Good four-star hotel, well located just a few meters from the Arno in the elegant area of the Embassies and at the beginning of the Historic Center of Florence, easily reachable on foot from here. The hotel, soberly elegant, is well managed with great attention to comfort and customer satisfaction. Possibility of continental or Italian breakfast, restaurant service and availability of conference rooms. Staff very kind and always available to customer requests.

Good hotel at convenient location. We got a large, modern room at the 6th floor facing the Arno, great view from the balcony. Staff are friendly. Only con is that there's no coffee maker nor complimentary water.

It's fine but the food is always the same, they do not change

Recently renovated rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Well located near a tram and bus station. One tram stop away from the main train station in Florence. Only negative was that the breakfast options were limited, especially compared to other places we had stayed at in Rome and Venice.

Exceptional location. If you have to do business or just visit the city, it's perfect. Simple but classy rooms and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice room. A bit far from some of the sights but it is still walkable to most. When the trolley system is done it will be great.

Hotel was very nice and clean, room and bathroom were big. Bed was a little hard for my liking but fine. No iron, had to go down into the basement with our clothes to iron them in the ironing room. Staff was very helpful. Had a cute balcony but could have used a chair on it, we brought the ones from inside out there to sit on. Location is close to the bus and trolley stops but not that close to touristy things. Nice park outside of the hotel made it seem a little less city and a little more calm.

fine and modern furnishing hotel in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist crowd. with a few steps on the bank of the Arno you arrive in the center (800mt / 1 km on foot).

super clean hotel that respects ANTICOVID measures. impeccable (superior) room.
the (served) breakfast buffet is not at the levels of the past ... a bit risky .. but the food was protected by plexiglass panels and the waiters all wore gloves and a mask correctly.
It's hard not to have appreciated the staff at such a time. Good job, everyone.

Imagine that spacious room with a king size bed with clean and plentiful pillows! Overlooking a forest! Room that can be conjugated with the children! The amenities aside! A public parking lot on the side! Breakfast well served and differentiated! Restaurant! Room service! Well, almost everything described here you will find on the sites, but without being sure that this really is true! So I recommend you check it out yourself! I checked and I liked it!

Although the room was located on the sixth floor of the building, an unpleasant sewage odor emerged from the heating system, perhaps due to the exceptional rains that affected the area during my stay.
For the rest expected standards have been met.

Excellent reception, anti Covid rules fully respected. Excellent cleaning. Breakfast at the highest levels even here in compliance with the rules.

Very unpleasant hotel on all levels... bad smell in the room till we change it, didn't clean our room the next day

UPDATE: After reviewing your response.....first, your colleague lied to you. She did NOT call me back to tell me I could come back down to the front desk to speak to the tour director!!! I would have done that, as a matter of fact, I told my tour director about it the minute I saw him in the morning. I told you the truth, read again why she called back. Also, I was not so thankful she lied about that as well. I smiled at her, that was it.

You know I told my husband, either this is just a rogue rude employee that has no reflection on the rest of the hotel/staff...OR...this an attitude carried down from the top and that is why she is so comfortable talking to a customer the way she did. After reading your response, I can see that it is the latter.

No one staying at a hotel should have to put a sign on their door just in case an employee decides to enter. NO ONE should enter without your permission (other than housekeeping). There IS an expectation of privacy. Everyone knows those DND signs are for housekeeping, and, so no one knocks on your door and DISTURBS you!!! I m not a fortune teller, how was I to know you would enter my room? How was I to know I should put up a sign? Never would I expect a hotel to enter my room with a delivery. It should have been left with the concierge where I would pick it up.

Aging hotel and internet access the more time I have experienced. Too bad for a 4 star. It remains very clean.

Great hotel! Modern and 15 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio. My room, although basic, was spacious and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The structure in general has a fresh and renewed air. Beautiful new and large breakfast room. A treat for sunny days is the terrace with a breathtaking view of Florence, perfect for an aperitif or a romantic dinner. Highly recommended

Superb hotel in Florence, in a very clean residential area and close to the Lungarno. Exceptional rooms but never as much as breakfast! Never found a better and richer breakfast!

For the location, friendliness and cleanliness I always choose NH Firenze. This time we had to cancel the reservation due to an unforeseen last minute, and Nadine answered us by telephone and by email giving us a spectacular treatment. Very grateful and we will return without hesitation. People like that make such a beautiful place a wonderful memory. Thank you very much Nadine

Lenzuala do not change, please (please) do not turn on the air conditioning, due to health problems and it is turned on anyway. However, the reception staff can be helpful and friendly. The only flaw is the 5 * floor service.

Very poorly attended by all the staff. I would not go back

Pros: Good hotel, correct staff attention and the hotel offers good facilities and full breakfast, although the restaurant is very limited in menu.
It offers everything a 4-star NH should have. The quality of the materials is good.

Cons: the bed is hard, the desk chairs are the worst I have ever seen (literally square and very hard) and the toilet bowl is square ... Apparently someone has thought about the "design" and has completely forgotten about comfort.
The minibar barely cools ...

That is why I give it a 3 out of 5 ... those details of comfort should not fail like that in a 4 star hotel. I've been to competing hotels with the same star rating and they are better.

About a 30 minute walk to the Uffizi, a little farther to the Accademia. Rooms are updated and clean, a bit small by American standards but spacious by Italian standards. There are 2 bus stops outside for the C4 and C3 lines that will drop you off by all of the major sites. There are not very many good places to eat near here, so be ready to walk a little bit to get to dinner. The area outside was safe and well lit at night

Very nice and big hotel, not far from the center. I stayed there one night and I was extremely satisfied: the room is very nice, clean and large; the bathroom is also spacious and clean.

Wonderful stay in this hotel a few steps from the Lungarno: we took a wonderful walk to the old bridge!

We had a very comfortable family room, with a large bed and sofa bed and a very spacious bathroom with tub and shower!
Amazing terrace with swimming pool and city view, the ideal place for a drink in the evening or for dinner. Do not miss the beef tartare, superfine.

WORST hotel of my life
First of all the staff are so rude that this hotel does not even deserve 1 star. The only pleasant and smiling enough person in this hotel is the porter (the one who takes the luggage to the rooms)
Speaking of the rooms, the one the hotel gave us was quite large, unfortunately we were unable to open the window, dozens of pigeons were perching ON the edge of the window. Certainly not worthy of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast, good then the ... about correct. But not for a 4 hotel that sells the freshness of products.
Now let's move on to the equipment: so overall the pool (roof top) is fine, a small ledge on the side of the pool makes it easier to get into the water. The rooftop bar not bad, however:

When we arrived at the hotel, we left the car in the hotel (garage), when we left the hotel, when we asked to collect our car, we saw ourselves say: ah, but the car is coming. in 2 min , 10 min, 20 min later, still nothing, we did everything to try to find out what had become of our car, after more than 30 min of waiting and stress it arrived, slightly dirty, and no apologies from the garage staff, the driver of our car (from the garage to the hotel) even started pissing it off. To end this story, we just had an apology from the hostesses, and half a coffee ...
Otherwise the room is clean and the cleaning is very well done.
We will surely not be returning.

Hotel located 15 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Extremely nice staff, I have a 2 month old daughter and they were always very helpful. We dined on the rooftop with a beautiful view. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel on the outskirts of the center of Florence. Friendly and knowledgeable hotel staff, clean and well-appointed rooms.

Room quite clean and spacious. View into the inner court of the hotel wasn't very nice and made the room dark. Also the waterpipes were very loud and made sleeping hard. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Good service.

Everything was great except the wifi was incredibly slow and got quite frustrating

Pros: Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. Complimentary Smartphones per room! This was massively useful, and I'd give this place 6 stars just for this; the phone has in-built apps to hail taxis, guides and directions to tourist spots in Florence, 4G internet. Extremely useful! Amazing breakfast. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Very nice bar and pool on the roof.

Cons: The location is quite far from the center of Florence (20+ min walk), so either walk, take the bus/tram or taxi. Weak free wifi in the hotel, but enough to browse web and check emails. Also, they don't give you free water in the rooms, so might want to buy some outside.

My parents stayed here May 1 & 2 2015. They had a problem with their shower and the hotel staff quickly took care of it. However, when my parents left for dinner my mother's camera was stolen off the charger in their room.

Excellent accommodation to visit Florence just a few minutes from the station and twenty minutes from the center. For the laziest, just a few meters away, there is a bus stop that will take you to any destination you want. Kind and professional staff both at the reception and at the breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms

Correct. It smells great all over the hotel. Welcome bring you a cake. The gym is fine. Lunch is missing, yogurt, nutella, ham, and tortillas

I didn't stay in the hotel but I used the restaurant on two occasions, one in the main room and the other on the terrace. In both cases I tasted very tasty dishes. A praise to the Chef and to the dining service, particularly in Taoufik.

The stuff is very unhelpful and moderately rude. Only one male barman offered excellent service. The gym is not indicated and the hotel is somehow confusing
