Absolutely fantastic Hotel. From the first moment all the staff have been wonderful, attentive and very professional.
The room was amazing with bathroom amenities professional hair dryer.
The buffet breakfast food was perfect.
We had dinner on the roof top, 360 degree view of Florence was incredible.
Hotel has swimming pool and bar rooftop as well!!
Compliments to the hotel Director and all staff, we will definitely recommend and come back when we stay in Florence.
