NH Firenze Review

Good downtown Florence location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, comfortable & clean room, awesome breakfast, rather expensive

I'm going back tomorrow !!!
The hotel is located a bit outside of old Florence, but the tram or the 15 minute walk are not a problem.

The lunch buffet was plentiful, always enough, no matter what time you arrive. The food is good.
In the bedroom, the bedding and the bathroom are of very good standards. The air conditioning works wonderfully.

In terms of reception, I was amazed at the language level of the employees ...
At the reception they were really professional! Hats off to everything !!

The pool is a little cold but you get used to it. The view is very beautiful and the small rooftop bar and restaurant, makes us feel on vacation in the city ...

On my next trip to Florence, I know where I sleep!

A top hotel. Modern, Clean, all courteous staff, spacious and spotless room. Varied and abundant breakfast.

As a trade fair hotel, the location is great, but a bit further to the city, but also possible with the metro.
Breakfast okay, somewhat restricted by Corona.

Excellent hotel in the Cascine, served by the tramway. Good conference rooms. Excellent the common part for lunch and bar: spacious and very bright.

Very good hotel, location close to downtown about 20 min from downtown, bus stop very close. The staff spoke a little Spanish, varied breakfast, spacious room and the bathroom equipped with large shower and full of amenities. Mini bar service and Room service.
It has a swimming pool on the terrace of the last floor. Beautiful decoration Provision of rental of electric scooters or bicycles.

Great location just 15 'from the historic center.

Beautiful structure in a strategic position. Room spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts. Very kind and very professional staff. Super breakfast !!!

In front there is an outdoor parking lot. And we are snowshoeing to watch the car.

For work I stopped here. Great location, spacious room as I like it and convenient parking.

Had to wait a long time for check in. The official check in time is supposedly 3pm but the room wasn't ready until almost 4pm! We had to wait around in the lobby until they decided it was ready. I also saw others waiting around in the lobby.

Amenities: no shower caps and stingy on tea bags. The bedsheets were so rough.. haven't they heard of fabric softeners or higher thread count sheets...apparently not! The sheets felt like barb wires.

The room has a mini bar fridge and a water heater which are both appreciated.

Rooms are spacious but are overpriced given the amenities.

Great hotel run in an exemplary manner. Professional and trained staff. Entrance for disabled and structure prepared to welcome them. There is an ironing room available for guests and a small gym. The rooms are large, comfortable and modern. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. There is an internal restaurant with an excellent variety of meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan dishes based on your choices. Convenient parking in front of the hotel. Recommended for couples and families.

Beautiful facility, very welcoming staff, from reception to restaurant. Located on the Arno River not too far from the center, with a very convenient adjacent pay parking. Excellent both the restaurant and the service.

Excellent location near the park of the farmhouses and 700m from the old bridge. 5-star welcome spacious and clean room. The only one is parking but in the center of Florence it is everywhere a problem.

Business hotel 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Spacious room large comfortable bed.

worst hotel in history there's bugs in the beds that bite you and horrible service don't let go here trust me it will be a horrible mistake

Rooms and impeccable service so far. The usual of the NH chain. Breakfast pretty good. The only negative is that it is a bit far from the center. 20-25 min walk. With the August heat in Florence walking downtown hotel is somewhat heavy. Alternative go by taxi.

I've been in so many hotels in so many countries, 4 stars hotel usualy would have better facilities over all and would have at least late room service

Wonderful Rooftop, and with a Noteworthy View!
The cuisine is very fine and elegant, the Ravioli with Scamorza and Crunchy Bacon are fabulous.
Wine list with a decent selection.

Very nice hotel as it is in the NH style, I was not satisfied with the dinner, given the cost of the dish you cannot miss the cooking required.

The staff are welcoming. Great pool. Very clean room. Breakfast with choice and plentiful. Just a little problem with the very hot water in the bathroom.
Garage next to the hotel with qualified staff nothing to say (price 25 euros per day).

I advise you to always pass, a very important position towards the center, we had a weekend the whole family, a very professional staff, clean rooms, in the morning in the breakfast room a rich buffet with a professional service from the staff, or rather make you miss anything we will come back safe when it happens in the area.

Strategic location, excellent service, impeccable cleaning

Very comfortable clean tidy. The junior suite on the 4th floor is a bit noisy due to the traffic. Nice rooftop pool. Enjoy your breakfast

Average hotel. A bit far from the center, a bit noisy, breakfast rather succinct.

Nice. But food and drinks are ridiculously expensive.

Absolutely fantastic Hotel. From the first moment all the staff have been wonderful, attentive and very professional.
The room was amazing with bathroom amenities professional hair dryer.
The buffet breakfast food was perfect.
We had dinner on the roof top, 360 degree view of Florence was incredible.
Hotel has swimming pool and bar rooftop as well!!

NH Porta Rossa Hotel, a beautiful hotel that houses the Savino Tartufi restaurant. Beautiful location and sensational dishes! Recommended!

This was the 2nd best hotel in Italy I've ever been to, the food is really nice and the swimming pool is fantastic! There's a quick way to get FREE wifi, and about the pool-It has a really nice view and it's way deeper then expected! Totally reccomend it to people who like big rooms.

You can eat in the restaurant even if you do not stay at the Hotel ... The aperitifs you can enjoy in the bar area are really well prepared, the restaurant menu offers well-selected dishes to please and amaze both the foreign tourist but also a used Italian to a traditional cuisine that preserves our flavors and aromas but that with the addition of the novelty proposed by the chef makes these dishes unique in their simplicity. Congratulations to all the staff from the kitchen to the dining room, attentive and well prepared young man. See you soon

The elevator for wheelchairs from the main entrance does not work. Reception staff do not respond to calls to open the door to enter with a wheelchair. Dinners are not worth the money, food for an amateur, all microscopic. Wine is the cheapest.

Exceptional continental breakfast, abundant and very varied as well as qualitatively superior. Beautiful clean rooms, spacious and furnished with a sober but elegant taste. A 15 minute walk from the center of Florence and located in a very quiet area away from traffic. Hotel passed with full marks. I will be back very happy.

Rooms not overly large but well maintained, clean and modern. The pool on the terrace overlooking the city and the Duomo, just released, wonderful. Special attention in bar / restaurant / terrace by Melody, Tafiq and Yordanka! Thanks for the stay!

I was treated in an excellent way, from the entrance to the departure: for each service I found delicious and welcoming staff; the room was a wonder. Breakfast offered exactly what I was looking for; when I wanted an espresso, I found a very pleasant kindness and availability. I'm just waiting for an opportunity to go back

Excellent structure a few steps from the center and convenient from the Santa Maria Novella station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the real selling point is the staff! All fantastic, helpful and smiling. Greetings in particular to Carolina and Nadine who always know how to snatch a smile from you and make you feel at home! I will definitely be back!

Great location, friendly and professional in reception. Adequate rooms, nice and, above all, you can smell the clean, not the usual deodorants like from other parts. Good breakfast.

The hotel is located in a rather old structure, the room, spacious and welcoming, has an equally large bathroom although the accessories are not new ... the garage to which the hotel rests is very expensive ( 35 la night between Saturday and Sunday!). The negative thing is that a price was agreed the previous day which was then increased by 5 at the time of collection ...
