rotterdam, great location and beautiful people.

Booked a room with a super view. Furthermore, super clean and modern hotel

I cancel my reservation at New York Hotel because they can t make sure that I can get queen bed. NH Hotel Rotterdam through their website offer queen bed to me. On the D day when I checked in, they gave me this!! Unbelievable service. For me, if you can t give or if you don t have the room with queen bed, don t lie.

The bar in Nhow offers a great view but unfortunately the service isn't always that great. Sometimes fine, sometimes lousy. But do give it a try; the view is great!

Absolutely not satisfied: this night's disco party IN the hotel.
Pounding noise until 2:30 am: no eye shut! ..
No problem with people partying .... but not at the expense of other hotel guests.
This was reported to the reception several times .... WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES.

View on the Erasmus bridge and centre of Rotterdam is amazing. We had some nice mini snacks on the terrace. Kind staff

The suite is incredible, room service very friendly and correct and the cocktails very tasty.

When entering our room, we noticed several defects. The pretext in front of the TV is unlocked and opens every time you open the room door. The view is severely restricted by a large concrete pillar - it's a shame that it is right in the middle of the window. The pictures of the hotel definitely gave a different impression. The room is big enough, but dark.
In the bathroom there is unfortunately only one suspension for a single shower towel. However, this does not stick to the wall and keeps falling off. The shelf in the shower doesn't invite you to put your things there. In general, the bathroom is not nicely finished, the glass walls and tiles are stained with paint.
The coffee machine also needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
On the slip that you get at check-in, it says that you can participate in the GreenStay program if you stay at least 2 nights. To do this, you should hang a corresponding tag on your door until midnight and thus do without cleaning the room. We would have liked to take part in this program, but the trailer for the door could not be found.
We also now have the third room card because it regularly did not work in the elevator.

The location of the hotel, the friendly staff and the extensive breakfast are positive, even in times of Corona.

These are our findings after the first of three nights booked. Generally we are a little annoyed that we booked three nights here. We even got an upgrade on arrival, otherwise we would have only looked at the adjoining building

If you eat vegetarian it will be quite tasty but beg for a good piece of meat .... that was too much to ask. You will get a great burger sandwich at the bar. Superview from the terrace on the 7th floor

Beautiful building. The restaurant for fine dining is worth it. Tasteful and special dishes that you do not come up with yourself. Had a very nice evening!

Amazing stay!
It started with an impressive warm welcome at the frontdesk, super friendly and helpful staff.
The room was great and the view was amazing, the breakfast was more than perfect!
It was great to see that even with the Covid19 restrictions you can have a superb experience in this hotel. An extra compliment to the staff, they definitely know what hostmanship means!
We'll be back :)

We had a great stay at NHOW Rotterdam. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room with a view of the Erasmus Bridge is beautiful! The breakfast was good. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

Well. A large concrete post in the middle of an already not wide room. Road view. The mirrors that are glued to the pole do not help with that either. And the seating furniture is so bulky in size that you can't really put it anywhere. You can see the screen on the wall best when you sit on the desk. And not from your bed. And that for a four star hotel. The breakfast was fine. To sleep is not an ok hotel but not a recommendable hotel to stay.

Well-kept structure, ultra-modern style, excellent services, perhaps certain stylistic choices limit its functionality and comfort a bit (for example many spaces and above all the rooms have an extremely reduced artificial brightness, or in the bathrooms the aesthetics are favored too much at the expense of functionality )

Spent the night here in January, and with pleasure. Really a top hotel! Sky view room is well worth the price. The crowds during breakfast I found a little less, but this was already kept under control by having breakfast at different times. The only real minus point about the room was the shower head in the shower. This was outdated and in this price range I had expected a rain shower. Parking is ideal, right next to the hotel itself. Only the price is very strong (20 euros per night). All in all a very good hotel.

Especially the place on the seventh floor is great. Too bad it was too cold to sit on the terrace. Cheerful smooth service. I will come back here much more often

Lovely bar, went for a drink and was surprised witg their wide variety of drinks. Great ambience, music, people and an even more impressive view!

Nice place to stay, they need to work on proper staffinf and their quality of service though

What a beautiful modern hotel! And in a great location! With a super nice view.
we found the bar surprisingly ... where we happened to visit ... it was very busy with even a DJ!

The staff were friendly and the room was incredibly nice. The view from the room is incredibly beautiful and the room is nicely decorated and clean. Had booked a romantic upgrade and this was also very nice with nice balloons and a nice snack. The breakfast was great and there was really a lot of choice. Well worth it.

View is nice. Prices slightly on the expensive side. It must be really nice weather to be able to sit outside, because the temperature is much cooler up there than below.

Nice modern hotel in nice location next to the Erasmus bridge. Room was fine on 20th floor with a nice view. The hotel goes up to the 23rd floor, up to 20 more floors.
Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit juices, smooties, sandwiches etc.

Service very slow..... Not practical at al in 21st century. View is good. But price quality not worth it.

This hotel is uber cool and totally fabulous!!! Lovely bar, great bar food, very trendy bar too. The hotel room was amazing we were lucky to have a corner room which was a real treat. The room was clean and very comfortable but it wasn't totally dark at night however that wasn't a real issue. And the breakfast wow wee. I don't know what else to say!!! I would highly recommend this hotel...

Best hotel untill now. The bed, breakfast, view, location, a kind of excellent.

Value for money it is, mainly cos of the view and service. The decor and room fixtures were shoddy at best - chipped furniture and cupboards that didn't slide in completely; a shower stall with inexplicably no ledge to put shampoo bottle on ... the list goes on. If Nhow is trying for W lite, they should realize pinball machines in lift lobbies are pointless if one can easily walk through the clear glass enclosure of their hipster toilets. Less hip, more work please.

New, sleek, beautiful, luxurious hotel with a breathtaking view of the city. Take a room on the center side. Breakfast very good, cozy bar in the evening where people from outside the hotel come. For around 120 per night recommended.

Just went there to meet someone. Had a drink in the bar and a light meal. Restaurant part was closed. Not brilliant but it is boxing day so can't expect much. Service was friendly.

I'm so disappointed ! For a PREMIUM room at 314, that's really bad range! I know this city very well I go there very often even almost every week and I have known so much better! When I entered the room I felt it was dirty that the room had not been cleaned! The bed really uncomfortable and the sheets smelled terrible !!! However, I was really shocked by the towels that were placed near the sink, they had stains! Even my Husband was shocked! In any case apart from the magnificent view on Erasmusbrug there was nothing special! This is the last time for me at this hotel. And the photos on the site have nothing to do with reality, question yourself!

Very nice trendy hotel. Very nice (included) breakfast, with lots of options for all tastes (even gluten free and vegan options). The bar has an excellent terrace, with an amazing view.
I didn t like the dinner menu very much, due to the small portions, but the lunch buffet was nice.
The room were clean and with a very nice modern decoration - little tip: if you aren t as tall as Dutch people, or have trouble climbing to take a shower, ask for a room without tub ;)

Very nice hotel. With luck you have a great view! Nice bar with great views. Parking in the garage (fee required). Hotel is definitely recommended.

This hotel is really great. The view from our room was great. Found it a pricey room, breakfast I also found very pricey. But definitely recommended if you are looking for something a little more spectacular. The hotel is next to a metro station so also a good base to the rest of the city. Or a nice walk over the Erasmus Bridge is also not wrong.

The sunrise view room was nice!
At the first day, we found that the door of our room was somehow cannot be locked and after we informed the staff, they arranged to fix the problem immediately.

Value for money not respected.
The beds are no more, the shower is flooded after 2min, 20 channels of TV, air conditioning purrs. Guarantee debited for 106th and credited 1 week after our departure.

Very trendy comfortable place in a cool part of town. Downstairs restaurant great too.

Great hotel, beautiful view from the rooms and the bar. Overlooking the Maas and Erasmus bridge.

A glass of wine in the bar costs EUR 7.50. Pretty overrated according to me.

Great view if you get room high up!
Otherwise the price range adequate performance. Air conditioning unfortunately relatively loud and temperature not absolutely adjustable.

Views from rooms at the Erasmus bridge are definitely worth the extra money
